The document is a proposal for a film project about a serial stalker/killer who hacks into surveillance cameras to stalk and kill victims. The target audience is males aged 18-35 who enjoy action/thriller genres. The concept involves the killer hacking cameras to stalk victims and drive them mad before ultimately murdering them. My audience is going to be mainly male aged 18-35 this is because that age
group are interested in action/thriller movies so if I cater to them I will get a lot of
views. Also they are also more likely to believe in a conspiracy like this or believe
someone can spy on you through technology so it would be easier to cater to a
much mature audience. In the 2016-17 film season the majority of this age group
watch films like Suicide Squad, Batman VS Superman, the Conjuring 2, Deadpool,
now you see me 2 and The Revenant to name a few. This shows me that this age
group likes action, thriller, horror and crime films which will be good for the film I
am planning on making because hopefully the film I am planning on making is
going to be a action, crime thriller. Why would my product appeal to the
audience? The reason why my product will appeal to this audience is because my
genre is going to be a thriller about technology which I think people this age can
get into because some of this age group are really into technology like the 18-35
year olds but the other part of the age group will like it because they are paranoid
about technology and just paranoid about life so I can put this top my strengths.
The film the enemy of the state is about the government using technology to spy
on this one guy who they think has got a tape of a murder by the government. And
the main gender who watched this film was male aged 25-50 so a good chunk of
my demographic would enjoy the film I am making. Also males love watching
action, horror and thriller films so my film will be perfect because my film is a
mixture of both

During my time here I have learned a lot of techniques. Before I came to college I
knew nothing about adobe premier pro and editing so for the first few months we
just learned the basics which was very good for me because I can use all of these
basics in my other films. The main thing that I learned is how to edit and pace my
film, this was a good thing to learn because if you use different edits or pace it
differently it will give the film a different feel. During the time at the college we
studied short films, documentaries and cliental work.

Project Concept (approx. 200 words)
My concept for my project is serial stalker/killer hacking into surveillance/CCTV
cameras to stalk and kill their prey by firstly hacking into the cameras to stalk them
messing with them getting into their head making them crazy like they are loosing
their mind and then eventually it will end up with the murder/death of the
protagonist. Then the end shot of the lots of monitors with different CCTV footage
of a different prey. So, what I need to do is think what I want in my film like effects
wise and then research how to do them effects such as CCTV footage. I will also
research some other films that are the same premise of mine so I can get an idea
on how professionals make films like mine.
Production Techniques (approx. 150 words)
In this film I would lie to use a couple of cool techniques for example I would like
to use some cool visual effects like CCTV camera view and I would also like to try
and make some models on blender like a CCTV camera and some crime scene
materials. There are lots of effects I would like to use such as some POV shots of
the villain/killer/stalker/hacker. I would like to get shots of multiple monitors
showing different CCTV footage so for that I might need to use a green screen for
but If I can I would like to do it practically. Also I would like there to be a murder or
a fake murder to get into the mind of the victim. I would like to make my own
sound track for it and to make my own sound effects for it because it will make it
more natural and more real.
Evaluation (approx. 50 words)
When it is time to evaluate my FMP I have a couple of things that I would do. The
first thing I would do is get my friend to have a look at it and tell me what I should
change and what I should do better. Then I will review my own product saying
what went well and what I should change. I will also screen my films multiple times
so I can get reviews from different people maybe some film critics and that will be
show at either a cinema or a big hall. We will also show our films at the end of
year show at college
