Production Reflection
Muhammad Syaffa
Process
The font that I used and the colour of it fits
the theme that I’m going for which is eery
and gore. I got the font from dafont.com as it
is easier and accessible. The background that
I chose this picture because it is the
protagonist of the latest movie. I felt the
need to use her picture to make my product
looked more appealing to my audience and it
will draw attention of the readers. I’ve also
included catchphrases regarding articles that
are inside my magazine again to draw
attention and to appeal to my audience. I’ve
also included an age restriction notice so
that parents, guardians and individuals are
warned about the content inside the
magazine. I’ve also added a barcode to
regulate the price so that it will always be
cheap and affordable for my audiences.
Process
I decide to crack on with my background
for my pages. I’ve decided to choose this
one because I think it looks mysterious
and creepy as if something horrifying
about to happened at that place. I’ve
also added a line in the middle of the
pages so that it can separate between
the first page and the second page. It
will also help me when I type in the
article so that I know it won’t overlap
with each other.
Process
During this stage, I added the
articles regarding the film that I was
promoting on the front cover. It
was an article about what is in the
movie and the background and
history regarding the protagonist. I
tried to compress the paragraphs
into a smaller one so that it will be
easier for my audience to read it.
I’ve also added numbering for my
pages so that my readers can
navigate my magazine easier.
Process
I felt like its too empty if I don’t
add anything to it so I decided to
put in an image near the article
to make it more interesting. It
can be a reference for readers to
look at if hey forgot how does
the film goes. It can actually give
a strong impression to readers
who haven’t actually seen it yet.
The image can tell thousands of
stories to the reader and it can
make them curious about thee
movie.
Process
Here is my final product where I’ve
done all the things that needs to
be done. I decided to add “more
next age” down at the bottom to
indicate that there’s more on the
next page.
