• The main ideas that will be displayed:
• Getting up and out / motivation and how it effects mood.
• The use of social media, e.g. shutting a phone off.
• How it helped with stress, e.g. stressed before the walk and not after. This would show that
• No voice over, forced to watch the story to understand.

A podcast is a great way for people to listen while on the go or while lying in bed. By creating a podcast, I am creating
a wider range of media products which increases my chances of reaching more people. My podcast will relate to the
same target audience as the video and will be talking about the same aspects that are shown within the video. For this
my Pod will be me and a few people talking about:
12. In my survey I can see that most people didn’t
find many issues with my presentation. Ideas
were well understood and were given clearly.
In the future, personally, I will aim to have a
basic script to go off to make talking easier. I
had one person that said they didn’t
understand how my video idea related to the
audience. Although this shows that some
people won’t agree with my ideas, he did not
ask a question when I asked. Therefore I had
no way of helping explain further into my
ideas. Due to this, I believe that this was not a
fault of my presentation but rather of the
person myself. However in the future I will
make sure to ask detailed and personalised
questions to make sure my audience
understand my ideas thoroughly.
