compliance subject matter experts such as state unemployment representatives and corporate legal compliance
division to monitor legal adherence.
Selected Responsibilities:
Administrate accurate weekly payroll, invoicing and pre-employment requirements as well as new
employee orientations for up to 100+ contractors at a time while ensuring compliance with FLSA
laws and tax laws.
Liaise among the contractors, client management staff and corporate to ensure compliance and client
satisfaction.
Train company representatives in OPA functions; counsel contractors on performance and issue
resolutions (terminate as necessary), and run department operations.

Contributed to partner sites reaching operational goals and meeting client specified deadlines by
assisting with large hiring and onboarding events.
Created an information tracking system to track pertinent details for unemployment claims such as
date and details of termination, previous counseling and other pertinent information, to be used to
contest unemployment claims resulting in significantly increasing favorable results for the company
and decreasing the amounts paid in unemployment liability.
Developed a standard operating procedures handbook for OPAs to use during large hiring events
which typically consisted of hiring 500+ contractors spanned over the course of several weeks.
