3. Research
• Some of the strengths of my research is that I found it very helpful to see
what some of the most popular audio was and all about food reviews as
that was my chosen section so when looking around on the internet I
found out that there wasn’t that many food reviews without having the
intention to entertain and more to inform which is what I wanted to do ,
however from my research I did find out about what types of questions
that I was going to be asking, for example what questions get the most
detailed answers and can lead onto other questions which was my
strategy.
• A weakness of my research is that I went for the same genre of food
reviews to look at and watch and that didn't really tie in with what I
actually wanted to produce which wasn’t suppose to be entertaining and
more just informative.
4. Planning
• Some of the strengths of my planning is that I used mind maps to help me
decide what I wanted to create and what root to go down by looking at my
main 3 ideas and choosing one which was food reviews I decided I wanted
to do this because I had more ideas and had more of a reasonable plan
that I could actually achieve, I also think that planning is a crucial part of
helping to make my final product as it helps you to have structure and an
actual idea of what to do.
• A weakness of my planning is that I didn’t allow myself much time to go
into detail with the others because I had already decided that I wanted to
do a food review so I didn't really think about the other ideas in detail
enough.
5. Time Management
• In my opinion I don’t think that I managed my time well as I think I didn’t
leave enough time for production as I needed a lot my time than I
originally thought as editing and producing what I wanted to took a lot
longer and as I didn't’t have enough time I don’t think I did as well as I
could of. I also didn't’t leave enough time for my reflection/ evaluation so I
had to quickly do them which means that i didn't’t have enough time to go
into much detail within the sections.

• I think that my own final product is similar to this one as it specific for
young people and specific for different types of food for example mine is
only for college food and the one on YouTube is only about chicken shops.
• I think a difference of mine and the one of YouTube is the more
entertainment side of it for example the one on YouTube is more for
entertainment purposes and mine is more just for the informational side
of it.
7. Aural Qualities
• In my opinion I don’t think that my own work sounded as
good as it could have been as I didn’t spend as much time on
the editing as I would of liked to as I didn’t allow myself
enough time, I then think that I could of improved it by adding
more sound effects/ music. However I think that my work was
creative as I hadn't see it really on YouTube where it was more
serious than for entertainment purposes and I like the fact
that I put someone with a negative view to have two different
sides of people.
8. Audience Appeal
In my opinion I think that I did appeal it to my target audience as
it is aimed at teenagers and as it is a college food review it is
more appropriate towards the teenagers and young adults
however I feel that it was a bit serious and too informational for
the age range as I'm sure that they would prefer something
more laid back and entertaining, for example I think that music I
chose was more suited towards the teenagers and young adults
of now.

From my peer feedback I would attempt to add more sound effects and
different music to make it more entertaining and less of a serious food
review. I think that this would appeal towards teenagers more and
make them want to listen for longer and would be more appealing.
