OLA Cabs is the Leading Cab service provider in India. Start to end HR activities (Entire employee life cycle).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Handled Joining formalities & Induction for all new joiners (Temp & Permanent).
 Personnel files management (Temp & Permanent)
 Initiate Background Verification and vendor management.
 ID & Access card preparation.
 Invoice processing and claims for various interviews, relocation, and team get-togethers.
 Room bookings for meetings and other arrangements (coordinating with housekeeping staffs effectively).
 Assist employees and managers as the initial point of contact for HR programs, policies and procedures
questions by answering telephone calls and emails, by providing immediate resolution or careful
redirection to escalated supported resources.
 Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations
 Carrying out investigation and implementing disciplinary action on misconduct or fraud.
 Collaborated with Operations staff members in order to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely
manner.
 Conduct intake for employee relations issues and prepares all required documentation from initial intake to
resolution.
 Co-ordination of events and contests of various ER Activities (Birthday Bash, Fundoo Friday, Festival celebrations,
Pat on the Back awards, Star Performer awards, Five Year completion awards).
 Coordinated various medical camps (Diabetes, Thyroid, Eye, BMI, ENT, Stress Management)
 Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to all issues and abides by data privacy regulations.
 Participated on HR projects as assigned and managed by Manager.
 Performed on other job related assignments as requested.
 Worked on VLOOKUP,PIVOT TABLES and MAIL MERGE for various reports.
 Conducting Exit interviews and discusses the employee's feedback with the management.
