Have worked in two different territories with this team; starting with the Northeast and then
becoming the sole K12 sales development representative. My role consists of reaching out to
end user technology decision makers and explaining the benefits of considering Extreme as a
possible vendor. After qualification, I schedule remote demos & on-site meetings between
our outside sales organization and the prospect.
-$10 Million in Lifetime Pipeline (900K closed to date).
-Only Sales Development Rep on team without a “team lead”; trusted to work independently.
- 200% of quota hit last 4 quarters.
Sherwin Williams Paint Company January 2011-September 2016
Store Manager
-Evaluated the effectiveness of training programs and recommended improvements to upper
management. Conducted orientation sessions and organized on-the-job training for new hires.
Sherwin Williams has had eight new MTP's (manager in training) be trained at my location.
Led daily, weekly and monthly coaching, counseling and feedback sessions. Evaluate which
available stores are a good fit for new talent.
-Met with large commercial accounts weekly to specify product needs, pricing, and customer
service concerns and to spec out big ongoing jobs.
-Accounts receivable/payable. Processed payments and made collection calls. In addition, ran
credit checks and opened charge accounts for new customers. Followed algorithm for credit line
amount.
-Forecasting stores financial progress in monthly reporting.
2015 Year to Date increases in (Store Volume approx. $1.2 million in 2014):
-Total Sales Gross Profit: 19.8% increase
-Gallons sold 37.5% increase
-Gross margin: 2.2% increase
-Industrial and Marine Sales: 78.9% increase
-Award for "most new account business" in 2015 -First out of 22 stores.
-Third out of 22 stores in controllable expenses.
