 Managing the sales process for new SME prospects, from initial contact through
to closure.
 Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and
explaining all the proposals of different plan as per company’s requirements and
Identifying what customers wants and needs.
 Planning and organizing day to day to duties like, contacting all pipeline sales to
close them on the targeted time period. Visiting the new opportunities area wise
planned and reporting at the end of the day to my line manager.
 Filing all customers’ documents and information for the further after sale and
future sales. And filing of all pipeline customers and visiting report formy
record.
 Doing all the mandatory documentation as per requirements and submitting to
document team for verification and approval.
 Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.

 AS Bank Officer, responsible for developing new deposit, loan and merchant
business for a specific target market of small to medium size businesses and
