Qualifications
Microsoft Office Suite, Multi-phone systems, Medical Coding, Keyboard 45 wpm, slide creation, filing, and data
entry, businesslike manner dealing with customers face-to-face to efficiently and effectively communicate and
answer inquiries. Input data to instigate required actions for directing requests and issues to colleagues for
review and update orders, forms, and application. Maintaining team effort and effectively keeping up to date
with all the company’s data, products, services and procedures.
Experience:
• Perform a wide range administrative function. Schedule presentations and meetings, organizing
material for medical conference, assisting with planning and developing events
• Greet customers and patients and review for services
• Work as part of team in providing health screening and health education services
• Interview and review health form for insurance approval
• Make appointment and register patients for vision, hearing, dental, blood pressure, and diabetic
checkup, outreach
• Transmit correspondence or medical records by mail, e-mail, or fax
• Schedule and confirm patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, or medical consultations
• Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate party or staff. Responsible for addressing technical
questions
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine distribution
• File and retrieve messages, documents, and reports. Open, sort, and distributing incoming mail
including fax report
• Create medical chart, compile reports and assist with preparing correspondence for proceeding or
presentation
2. • Generate report, data, event, flyer or slide presentation using Office Suite Template, Excel, and
PowerPoint
• Enters, update, research, stores, and retrieves data using computer
• Take vital signs, test for vision, hearing, and blood sugar, explain exam procedure and prepare patient
for exam
• Assisting practitioners and physicians with patient exams and administered medications such as
(injections or vaccines) as directed
• Fill out lab requisition, collect specimens, draw blood, and process lab for pick up
• Send out letters regarding abnormal result and maintain records to assure adequate follow-up
• Assisting with coding, creating a charge bill, and collecting co-pay. Assisting with implement practice’s
quality to ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA and OSHA regulations
