2.  We know that business communication is a
process of transmitting and receiving
messages (verbal or non-verbal) for official
purpose like running a business, managing an
organization, conducting the formal business
of an organization and so on.

4.  Context of communication may be physical,
social, chronological, cultural, personal or
emotional.

5.  Encoder is a person who sends the message.

6.  Message is the information that is exchanged
between receiver and sender.

7.  Medium is the channel through which
encoder will communicate the message.

8.  The person to whom the message is being
sent is called receiver/decoder.
 Receiver is the person who interprets the
message.

9.  Response or reaction of receiver to a
message is called feedback.
