1. Worked at Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited (Hyderabad) as an HR Analyst –
Employee Life Cycle Events (Onboarding Specialist) – Jan 12th
2015 to April 2016.
Key Job Responsibilities:
 Partnering closely with the recruiters and coordinators to understand the upcoming
volumes for both campus and experienced hires to build strategies/timelines for
smooth and effective onboarding.
 Coordinating with all the other team members internally and with other groups
within ELE to drive for quality and SLA’s on all deliverables.
 Teaming up with different groups with in CTS, all other US teams (Acquisition,
Delivery, Operations, L&D, Payroll, Technology, BI and external vendors to resolve
any potential candidate pre and post onboarding queries/issues.
 Generate all standard reports and complete most ad hoc requests with less
supervision.
 Co-ordinating with Technology teams to ensure that the Technical issues are
resolved.
 Research and determine the data required to meet the request
 Keep self, updated about process changes and to implement the changes without
any time lag
 Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
 Ability to work virtually
 Maintaining high data accuracy levels (98%)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Pre & Post joining Formalities)
Pre joining formalities
 Follow up with prospective candidates about the date of joining and send
onboarding document check list.
 Work with System Administration team to allocate PC and create Email-ID.
Post joining formalities
 Collect below mandatory documents duly filled by the employee
• Joining forms
• PF forms,
• New User Requisition forms
• Pre-employment verification
 Verify originals of education, employment and other relevant documents and collect
copies for employee file.
 Provide guidance or Assist employees as necessary with filing of all the necessary
forms.
 Campus walkthrough and taking the new joinee for a company sponsored lunch on
the first day of their joining.
 Introduce new joinee to the concerned team members.
 Review Employee Handbook with the joinee and handover a copy to the new joinee
to ensure they can read and understand Companies Policies.
 Work with vendors to Request for ID cards & Business cards for employees.
 Work with Bank personnel to open a new bank account for new joinee.
 Schedule various Induction sessions and make sure every new joinee attends all the
sessions and goes through the Induction process.
 Conduct HR and Organizational Inductions.
Employee Engagement Activities
 As a Member of the Employee Activity Committee, responsible to organise various
employee fun activities/games/competitions.
 Broadcast email messages for birthday, festivals and various other occasions email.

 Responsible for supporting quarterly EAC activities by ordering snacks and ensuring
all employees receive snacks.
 Assist in organizing Company Annual day celebrations.
 Coordinate with vendors and employees to get the sizes and order “Company T-
shirt”.
 Coordinate various health check-ups organised by the company for the employees.
Leave Management
 Updating the leaves of all the offshore employees.
 Maintain and track employee comp-off and ensure they are utilized appropriately.
Trainings
 Ensure all the employees taking part in the training fill training attendance forms.
 Collect Training feedback forms from the trainees.
 Maintaining files for Training attendance and the Training feedback forms.
 Prepare consolidated training feedback analysis form(s) for every training
conducted.
Additional Responsibilities
 Perform various other tasks as assigned by my HR Manager and also Admin
Manager.
 Updating the Master employee database and relieving employee database
 Collected filled BGV (Background Verification) forms from employees and send to
the HR Manager to initiate the Background verification process.
 Answering various queries from employees on the company policies, leaves or any
other HR related matters.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
 Master of Business Administration - HR from Bharath University Chennai – 2007
passout with 1st
Class.
 Cleared IELTS (International English Language Testing System) with a score of 7/9
