5. Onderzoeksvraag
How can we design and improve project-
based, ICT-supported learning
environments in higher professional
education?
6. Onderzoeksvraag
How do professional objects function as boundary
objects [specific interventions] and which role do
they play in activating the five authentic
mechanisms [mechanisms] in a project-based,
technology-enhanced and authentic learning
environment [main intervention], aiming for
transferable knowledge and learning-, thinking-,
collaboration-, and regulation-skills [outcomes],
which is situated in higher professional education
and a specific professional domain [context]?

10. Vier elementen
1. Actor perspectief: Het gaat hierbij om het vorm geven van de
rollen: patiënt/klant/cliënt rollen, professionele rollen en
onderwijsrollen, zoals: junior, senior, projectleider, theoretisch
expert, praktijkdeskundige, probleemeigenaar, leverancier etc.
2. Ruimtelijke perspectief. Het gaat hierbij om het vorm geven van de
fysieke en digitale ruimtes.
3. Instrumentele perspectief. Het gaat hierbij om het vorm geven van
de materialen: tastbare lesmateriaal (digitaal en papier),
professioneel gereedschap, dingen/objecten. Het accent is op
grensoverschrijdende of ‘ boundary objecten’.
4. Tijdsperspectief.
11. Five authentic mechanisms
• Use expert performances and the modelling
of processes
• Enact multiple roles and apply multiple
perspectives
• Collaboratively construct knowledge
• Reflect to enable abstractions to be formed
• Articulate to enable tacit knowledge to be
made explicit
(Herrington & Herrington, 2006)
14. Template/representatie uit het ICF-framework (digitaal & papier)
Use expert performances and the modelling of processes
Enact multiple roles and apply multiple perspectives
Collaboratively construct knowledge
Reflect to enable abstractions to be formed
Articulate to enable tacit knowledge to be made explicit
15. Bronnen: links naar websites, checklists, artikelen
Use expert performances and the modelling of processes
16. Elektronische brainstorm voorafgaand aan
MDO per discipline
Articulate to enable tacit knowledge to be
made explicit
17. Representatie ICF invullen op whiteboard. Onder begeleiding van tutor

19. Prints van voorbereide documenten
Gebruiken en maken tijdens MDO & samen uitwerken na MDO

20. Uitwerking na MDO. Delen met iedereen.
