Administrative Support
Perform various secretarial/clerical duties such as documenting, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and
organizing filing system
Sort and distribute incoming communication data, including faxes, letters and emails
Monitor and maintain the companies website
Interaction with providers, patients, attorneys, vendors and visitors on a daily basis
Organization and scheduling of meetings, conferences, and events; distributed minutes for them

Answer telephones and transferred calls to appropriate staff members; ensure there was phone coverage during
all office hours
Schedule patient appointments, check patients in and out, collect all co-pays and cash payments, monitor
patient wait time, coordinate reminder and missed appointment calls
Track progress of patients using FOA questionnaires and assist with the implementation of point system
Preparation of patient charts and materials prior to visit, Ensure accurate and current insurance information is
in the patients’ chart
