A message from our CEO Knud Lasse Lueth
Dear prospective customer,
IoT Analytics strives to be the most relevant and highest quality market research provider for enterprise Internet of Things, with increasing coverage
also in the adjacent topics of AI, Cloud, Edge, and Industry 4.0. We measure ourselves by the impact our research has on our customer’s decision-
making. Our work is considered successful when the research enables you to make better decisions, be it on your product roadmap, marketing
strategy, vendor selection, partnership development, or overall IoT strategy.
Global Coverage. Since 2014, we have worked with more than 1,000 customers globally across the vendor and end-user communities and most
major industries. Our international team spends hours interviewing people, screening presentations, attending conferences, and discussing findings
internally. We offer the results in the form of reports as well as market databases and trackers. We also perform bespoke research on topics that are
core to our research coverage areas.

Recognized by IoT buyers. Analyst firms like IoT Analytics play an increasing role in IoT buying decisions. We are proud that an independent November 2021 survey by CC Group ranked us as
one of the “Top 3 most influential IoT analyst firms” among IoT buyers.
Quality first. For us, “quality first” is an inherent company value. Our reports are mostly 100+ pages and the result of months, not weeks, of in-depth research. In 2021 and 2022, clients
continued to rank us “4.4/5” when we asked them for feedback and consistently scored us as “better” than our competitors, especially for product quality.​ In 2023, we continue to place a
heavy emphasis on quality as we significantly increase the headcount in our analyst teams.
Expanding our research footprint. In 2020, we set a target to become a full-scope IoT research provider, covering the entire IoT stack from both technology and vertical points of view. We
are not there yet, but we have taken major steps already and continue to develop in that direction. For us, that means two things in 2023:
1. Providing continued coverage of our existing focus areas, namely A) IoT software and platforms, B) Industrial IoT/Industry 4.0, and C) IoT Connectivity & IoT Hardware. We also realize
that customers do value a few shorter reports in the subscription mix that highlight some of the latest developments and breaking industry news. That is why we added more such reports
to our mix in 2022 and plan to have at least two such publications each quarter in 2023 (e.g., a quarterly “What CEOs talk about” report or conference summaries).
2. Expanding our market research coverage. In 2022, we started commercializing two new products: A) Our global IoT market dashboard and B) specific market trackers (e.g., the IoT
module tracker). In 2023, look for extended market coverage on our dashboard and for additional trackers (most likely in the automotive domain). We also plan to work on a number of
new topics, e.g., IoT & Sustainability, remote asset monitoring, or IoT in energy.
As we continue to grow our team, our frequency of publications is going to increase. In 2023, we plan to publish an average of 8 publications per quarter or more. We are open to
