Everyone hates handling pickups. Users on the West
coast use Lugg while the East coast market remains
fragmented leaving users to pay the same amount for
Uber XLs and having to complete moves themselves.
Marketplace Challenges
Most users aren't great sellers. Power-sellers dominate
larger marketplaces. For every user that makes a sale,
another user's post gets no hits; causing their item to slide
far down the stack.
These items either sit dormant or get trashed!
Second-hand markets should move as fast as Amazon.
The entire retail industry caters toward getting
customers what they want ASAP; except when it's used
and that doesn't have to be the case.
The NOW Economy
Users are unsatisfied with current platforms when it comes to finding free stuff and
they often lack the resources to get the items home.

Our Solution
We created a platform exclusively for finding free stuff!
User Profiles
Our user profiles allow for an elevated level of safety allowing users to not only
rate fellow claimers and sharers but also to set up independent communities
where they can engage in sharing with only groups of people that they select.
We Prioritize User Success
Same-Day, Door-to-Door Delivery
Through allowing users to post open requests, we can have better success rates
than our competition. The best items are the ones users don't think to post. We
use location to help users find people who need what they aren't using; pushing
them to share months before they would make the choice to try selling an item.
We want to start by solving the problem of second-hand marketplace logistics
for the East Coast. We believe that in the future, secondhand marketplaces
operate much faster because of how localized they are and we want to be one of
the companies leading that charge.

We plan to both use platforms like Google Ad Mob, as well as charge a lead generation fee to moving companies for
connecting claimers to movers who specialize in the secondhand marketplaces.
We make money from Lead Generation.
