The purpose of my product is to entertain people that want to listen and educate on the news of
the NBA

It is a podcast about players and news in the NBA

What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If

My product is about the news in the NBA and it would have background music and sounds effects
in it to make it more interesting.
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person?
My audience are male teens, in the middle class, this type of audience would be interested
in my podcast because of the type of sport and welcoming of the podcast

Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? I will not restrict younger people from using the
podcast
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? I will not offend any social groups
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will not include anything offensive
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? I am not including anything from
existing products
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement?
It will not include anything that can be copyrighted and will be different from existing products
