Given the complexity of delivering on a study (enrollment, training, oversight), strong project management,
delivered through a streamlined and stable project management team, is critical to the success of this study. The
sponsor requires the CRO to take responsibility for daily operations, planning, training, but also to provide critical
input on decision-making process.
