Project Title: Customer Preparedness towards Buying and Renewing Online Health and Motor Insurance
Brief Description: The Project was basically done to understand the buying behaviour of the Health and Motor Insurance
Owners and Intenders. The study focused on the factors influencing their buying decision and buying, not only that, the
sources they prefer to gather information from and their satisfaction level about those sources. The study also tried to find
out their use of internet at different stages like need, research, consideration and purchase.
