Promoted into position to intergrate and build on systems and programs successfully running on
second shift to first. A need was identified in the area of plant Human Resources and my back
ground made me a natural fit. Greatwide intergrated Human Resources into the plant operations role
which I filled.
Key Results:
 Played a key role in developing the safest most profitable warehouse in the company receiving
recognation from The President of Greatwide.
 Conducted all on-site injury discussions with employees, developed return to work programs;
Developed JHA’s, and helped perform JA’s for employees, developed safe working recognitation
program. Resulted in 540 Safe working days.
 Conducted several Sexual Harassment investigations and one EEO Complaint. Was recognized for
completing investigation in a comprehensive and detailed way.
 Have been the main contact person for Collection of Evidence (COE) at the plant. Have
prepared the evidence for presentation and successfully concluded several investigations. I
have also conducted challenging interviews with less than willing witnesses in Spanish.
 Developed a program of Recruitment and selection. Hired over 90 people for various positions
including supervisors. Developed behavior based interview questions to assist in selection of
best fit employee and position. Successfully recruited and trained 3rd
shift for plant
operation.
