 Administrate accurate weekly payroll, invoicing and pre-employment requirements as well as new
employee orientations for up to 100+ contractors at a time while ensuring compliance with FLSA
laws and tax laws.
 Liaise among the contractors, client management staff and corporate to ensure compliance and client

 Train company representatives in OPA functions; counsel contractors on performance and issue
resolutions (terminate as necessary), and run department operations.
