Team Supervisor

● Admin support to VP of Sales, Multi Store HR Manager and Multi Store
Operations Manager, including analysis of reports with action plan when
needed. Supervised 5 associates on my Team to accomplish the wide variety
of tasks required of the AST team.
● Support to VP of Sales included but not limited to preparing/pulling daily
reports that represented Sales and Customer Service. Responsible to react
accordingly on any Customer Service issues daily and analyze weekly
reports to determine hot spots and an action plan to correct the behavior.
Responsible for total store hours’ implementation to ensure positive customer
experience. Responsible for Total store money/Vault to include daily
deposits, change requests and all research relating to cash/check services.
Responsible for all face to face customer issues that may present itself daily
along with the follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for all
store Supplies both ordering and forecasting for upcoming events, all store
travel arrangements and VP expense reports. Responsible for Employee
recognition events both planning and execution. Proficient in Office
products to include web based 365, Taleo, SameTime and various Web based
conferencing programs.
● Support to the Multi Store HR Manager included but not limited to Hiring for
open positions with the objective of zero open jobs weekly, all learning and
development maintenance for 180+ associates assigned to our store, to
include identifying associates with promotion potential. Responsible for all
training both of new hires and seasoned associates, to include verification of
their eligibility to work and follow up once hired to ensure additional
position training is provided if necessary. Responsible for the immediate
coaching to correct behavior on the sales floor if observed during my time on
the floor proficient in PeopleSoft, Taleo and Macys proprietary software to
track department targets based on seasonalbudgets. Controlled full store
inventory, Safety Program, Supplies, Customer Service related issues and
Incoming Calls relating to customer experience. Responsible for Employee
retention, activities, fun calendars and execution, reacting accordingly when
hearing associate dissatisfaction. Responsible for yearly Employee
Engagement Survey, participating in the resulting Action Plan and execution
of Action Plan.
● Support to the Multi Store Operations Manager including but not limited to
