DSD Manager needed ASAP

1. Regional consumer goods manufacturer is searching for a Direct store Delivery Manager. Position is based
Near Findlay OH. The company has an extensive history in the area and currently going through a large expansion.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Working directly for the Director of Sales, the DSD Manager will be responsible for the direct supervision of all
regional Direct Store Deliveries. Primary role is to supervise DSD Sales and their support teams to ensure all
accounts receive exceptional service while consistently searching for ways to grow market share.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Continue development of the DSD department
 Assist in developing merchandising goals and strategies
 Training personnelincluding Route Sales people
 Increases sales volume through direct sales efforts and by assisting otherSales personnel and Route Sales people
in the field
 Coordinate the DSD Sales department with other departments in working towards company goals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 Minimum of 5 years of food/beverage merchandising and DSD experience
 At least 5 years of supervisory experience
 Valid driver’s license
 Ability to prioritize workload, function well under pressure,and stay organized
