11. Education and Experience:
Graduation or Diploma or any equivalent qualification
Minimum experience of 3 years in Banks/MFI/NBFC
lending.
Responsibilities:
Achieving targets through continuous monitoring and
building of the branch team. Also conducting daily meetings,
coordinating departments including Business, Credit / Risk,
Operations, ensuring complete customer satisfaction at the
branch, monitoring portfolios to contain delinquency
symptoms and lead flows.
BRANCH MANAGER
12. Education and Experience:
A graduate with 4-5 years total experience in credit
function with 2-3 years or more relevant experience in
credit approval in consumer finance (LAP/Personal
loan/Mortgage/Auto/2W/Consumer Durable) in
NBFC/Banks. Experience in underwriting business
loan/LAP (Above Rs.5 lacs) would be preferable.
Credit Manager
13. Education and Experience:
Graduate (B.Com Preferred)
1 year in an Operations Role in an NBFC/MFI/Bank
including cash handling of a branch.
Responsibilities:
Various Register Maintenance, filing of bookings from login
to disbursement, receipt book management, branch
administration - petty cash, vault management, local cheques
and various other customer related work
Operations Officer
14. Education and Experience:
10+2 level and above
Minimum experience of 1 year in in banks/MFI/NBFC
lending. However, freshers are hired for CRO Trainee profile.
Responsibilities:
Achieving the given target within time limits. Attending the
leads, explaining about the products, procedure and benefits.
Initial screening of customers, collection of documents,
inspection of their properties and co-ordination between
customers and branch officials for sanction and
documentation. Portfolio monitoring, management and
reporting.
Customer Relationship Officer
15. Education and Experience:
Graduate
1-3 years of experience required in financial services preferably
NBFCs/Banks. Experience in Collections and Recovery is essential.
Responsibilities:
To ensure maximum Collections and Recoveries.All Customers to be
followed up and visited for Collections. Monthly Resolution and
Reversal Targets are met and providing timely feedback and update to
Collections Manager to track productivity and account-wise feedback
and thereafter necessary action to be taken.
