• The podcast I have found here has a number of episodes discussing all aspects of motivation, the presenter includes music
to talk over, the music isn’t sad or gloomy, its very “get up and go” music, the presenter talks about how you might feel
when you are not motived and he talks direct, this makes the listen feel as if he is talking to them and only them. He also
talks about other people’s stories, this makes the listen feel very connected, the audience will want to buy this because its
very informative and goes in to great detail about how to get motivated and motivation is something everyone struggles
with so everyone can relate to this.

• This podcast I have found uses very “upbeat” music at the beginning and the presenter starts the show very happy and
upbeat and you can really feel the positivity when she speaks, there are a number of episodes exploring motivation , this
episode is about making your reality real, the presenter talks about how our brain works and how we miss a lot of
information and how we only capture a certain number of thoughts every second, the audience would appeal to this
podcast because, its very up beat and the presenter talks about very deep about our emotion and what we feel as human
beings and law of attraction. The language that is used in this podcast is very deep and intelligent wording. Also the wording
that is being used will make the audience play this podcast because the wording and the way the presenter talks makes you
really think about life and it makes you want to change.

• The podcast I have sound here, starts off with the presenter talking about how a listener contacted him and asked how long
it takes to put the podcast together I noticed when it started the presenter added some very calm and laid back audio music
the presenter goes on to talk about courage and how it draws all the mental elements of failure and how it has a lot to do
with our attitude, the wording the presenter uses makes you think deep I believe that the appeal is definitely here for the
audience to play this podcast because the question about courage is always on your mind and how to be successful.

Research Analysis
• What common features do the researched
products have?
• The common features that my researched products have, are they are all motivational podcast and they all are trying to get
the same message across to there audience also they all sound very upbeat. Also all the presenters in the podcast use very
intelligent wording and wording to make you think and really catch you in the moment.
• What aspects of the research will you include
within your on work?
The aspects I will include in my product will be using very “up beat” music and making sure I use certain types of wording to make
my listeners think and take action upon what I’m saying and try and make it as positive as possible, I will also take away some of
the timing aspect, because I will only have a certain amount of time to do my podcast and fit everything in.
Audience
Audience Profile
Category Demographic Content to appeal to this audience
Age Range
the age range for my target
group is 15-24
• The content in my product will appeal to the age range I have
chosen because people of that age are in school, college or
university, and my content will appeal to my audience, also
because being a young person myself I know how easy it is to lose
motivation when going through school and college.
Gender
My product will be targeted
at both male and female.
• The content in my product will appeal to my audience because the
topic of my podcast isn’t specified or targeted to a certain gender
and both genders can relate to the topic.
Psychographic
The groups I would choose
are “Type B” and “Needs
Driven”
• The content would appeal to these groups because they have
quite a negative mind-set and I think they are in need of
motivation and my podcast can offer this.
Social Status
My product is aimed at all
social statues.
• the content in my product will appeal to all social statues,
depending on what background you come from and position you
hold, this may appeal to you more. I mean if someone how comes
from a poor background and listens to my content, they are
experiencing a high lack of motivation they will relate to my
content more than say someone from a rich background that has a
lot of drive and motivation to succeed.
