2. Process
Firstly, I chose a suitable photo for my fishing
magazine, of a fisherman holding a big fish in his
hands and positioned it so it was in a good position
of the frame. From there, I proceeded to layer red,
yellow and blue boxes over the original image to
put my text on top to make the text stand out more
and make the magazine look more professional. I
added The title “Fishing News”, at the top, behind
the yellow to make to it stand out well, so people
can see to it straight away. After adding all the
boxes and the texts, I then added the bar code and
a colour correction to make the image look better.
Some of the styles that I used for the boxes were
Stroke, drop shadow and emboss to make it stand
out more.
