1. The gap between creators and writers of reports
– Creators 92% Good, V.Good Excellent
Receivers 64% Good, V.Good Excellent
2. Reporting is improving, but Receivers do not think it is
improving as fast as Creators think
3. To avoid being ’not good’ get all the hygiene factors right,
including ‘meeting the brief’
4. To be really good – tend to be Insightful, Actionable &
Clear
– But find out what each specific audience wants
