Привітання команд. Команди презентують себе, показують емблеми та вітають опонентів.
1. Конкурс «сходинки».
Гравці малюють на аркуші сходи із восьми сходинок, на котрих потрібно написати слова, які
позначають емоційний стан людини, та розташувати їх за ступенем експресивності, а також
обґрунтувати послідовність.

b) Verbs and adverbs.
Гравці утворюють пари. На столі лежать 2 стопки карток. У першій стопці знаходяться
дієслова, які позначають дії, а в другій - прислівники, які позначають дії. Перший гравець бере
картку з дієсловом, другий - з прислівником. Пара повинна зобразити дію, яка написана на картці.
Гравці команди мають здогадатися, яку дію вони зображають, які дієслова та прислівники
ілюструють, та назвати їх.
