Area under authority includes Islamic Banking Group, Commercial Finance Division and Real Estate
Finance Division. Also proposals of Al-Wifaq Finance Company (a wholly owned subsidiary of UNB) are
being looked after. Prime responsibility includes the following:
• Carry out credit analysis of proposals originating from allotted Business Teams/Departments to
ensure that the proposals comply with standard credit parameters and bank’s credit policies –
thereby ensuring that the related credit risk is acceptable to the Bank.
• Financial, sensitivity, cash flow, risk and commercial analysis of new / existing projects and
companies.
• Preparation of spreadsheets and operating/ non-operating cash management statements.
• Maintain Management Information System (MIS) on the exposure profile of each relationship
handled.
• Assist HOCCD in the on going review of credit policies and procedures with the agreement
/approval of the Senior Management
• Visit key customers along with Business Divisions/Departments
• Liaise with Credit Administration to facilitate expeditious completion of documentation and
setting up of limits at the disposal of the clients.

Commercial customers in accordance with Bank’s credit guidelines & State Bank of Pakistan’s
prudential regulations.
• Financial, sensitivity, cash flow, risk and commercial analysis of new / existing projects and
companies.
• Preparation of spreadsheets and operating/ non-operating cash management statements.
• Organizing and participating in working group meetings relating to new project financing and
various other client issues, along with conducting industry trend analysis.
• Co-ordinating and supporting branches in their marketing efforts to generate quality business from
the market.
