Responsibilities and Duties
• Develops and administers effective occupational health, safety,
ergonomics and industrial hygiene programs, including health services
functions and maintenance of related policy and procedure manuals.
• Conduct monthly safety inspections and report to Management.
• Educates, motivates and trains line supervision and production personnel
in good housekeeping practices, safe work procedures.
• Acquires specialized testing equipment, to measures and evaluates
employee exposures to in-plate Hazards.
• Administrates the audiometric testing and hearing programs. Monitors,
analyzes and records performance of the plant exhaust and make-up air
ventilation systems
• Manages the plant personal protective equipment, work clothing and
safety equipment programs according to company standards and
operating budget.
• Assist in administration of the workers’ compensation programs. Serves
on the plant safety committee as Chairperson.
• Maintains current awareness of applicable federal, state and local health,
industrial hygiene and safety regulations. Maintains legal, governmental
and company environmental, health, medical and safety-related records
according to standards, including confidentiality.
• Maintains and accurate OSHA 200/300 log.
• Administers the plant hazard communication program, including
maintaining up-to-date MSDS’s, effective identification of all chemicals,
chemical inventory and related training and education programs.
• Reviews all manufacturing and support operations to assure ongoing
safety. Assists the line organization in developing job safety analyses and
safe operating procedures for all tasks and investigating incidents.
• Develops and implements audit programs to review and assure
compliance with applicable health and safety standards.
• Accumulates, prepares and documents health, industrial hygiene, and
medical and safety data into computer system. Analyzes data and
prepares standard and other requested reports for plant management.
CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER
• Handle inbound and outbound calls. Answer telephone in a
timely and professional manner
• Talked to customers who were frustrated and upset and helped
calm them to resolve their situations.
• Select the correct patient medical record and take messages to
send TE’s to the correct clinic.
• Received and relayed customer information accurately in order to
resolve issues.
• Identified problem accounts with customers, investigated and
correct errors.
• Contacted insurance company, attorneys, employers, and
others when necessary to obtain verification in order to
resolve non self-pay balances on accounts.
• Set up payment plans and monitored adherence to plans by
responsible party; directed accounts to outside collection
agencies when necessary.
• Posted payments and adjustments, batched, and made
corrections as needed to accounts.
• Able to communicate in a professional manner.
• Adhered to HIPPA compliance standards and maintained
confidentiality.
• In charge of on call emergencies after hours.
Prepress Manager Responsibilities and Duties
• Provides interface between Graphic Designers and the Production
Manager.
• Prepare computer to plate images using Pringery 5.1 Software on
Lotem 800 image setters.
• Proofread files generated by customers and within internal Graphics
in compliance with job specifications and company quality
standards.
• Wide Format printing.
• Proof color plotters, Virtual Proofs, processed plates and finished
print materials for accuracy.
• Schedule all work to meet customer timeframe requirements.
• Works closely with other staff members to meet or exceed customer
satisfaction and service.
• My positions are a key for guaranteeing customer satisfaction
therefore I am required to maintain confidentiality, tact, sensitivity,
and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with the General Manager/Owner, the Sales
Team and the Production Team, informing and updating them
