 Prepares the weekly payroll calendar and communicates to all parties involved in
the payroll process.
 Verifies the accuracy of the payroll prior to releasing.
 Forwards payroll payment supporting .
 Prepares pay slips and distribute,
 Reconciles and prepares Social Security, Philhealth, or other statutory reports.
 Provides input for Employee Cost Planning and explanations for variances
between estimated and actual employee costs as and when needed.
 Ensures that all payroll-related controls are followed and updates local process
narratives on a regular basis or when there are changes to the payroll processes.
 Assists in any guests or employee travel and hotel accommodation needs
 Undertake office administration work including facilities management, assist to

 Identify, develop, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that result in

 Monitor and ensure goals for candidate slate mix are met for each position.

 Manage candidate selection process and de-brief sessions with the assessment
