 Receive and review on a monthly basis the Manpower Forecast reports and identify future

 Maintains and communicates the recruitment status updated to all Departmental Managers /
Section Heads on time to time basis.
 Screens CVs from Job Portals, received from agencies, internal referrals and direct applications.
