   What is motivation?
“To be motivated means to be moved to do
  something” (Deci & Ryan, 2000, p.54)

    ◦ Intrinsic Motivation
    Intrinsic motivation refers to motivation that comes
      from inside an individual

    ◦ Extrinsic Motivation
    Comes from the external factor of an individual
   The best notivation that shoud be given to
    NPOs worker is intrinsic motivation

   Negative effects of extrinsic motivation
    affecting the work performance of NPOs
    worker

   Intrinsic motivation are more needed for
    making employees enjoy their work.
    Rewardcostly
Limitation
― Did not cover all NPOs
― No further investigation on indicators to
 measure the intrinsic and extrinsic
 motivation

   Further Implication Research
    The impact of the motivation to work
    performance in service companies
