JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.

under the name Rage & Ride Bike Shop. The company is one of the largest distributors of Action Sports, Bike and 
Lifestyle brands across GCC. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES. 
STRATEGIC 
· Strengthen brand awareness through cost effective marketing and public relations 
· Prepare seasonal buying budgets 
· Conduct on an ongoing basis and maintain up to date reports on the development of fashion and 
the local competition 
· Develop and implement “Special Occasions Themes” ( e.g. Valentine’s, mother’s day etc.) to 
increase in store traffic and sales 
· Propose sales promotions and manage markdowns 
· Assist in identifying potential new locations and maintain up to date reports on the local retail real 
estate property. 
· In conjunction with the MIS department develop and implement a Client Profiling system and a 
Customer Loyalty Program / KPi management reports 
· Assist the MD/CEO in formulating the three years strategic business plan. 
OPERATIONAL 
· Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining SOP’s and respective schedule for 
logistics and incoming merchandise 
· Work closely with accounts, logistics and the stockroom to ensure the smooth running of the 
business, especially supplier payments, debits and credits, shipping to and from showrooms and 
minimizing discrepancies in stock. 
· Responsible for all levels of stock control from the receipt of the order to the delivery at the 
showroom level 
· Conducting bi-annual stock takes and minimizing discrepancies 
· Work directly with store managers to optimize the merchandising and brand mix on the showroom 
level to promote stronger sell through and an overall dynamic store environment
