to the bank, he uses formal language
to communicate with bank staff, and

clients.
A nurse has to write a letter to all

work environment and she owes
respect to everyone.
The English teacher is teaching a
new subject to her student, the girl
must handle a formal language
when talking to her teacher because
being a teacher is a symbol of
authority.

8. INFORMAL COMMUNICATION
Many times when a family is eating,
members do not use a formal
language, because being in a family
environment there is the freedom to
speak without formalities.

brother because he broke one
of her toys, she wants to beat
him so they use informal
language as they argue.

be more efficient.

15. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
