Realism In The Korean War
There are many ways to definition realism in the realm of international relations. The best definition
can be defined as action is based on a self interest which is defined in a predominantly materialist way
in order to distinguish itself from idealism (Guzzini, 2004). This can also mean that the nation state
will use realist theories to further their own goals and agendas. Power is a major factor in realism on
an international level. This can be seen most prominently in cases of war where one nation state goes
to war with another to gain control of resources, land, or power over the other nation state.
The Korean War had many state actors. The main state actors were China, Soviet Union and Northern
Korean struggling for power over South

How Does The Stability And Instability Of Funding Shape...
How does the stability/instability of funding shape the nature of activities that international
organizations choose to engage in? How has the trend of increasing extra budgetary funds affected the
general international climate on development (issues of competition, overlapping mandates etc.)?
What are the implications of contract based funding for the culture, institutional memory and staffing
of international organizations?
Introduction
At the heart of the functional capability of every international organization (IO) is the issue of
funding. Financial sustainability remains to be one the most important elements of IOs. While funding
is critical to every IO, the source and the amount of funds has huge effects on the life of the ... Show

How the stability/instability of funding shape the nature of activities of international organizations
The funding sources for IOs are not exactly the same. While some depend on regular budgetary
contributions, others depend on voluntary contributions for the fulfillment of their mandates. In either
ways, the flow of funds could be stable or not stable. The stability or instability of these funds could
affect the nature of activities IOs choose to do in several ways: it could affect the execution of
mandates, planning and timing of programs, and sustainability. First, the flow and availability of funds
is the life blood of very IO. Even though every IO designs the nature and type program of activities
based on its mandates for a given period, the implementation of such programs are dependent on the
availability of funds. Thus, the timing of the program implementation is tied to the availability of
funds. Programs with stable funds will be carried out on time and programs with delayed or no funds
will be delayed in implementation or not carried out at all. Therefore, which programs to carry out and
when to carry them out is dependent on the stability or instability of funds. Secondly, given the fact
that the stability or instability of funds are dependent on donors, donors capitalize on it to control the
types of activities that IOs engage in. Donors therefore attach

Boxer In Animal Farm
In the allegorical novel, Animal Farm, by George Orwell, politically minded animals try to take over a
farm for themselves. They are run by a pig named Napoleon and a deputation of pigs. In addition, they
face multiple wars with their former farm keeper, who was an inebriate.Over time, they start to
become more like the humans. Moreover, the farm would not have survived if it weren t for the work
of the loyal, hard working, and dedicated horse, Boxer. In the novel, Boxer is very loyal, and a
devotee, to Comrade Napoleon. For example, If Comrade Napoleon says it, it must be true. (18) This
shows that he is very loyal to Napoleon and he listens to every word he says. In addition, he sticks to
Napoleon and believes him under any circumstances. In conclusion, Boxer is loyal to Napoleon, and it
shows in his actions and words. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
For example, Nothing could have been achieved without Boxer, whose strength seemed equal to that
of all the rest of the animals put together. (20) This shows that Boxer is hard working and uses it to his
advantage, and will never canvas, or request support, from other animals.. In addition, Boxer has a
tremendous amount of strength, and uses it to help the farm, which will embolden the other animals.
In conclusion, Boxer is a very hard working horse, and uses it for the good of the farm. In addition,
Boxer has a lot of dedication towards the farm and his fellow animals. For example, The solution, as I
see it, is to work harder. From now onwards, I shall get up a full hour earlier in the mornings. (27)
This shows that Boxer is willing to do anything, if it is for the good of the farm. Additionally, Boxer s
solution to the failure on the farm is to work harder for the farm, and this might persuade the other
animals to become devotees to Boxer and his actions.. In conclusion, Boxer has a tremendous amount
of dedication for the farm and his fellow

The Scarlet Letter Dialectical Journal
1. Children have always a sympathy in the agitations of those connected with them; always,
especially, a sense of any trouble or impending revolution, of whatever kind, in domestic
circumstances; and therefore Pearl, who was the gem on her mother s unquiet bosom, betrayed, by the
very dance of her spirits, the emotions which none could detect in the marble passiveness of Hester s
brow (
This passage fits into the novel by adding character development and adding to the plot on how
women are supposed to be. Both on pearls and Hester s part, being women. In this corrupt society
there women are supposed to act a certain way and do as their told. As we begin to meet Pearl, we
learn that she is a wild girl on the loose type. She carries a special piece I feel that Hester carries not
being afraid to act on certain situations. I believe all the girls had to fit in to the society, but ever since
the finding of Pearl I think we get a hidden answer into the question do all girls have to hide their
feelings?
The passage was chosen easily by my interest of the demonstrations of the treatment of women and
how they were supposed to behave. I love how we get a fun contrast with the entering of Pearl.

Everett Rogers Diffusion Of Innovations
Diffusion of Innovations seeks to explain how innovations and social changes are taken up in a
segmented group of people. An innovation is considered as either an idea, behavior, or object that is
perceived as new by the receiving audience. According to author Everett Rogers, Diffusion of
Innovations offers three valuable insights into the process of social change which include: what
qualities make certain innovations spread rapidly than others, the value of peer peer conversations and
peer networks during social changes, and assessing and understanding the needs of different
individuals in a specific population. In the book, Diffusion of Innovations, the focus is not on the
people who change, but the innovations themselves. The clip I chose to analyze for this assignment is

He kept making points that society has already progressed enough to make things equal between
different people, and referring that a huge call for diversity already exists. The male actor in the
commercial is using relative advantage to refrain from making and choices or actions about equality
and privilege. From his perspective, he sees things as being pretty equally, so the idea to initiate
innovation and change around equality does not seem better than the current status quo. He is using
his own particular perception to showcase that action steps to achieve greater equality for everyone is
incompatible with his current values, norms and practices. From our text, Diffusion of Innovations,
new ideas that are simpler to understand are adopted more rapidly than innovations that require the
adopter to develop new skills and understandings. Equality is a difficult, and often at times, at taboo
subject to address, so that leads people, like our make counterpart in the clip, to refrain from making

Hippotherapy Therapy
According to Hannah Yterdal, an equine specialist, interacting with horses can produce favorable
physical, psychological, and emotional impacts on humans (Equine Connection web site). Thus,
horses have an important role in the therapies, because of their ability of making excellent connections
with humans, and producing favorable benefits by interacting. Horses can help disorders such as
mental, physical, physiological, emotional and speech. Another condition that makes them a favorable
therapy option is the similarities of behaviour that we have. For example, humans and horses enroll
better surrounded by others. We work better with others than isolated, we are made for social
interaction. Society and people nearby us have impact on our personality ... Show more content on

Consequently, our brain can be developed as we are having use of the movements of a horse. The
lessons are handled by a trained horse, a psychotherapist and a horse s leader. While people are riding
on horses, they are developing balance, communication, self acceptance ,strength, and emotional
benefits (Jan Brinn). Who thought that all this can be developed with the help of horses? Well, the
results are interesting. The website Equestrian Therapy, reflects the benefits of interaction with horses.
This type of therapy makes use of riding horses as an effective way of providing physical and
emotional therapy as well as psychological benefits . Riding a horse goes beyond the riding itself. As a
special needs person gets involved with it, mental changes can be seen for example, the most common
one, confidence. Moreover, equine therapies also provide sensory, physical, cognitive, and social
benefits. All these are the result that a horse can produce on a person, by making use of tactile
sensations. When I was doing volunteer hours at a therapeutic center, I had the opportunity of working
with special needs kids. I remember a girl who for the first time that she went, she would not even
want to touch the horse. As time flew, I saw her become fearless and stronger. At first, she could just
stay on the horse holding her head up for a short amount of time. Overall, riding improved her neck

The Marketing Plan For Panera Bread Co.

Chipotle prepared all food on site, beginning with raw ingredients from responsibly sourced and
sustainable producers. According to the article, Chipotle had about 100 suppliers, most them small to
mid sized regional companies, not large national firms. It also sourced ingredients form local farms,
but these supplied no more than 12% of its fresh produce in 2015 (Walker and Merkley 3). These
suppliers were then approved and products were sold to third party distributors purchasing for
Chipotle.
In 2013, Chipotle was the first large American chain to identify genetically modified ingredients on its
menu and later in 2015 announced their use of non GMO foods. However, as Chipotle continued to
grow, sourcing of meat became a problem for them. They began saving conventionally raised beef and
later removed all pork carnitas rom their menus in 600 stores because the suppliers did not reach
Chipotle s standards. Replacing the supplier proved challenging it took more than six months to find a
supplier that raised pigs to Chipotle s standards but the company was lauded for its commitment to
humanely raised pork (Walker and Merkley 3).
Additionally, Chipotle offered a service model that could be easily personalized, allowing customers
to select their choices of ingredients and watch their meal prepared in an assembly style line. Chipotle

Essay on The Comparison Between Psychodynamic and...
The Comparison between Psychodynamic and Humanistic Theory
There are very distinct differences between Psychodynamic and Humanistic Counselling but both
ultimately offer the help and guidance to discover why we act the way we do and why we make
certain choices in our lives.
Throughout this essay, I will endeavour to explain those major differences and you will see that
despite these completely different methods of therapy, depending on what the problem maybe, they
can both work very effectively in their own way.
Carl Rogers, born in 1902, was the originator of the Person Centred Approach or Humanistic Theory.
His work was influenced by his experience of being a client and a counsellor (Casemore, 2006) and he

Perls did not belive in a single particular theory. He thought you should always just go with the flow
and work with what you have and what is happening in the now. He placed great importance on the
client becoming self aware and thus developed the Gestalt theory. This therapy focuses more on
process (what is happening) than content (what is being discussed). The emphasis is on what is being
done, thought and felt at the moment rather than on what was, might be, could be, or should be. Perls
believed in minipulating the client, bringing them out of their comfort zone and challenging them. To
own what you say and do and to be aware of unconscious actions/words.
In the 1950 s Eric Berne began to develop his theories of Transactional Analysis. He said that verbal
communication, particularly face to face, is at the centre of human social relationships and
psychoanalysis.
His starting point was that when two people encounter each other, one of them will speak to the other.
This he called the Transaction Stimulus. The reaction from the other person he called the Transaction
Response.
The person sending the Stimulus is called the Agent. The person who responds is called the
Respondent.
Transactional Analysis became the method of examining the transaction wherein: I do something to
you, and you do something back .
Berne also said that each person is made up of three alter ego states:

Banning Cell Phone Use While Driving

Banning Cell Phone Use While Driving
When we are on the road wreck less driving can be caused by a number of situations, which ultimately
is all related to the driver being irresponsible. Many of us have witnessed drivers so distracted by their
cell phones that they often resemble drunk drivers and we ve all seen the commercials of the distracted
drivers who look down to read that one message and now suffer permanent brain damage or have
ended someone elses life.. Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University used MRI brain scans to
demonstrate that simply listening to a cell phone conversation while driving results in a drastic
decrease in brain activity focused on driving (Gershowitz 582). A common misconception is the
thought that hands free calling is safer than texting. This is very much untrue, the actual act of having
a conversation causes the driver to be distracted. Texting while driving is more dangerous because
texting requires cognitive functioning and requires the driver to take his eyes off the road. Distracted
drivers often weave between lanes or forget to signal while driving; putting other drivers at risk while
on the road. Recently, we have seen an increase in the concern over cell phone use while driving and
an increase in legislation to prohibit this dangerous act. It is very important that cell phone use not
only be regulated but strictly enforced because negligent drivers are a serious danger to

It was not the outwardly influences but the racism within the community that has been a powerful
symbol in the book. Each character is a victim of xenophobia including the narrator and protagonists,
Pearl Chin and May chin the two sisters.
The first chapter opens the doorway to Pearl and May s acquired taste and lives over a conversation
during dinner with their parents. However, the atmosphere is quite cringe worthy, as their father
criticizes Pearl for her failing beauty and personality. In her opinion, she is beautiful but for her
parents she is like a South China peasant . Being from bourgeois class they belonged to a prosperous
family and as she describes that she lives in an international city , they considered themselves modern
.
She faced criticism of being taller I m taller than my father, which he loathes. We live in Shanghai,
where the tallest car, the tallest wall, or the tallest building sends a clear and unwavering message that
the owner is a person of great importance. I am not a person of importance also people called her
bookish, because in 1937 it was not considered a good thing . So, we see how Pearl faced criticism for
being educated and carefree about herself. It was a fact, that traditional Chinese were more bounded
and restricted than the modern girls of Shanghai. So the friction between the old and new is prominent

Domestic Violence Among Black And Blue
Why is it So Hard to See Black and Blue ? According to the Salvation Army and Care Haven, it is
Hard to See Black and Blue on a White upper class woman because viewers focus on her gold and
white dress, rather than on the bruises that cover her body. The sponsors of the public service
announcement put a gold and white dress on a battered woman to incorporate a popular phenomenon
with something serious: domestic violence. Within the last decade, there has been an increase in
reported incidents of domestic violence among upper class renowned Americans males. Martha Ross,
a reporter, interviewed a few of these men. All of them blamed their actions on accidents or the
woman ( Charlie Sheen? ). Despite these men s excuses, they still gain support; instead of taking the
abuser s side people need to protect women. One group that understands the need to protect women
from these types of men is the Salvation Army; they have a division called CareHaven that specializes
in sheltering women and their children who have experienced domestic abuse (Salvation Army s
CareHaven). In the advertisement on the previous page, CareHaven appeals to viewers sense of logic
and emotion by using a woman, text, and an illusion to persuade people to report and, thus, stop abuse
against women.

Cis 324 Computer Ethics
Ethics of Peer to Peer downloading and Sharing Strayer University Abstract In the short time that
computers and internet have existed in the modern era, the world has seen a complete 360 degree turn
and in the various forms of electronic entertainment that people all over the world are now using. In
the days before CD s, DVD s and the internet, not much was said if a vinyl album (remember these?),
VHS cassette (or these?) or an audio cassette was loaned to a friend for their listening / viewing

This is where the dilemma starts. As time has passed and technologies have become available to the
average people of the world, including those with lesser amounts of disposable money, the ability to
share or loan electronic material has become increasingly popular. The question still remains in the
mind of this author; what is the difference between sharing and audio cassette with a friend and
sharing an MP3 that has been legally copied from disk or downloaded from Itunes? In the eyes of
many people, there is not a difference in these two concepts. In the eyes of many, the concept of
sharing a MP3 is that same as sharing a cassette but has followed the theory of evolution and grown
from the era of physical items, like cassettes, and evolved to the electronic media market. This sharing
concept brings forth another question. Why did music industry and other various media companies not
try to enforce the existing laws when it was only video and audio cassettes? Could it be that back in
the day , the number of cassettes / albums being shared were not near the numbers of electronic media
being shared today? This seems to be the probable answer because to share a cassette or album there
needs to be some form of physical contact between the two participants and to share electronic media
the two participants can be

Running head: COMPUTER CRIME
Categories of Computer Crime
S.R Skolnick
Strayer University
In today s society computers are used to commit crimes. These crimes are separated into four
categories. These categories are as follows, the computer as a target, the computer as an instrument of
crime, the computer as incidental to a crime, and crimes associated with the prevalence of computers.
In example of the computer as a target, is a case of Kevin Mitnick. Kevin Mitnick was once known as
the world s most wanted social engineering computer hacker. From the 1970s up to his arrest in 1995,
Mitnick was able to elude them bypass corporate security safeguards. Mitnick was able to get into

These crimes will include but not limited to money laundering, criminal enterprise, child pornography,

In this category crimes associated with the prevalence of computers, the crimes include intellectual
property violations, component that, counterfeiting, identity theft, and a number of corporate offenses.
In this category intellectual property violations are described as piracy. Piracy includes the illegal
downloading of music and movies. I believe the category of the computer as a target presents the
greatest overall threat at this present time. The reasons for this is, computers as a target for instance
computer hacking. Computer hacking enables people with this ability to access our nation s defense
system. With this being said, this becomes a national security issue. Secondly, computer as a target
enables people what this ability, to commit identity theft. As we know identity theft is on the rise.
Identity theft causes millions and millions of dollars to be stolen or used by cyber criminals. These
crimes make it very difficult for the victims to get everything back to normal before their identities
were stolen. In this day and age, computers and the Internet have made criminals into better criminals,
while law enforcement, US government, and the court systems are back in the game playing catch up.

If humans can restore the full sight to a blind person what can they do to a person who is not blind and

are foreshadowing them as possibilities. A future where having bionic eyes would make you
superhuman? How? Well, light comes in different wavelengths and humans can only see the visible
spectrum made of colored light. If a bionic eye could let us see the entire electromagnetic spectrum,
from radio waves to gamma waves we d be able to see heat, identify types of gases by sight, and even
look through walls. In a future of humans with a computer in their eyes bionic eyes will be an ongoing
topic of the future. With a camera as an eye, humans will be able to do things like: zoom in and out
like a camera lens, have UV vision, record what we see, and even automatically be able to sync it to
the net with our Wi Fi connected eyes. This is all just speculation but there s no denying that this type
of technology as innovative as it is, is going to turn science fiction into reality one day. Having bionic

The violent and forced rule of the Congo is a horrific time in African history. The time period
beginning with Henry Morton Stanley s first exploration to the Congo, and King Leopold s desire of

only resulted in the killing of thousands of people but also the destruction of a culture. The two

people there, and he did not wish to know. King Leopold relentlessly tried to gain control of this
region for his own economic gain. In his Open letter in 1898 Leopold states that, ?I am pleased to
think that our agents, nearly all of whom are volunteers drawn from the ranks of the Belgian army,
have always present in their minds a strong sense of the career of honor in which they are engaged,

spare the blood of the natives, who will see in them the all powerful protectors of their lives and their
property, benevolent teachers of whom they have so great a need? (article #1) This sentence directly
states the idea of imperialist thinking. The idea that the people of the Congo are uncivilized and
savage is the mindset of King Leopold during the time of Congo colonization. Leopold wishes to take
the Congo solely for his own advancement. Allow he says that he wishes to civilize the people there,
he does very little of that. The part in the letter where he says that it is better to spare their blood then

Intensity of rivalry: There is surely more rivalry now. Zenith bank is now in Ghana and they don t only
reach me through the local media but also through CNN. The local banks have no choice but to sit up .
It may increase the buyers bargaining power as information of substitutes and price are easily
available. 4. Discuss how IT can be leveraged to create business advantage through its effects on the
three components of the business model.
Strategy, Capabilities, Value
5. What are the requirements for managing IT operations, services, and project delivery?
Today, companies acquire services externally from chains of service providers and integrate those
external services into their internal legacy infrastructures. The shift toward incremental outsourcing
and multiple collaborating service delivery partners dictates a shift in management emphasis. 6. What
is the focus of the competitive model ? What 3 questions should it address and why is each important?
Intensity of competitive rivalry. That buyers, competitors, and suppliers are unrelated and do not
interact and collude. That the source of value is structural advantage (creating barriers to entry). That
uncertainty is low, allowing participants in a market to plan for and respond to competitive

Gbstetric Performance Assessment
The performance measure is to improve patient satisfaction scores on the unit. Our goals are to
increase HCAPHS scores, to achieve this goal we will be implementing an anonymous patient
satisfaction survey for parents that will be given at of discharge. Results from this survey will provide
feedback on ways to improve patient care. As a result, it will improve HCAPHS scores for the
hospital, thereby increasing hospital reimbursement and revenue.
Quality
The quality measure is to decrease the time between admission and the administration of intravenous
antibiotics to infant whose mothers are GBS positive. Our goal is to decrease infection rates, length of
stay and decrease the incidence of morbidity and mortality rates. This goal will be achieved by
implementing a golden hour guidelines that will be initiated on admission once orders are placed for
blood cultures and antibiotics. The guidelines can also be used for septic work ups on the unit.

This can be accomplished by implementing a monthly handwashing initiative on the unit that would
consist of completing five anonymous evaluations a month. Staff can enter their names into a drawing
on the unit, winners will receive a prize for their participation. The increase in consistent handwashing
between patients will reduce mortality and morbidity rates, reduce length of stay, reduce infection
rates therefore increasing reimbursement for the hospital.
Employee Engagement:
The employee engagement measure is to increase number of certified nurses with RNC NIC or CCRN
designation. This will be accomplished by implementing a certification class for interested nurses on
the unit. Success of this certification class will aide in improving the level of nursing knowledge on
the unit, also increasing NDNQI scores and help in maintaining our Magnet designation as a hospital.

Chinese Parents Are More Successful Than Western Parents
On January 8, 2011, the Wall Street Journal published an article by Amy Chua called Why Chinese
Mothers Are Superior. In this article Chua argues that Chinese parents are more successful than
Western parents when it comes to academics and musical talent. In addition, she discusses three
differences between the two parental mindsets. First, western parents worry too much about their
children s self esteem. Second, Chinese parents believe their children owe them everything because
they brought them in this world. Third, Chinese parents believe they know what is best for their
children. Even though their mindsets are different, Chua believes that all decent parents want to do
what is best for their children. (Chua) From a Westerners perspective, the Chinese s harsh parenting
methods increases academic success and self esteem; however, their methods damage social skills.
Amy Chua s methods focus heavily on academic excellence. She enforces these methods by using
extremely strict discipline, involving insults, punishment, and threats. These methods appear harsh;
however, they are successful. In her article, she states Western parents will praise their child when
they receive an A or even a B, while Chinese parents become instantly angry if it is not an A. In fact,
Chinese mothers will do everything they can to improve their child s grade because they know they
are smarter than producing anything lower than an A. Parents do not realize telling children that they
are smarter

Reflection On Final Reflection
Final Reflection Essay
I thought this class would be easier than it ended up being. You warned us of this on the first day of
class, and you were certainly right. Fortunately, this resulted in me actually improving my public
speaking skills, which I will certainly need as I go through my career. Most of the public speaking I d
done before this class involved one on one, pitch style speaking. This one done at robotics
competitions trying to present our project to judges. While this was certainly useful experience, it was
very on the fly. It did not prepare me for this class I well as I thought it would. The class succeeded at
its goal of making me improve my public speaking skills, and this improvement happened in three
main areas; my engagement with the audience, my anxiety, and my understanding of an outline. Given
these improvements, I feel much better prepared to handle public speaking experiences I will have in
the future.
One thing I really noticed I improved was my engagement with the audience. These two facets of
speaking are clearly related, and they both improved for me over the course of the semester. For one
of my early speeches, I got the feedback that the only person I made eye contact with was you for the
entire speech. I was making an attempt at engaging with the audience, but I clearly failed. Noting this,
it was something I tried especially hard to make sure I improved for my following speeches. It was at
first awkward to manually move my head around the room without looking mechanical, but as I did it
more and more it became natural. In my earlier speeches, you also noted that my speech pattern was
very one note, and I believe I made progress on fixing this as the year went on. The other aspect that
helped me improve in this area was reducing my speaking anxiety.
The was the biggest thing that improved during this class. We were told that the only way to get over
speech anxiety was to simply speak more, and doing that surely helped. I definitely was falling into
the perfectionist trap at first, especially because of my stutter. Being willing to accept that I m going to
make mistakes was an important part about getting through the speeches. Your advice about not
stopping every time I made a

Why I Want To Pursue Skiing
When I was six years old, I loved skiing as fast as I could down a mountain. My mother encouraged
me to pursue skiing because I was pigeon toed, and she felt parallel skiing would help correct my
condition. Though my mother passed away when I was nine, I continued to practice parallel skiing
until I was fourteen, when I finally mastered it. The happiness I felt after overcoming my physical
challenge has inspired me as both a skier and a student. When I first began at the University of San
Diego, I was just like every excited and scared Freshman. Once the excitement wore off, however, I
struggled so much to adjust to my new environment that I spent countless weekends alone, wishing I
could go back home. Over winter break, I was relieved to be spending time with my family on a ski
trip to Lake Tahoe. As I skied down the mountains, I was pleasantly reminded that I could overcome
any obstacle that I dedicated my time and effort towards. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
By my second year, I joined the OLÉ! Team to help coordinate Orientation Weekend. While the Team
was preparing materials, we began talking about our first year experiences. I opened up about my
personal difficulties, and I learned that many others also struggled to adjust. I was inspired to become
a Scholastic Assistant for next year s Orientation Weekend so that I could serve as a peer mentor to
guide first year students through their transition. Helping foster a positive educational and
developmental experience, I spent countless weekends throughout my third year supporting others and
being a friend to those like the lonely, homesick freshman I once was. I discovered a passion for

Grecian Myth Of Orpheus
The Grecian myth of Orpheus is a well known tragic tale about love and loss. It is the subject of many
operas and movies, each one s focus on the musicians struggle to rescue his wife from the Underworld
and the heartbreak that follows soon after. In Sarah Ruhl s retelling of the story we have our focus
shifted to Orpheus wife; Eurydice. In this production we given the details of what she had been
through before Orpheus descent, filling in her own story of life and death. After she dies on her
wedding night she is reunited with her father who greets her warmly, though she has forgotten him
during her dip in the unnamed river Lethe. Her father patiently guides her through her new life in the
Underworld, teaching her about her forgotten past and what it means to be alive again. Orpheus,
heartbroken, begins sending letters out into the oblivion hoping that they may reach his wife. When
Eurydice discovers the letters, her father kindly reads them to her in which Orpheus claims that he will
burst through the gates of hell to save his beloved. When he does however, he is greeted by the Lord
of the Underworld who allows him to take Eurydice on one condition; walk home and do not look
back. Eurydice then finds herself in turmoil as she must decide on whether to stay with her father or
return with her husband. After some coaxing from her father she follows Orpheus but just as they
reach the end she calls out causing Orpheus to turn around and consequently killing her a

The Pros And Cons Of Sexism In Sports
Picture this: A mother is outside, kicking a soccer ball around with her daughter, while her son is
shooting baskets out of the corner of her eye. Both children start discussing wanting to become
professional, star athletes when they re older, making a ton of money. Little do they know, this large
salary dream will most likely only become true of one of them. Imagine athletes as medals. Society
has placed women, much like this little girl, at a silver, and men, like the older boy, at gold. No matter
how good the women get or how much progress they make, they are always held back from achieving
the same level as the men, stuck once again at silver.
The definition of sexism is prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination on the basis of sex. Sadly, many
women face this everyday when trying to succeed as an athlete. An example of this would be a women
getting paid less than a man or getting worse coaching than he, even when playing the same sport.
Although some movements are being made to try and help this issue, such as Title IX, stating that no
gender should be discluded from any education program or activity, helping sexism in youth, high
school, and college sports, it is not being enforced strongly, not making many changes to some of the
still standing issues in the sports world today. The problem can start as young as youth sports and
continue all the way up to the professional level.
Carson Blair, a high school athlete, stated, I think the main difference between

Military Advantage
Tuition Assistance in the Military: Is it Worth it? College nowadays is expensive. Too expensive for
any student to be able to pay without applying for countless scholarships, hoping they can win just
enough to push themselves through, or taking out incredibly large loans and going into debt to further
their education. However, there is a more reliable, more financially stable option. Students struggling
with paying for college should join the military. Although the military is a potentially dangerous and
life changing option, it is one of the better ways to get yourself through college, and set yourself up for
future job opportunities. As well as coverage of most college expenses, the military provides a
multitude of other benefits, including experience that is easily utilized in the civilian world. Although
there is danger associated with joining the military, the benefits far outweigh the costs. Especially with
the many benefits and privileges that come along with it. The main reason many people would join the
military for is the coverage of college expenses. According to College Costs: FAQ, the average cost of
college tuition over 4 years can range anywhere from $9.4k to $32.4k. Most college students, if
working, work a minimum wage job due to lack of education for a higher paying job. In Oregon, the
minimum wage is approximately $9.75 per hour. A student in Oregon would have to work a minimum
of 3,857 hours over four years, without spending any of that money earned

The Reds Invade Afghanistan
The Reds Invade Afghanistan
In late December of 1979, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (U.S.S.R.) troops began streaming into
Afghanistan by the thousands, marking the beginning of what would turn out to be a 10 year attempt
to support the Afghan Communist party that had taken power (Britannica, Soviet invasion of
Afghanistan, 2015). This paper demonstrates failures by the intelligence assets of the United States of
America(U.S.) regarding the U.S.S.R. s invasion of Afghanistan. The U.S. did not have a good
understanding of the U.S.S.R. s early involvement in Afghanistan; additionally, they failed to
understand that by giving training and aid to the Afghani insurgency, they were forcing the U.S.S.R. to
commit to military occupation, and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
7) Soviet personnel also appear to be stationed in considerable numbers at Bagram Air Force Base
north of Kabul, where they apparently service the airlift from the Soviet Union. The U.S.S.R had
increased the number of military and civilian advisors dramatically since the coup; the civilian
advisors had taken managerial positions in the Afghan ministries (CIA, 1979, p. 8). These facts point
to the possibility that the U.S.S.R. s dedication to controlling Afghanistan was steadfast and the
military invasion would happen no matter if the U.S. supported the insurgents or not. On 19 December
1979 intelligence revealed the U.S.S.R. began moving massive amounts of men, supplies, and
equipment (MacEachin, 2007). They were also conducting operations to secure routes into
Afghanistan with troops that were already in the area (MacEachin, 2007). Reports began coming into
the U.S.; however, analysts still doubted a massive invasion by the U.S.S.R. was possible (MacEachin,
2007). 22 December 1979 National Security Agency Director Vice Admiral Bobby Ray Inman
reported to U.S. officials that the U.S.S.R. was undoubtedly going to invade Afghanistan within the

J. Edgar Hoover s Skills
J. Edgar Hoover was born on January 1st, 1895. Growing up, I believe J. Edgar Hoover learned his
skills while still in school. He was on the debate team in highschool, which helped him with his public
speaking, and he also learned some leadership skills while in college. He didn t have to join the army
after finishing school, because he had to take care of his mom. He eventually graduated college near
the top of his class, with a Bachelor s Degree in law, which led him to his first job in the Department
of Justice, starting out as a Clerk. Here, he went through the ranks of the Department pretty fast,
because most men were going into the army, which left open positions. After rising through the ranks
of the Department of Justice, he eventually was appointed as the director of the then known as,
General Bureau of Investigation. After becoming Director, he immediately was involved in taking
down several big criminals of the time. Some people thought that these criminals were good, because
they d sometimes help out the people they robbed, which were mostly banks. However, after he took
these people down, people s minds were changed about him, and the Agency.
J. Edgar Hoover liked to take credit for things he did not do. There was one incident where New York
Police were after a very popular murderer at the time, who had kidnapped and killed a young boy.
When J. Edgar Hoover flew there to try to help(for the publicity), he was turned away by the current

Candy Bar Scene Essay
Write what you love
You have probably noticed that you don t tend to let yourself be distracted from things that you enjoy
and are really excited about.
When writer Rachel Aaron was experimenting to find out what conditions made her most productive,
she realized that she wrote most on the days on which she worked on the scenes she d been dying to
write. Fantasy and science fiction writer Holly Lisle calls them candy bar scenes.
CREATE CANDY BAR SCENES
Candy bar scenes have nothing to do with eating a Snickers or a Hershey s Bar. These are your
favorite scenes that you re just itching to write since you first had the idea for the book. For a romance
writer, it might be the first kiss scene; for a mystery writer, it might be a surprising plot twist; for a sci
fi writer it might be a scene with a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Remember: if you are bored with a scene or section of your book, your readers will be too. Find
something exciting in every scene you re about to write. If you re not excited about an upcoming
scene, ask yourself why. Is it merely a filler scene that needs to be cut? Do you need to rework the
scene to make it more interesting?
DON T WRITE FOR THE MARKET
There are trends in publishing just as there are in fashion. For example, after the success of The
Hunger Games, dystopian fiction became a trend; Twilight made paranormal romances with vampires
popular, and after Fifty Shades of Grey topped the bestseller charts, sales of erotic romances
skyrocketed.
It might be tempting to some writers to chase these trends and write a book in a genre or about a topic
that is hot right now. There are several problems with that:
First, the market changes constantly. It s hard to predict what genre will become the next publishing
trend and how long that trend is going to last. By the time you have written your book, the market
might be saturated and agents and readers are tired of

Corporate Market Structure Of Boeing
In 2000, Airbus was considering launching a super jumbo jet that they called A3XX. This aircraft
could seat 550 900 passengers, which classifies it as a type of Very Large Aircraft. The defining
feature for Very Large Aircraft (VLA) was that it could hold more than 400 passengers (or carry more
than 80 tons of freight). Boeing was a monopolist in the VLA market, since the only other VLA
available for purchase was their 747 aircraft. For Airbus, the question of deciding whether to launch
A3XX was a question of whether they (a potential entrant) should attempt to break into the market of
an incumbent monopolist (Boeing).
There are three conditions that characterize a monopolistic market structure. First, a monopolistic
market structure is defined as having only a single seller in the market. As of 2000, Boeing was the
sole firm producing VLAs. The second requirement of a monopoly is having high barriers to entry.
Producing aircraft is a capital intensive endeavor. The large costs of production discourage many firms
from attempting to enter the market. For the firms that did try, the cost of failure was high. Other
prominent aerospace companies (Glenn Martin Company, General Dynamics, and Lockheed) had tried
and failed to enter into the market (Esty, 2012, p. 10). The third requirement is that there must be no
close substitutes for the product that is being produced. Boeing s 747 was the only VLA aircraft
available. At the time, the closest similar products were the Airbus

Grade Hierarchy Analysis Call Graph
According to Figure 2.8, node 7, node 8 and node 9 do not have any other predecessors except node 5
node 6 and by removing non instantiated methods they become head nodes. So, I should remove these
heads from graph and this new graph can be considered as RTA result for the given CHA Call Graph
(Figure 2.9).
Figure 2.9: The result of removing head nodes from graph
To clarify this approach, I will use the computed Class Hierarchy Analysis Call Graph from the first
example (Figure 2.6) and convert it to RTA. Since set of instantiated classes contains Class B Class C,
according to the algorithm, I have to remove node A.m( ).
Moreover, if I check Call Graph again, I will find that node Interface.( ) has a reflexive edge and it s
indegree=1 . Therefore, this node should be deleted as well.
Figure 2.10 illustrates a conversion from CHA to RTA:

2.3.3 Class Type Analysis (CTA)
CTA s main idea is narrowing down the set of reachable methods of a call site b.n( ) inside method

CHA and RTA, I can reuse CHA or RTA Call Graph result in CTA and decrease the set of reachable
methods of a call b.n( ) to make it more precise.

  • 2. Realism In The Korean War There are many ways to definition realism in the realm of international relations. The best definition can be defined as action is based on a self interest which is defined in a predominantly materialist way in order to distinguish itself from idealism (Guzzini, 2004). This can also mean that the nation state will use realist theories to further their own goals and agendas. Power is a major factor in realism on an international level. This can be seen most prominently in cases of war where one nation state goes to war with another to gain control of resources, land, or power over the other nation state. The Korean War had many state actors. The main state actors were China, Soviet Union and Northern Korean struggling for power over South ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

How has the trend of increasing extra budgetary funds affected the general international climate on development (issues of competition, overlapping mandates etc.)? What are the implications of contract based funding for the culture, institutional memory and staffing of international organizations? Introduction At the heart of the functional capability of every international organization (IO) is the issue of funding. Financial sustainability remains to be one the most important elements of IOs. While funding is critical to every IO, the source and the amount of funds has huge effects on the life of the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... How the stability/instability of funding shape the nature of activities of international organizations The funding sources for IOs are not exactly the same. While some depend on regular budgetary contributions, others depend on voluntary contributions for the fulfillment of their mandates. In either ways, the flow of funds could be stable or not stable. The stability or instability of these funds could affect the nature of activities IOs choose to do in several ways: it could affect the execution of mandates, planning and timing of programs, and sustainability. First, the flow and availability of funds is the life blood of very IO. Even though every IO designs the nature and type program of activities based on its mandates for a given period, the implementation of such programs are dependent on the availability of funds. Thus, the timing of the program implementation is tied to the availability of funds. Programs with stable funds will be carried out on time and programs with delayed or no funds will be delayed in implementation or not carried out at all. Therefore, which programs to carry out and when to carry them out is dependent on the stability or instability of funds. Secondly, given the fact that the stability or instability of funds are dependent on donors, donors capitalize on it to control the types of activities that IOs engage in. Donors therefore attach ... Children have always a sympathy in the agitations of those connected with them; always, especially, a sense of any trouble or impending revolution, of whatever kind, in domestic circumstances; and therefore Pearl, who was the gem on her mother s unquiet bosom, betrayed, by the very dance of her spirits, the emotions which none could detect in the marble passiveness of Hester s brow ( This passage fits into the novel by adding character development and adding to the plot on how women are supposed to be. Both on pearls and Hester s part, being women. In this corrupt society there women are supposed to act a certain way and do as their told. As we begin to meet Pearl, we learn that she is a wild girl on the loose type. She carries a special piece I feel that Hester carries not being afraid to act on certain situations. I believe all the girls had to fit in to the society, but ever since the finding of Pearl I think we get a hidden answer into the question do all girls have to hide their feelings? • 7. Everett Rogers Diffusion Of Innovations Diffusion of Innovations seeks to explain how innovations and social changes are taken up in a segmented group of people. An innovation is considered as either an idea, behavior, or object that is perceived as new by the receiving audience. According to author Everett Rogers, Diffusion of Innovations offers three valuable insights into the process of social change which include: what qualities make certain innovations spread rapidly than others, the value of peer peer conversations and peer networks during social changes, and assessing and understanding the needs of different individuals in a specific population. Horses can help disorders such as mental, physical, physiological, emotional and speech. Another condition that makes them a favorable therapy option is the similarities of behaviour that we have. Who thought that all this can be developed with the help of horses? Well, the results are interesting. The website Equestrian Therapy, reflects the benefits of interaction with horses. This type of therapy makes use of riding horses as an effective way of providing physical and emotional therapy as well as psychological benefits . Riding a horse goes beyond the riding itself. As a special needs person gets involved with it, mental changes can be seen for example, the most common one, confidence. Moreover, equine therapies also provide sensory, physical, cognitive, and social benefits. All these are the result that a horse can produce on a person, by making use of tactile sensations. When I was doing volunteer hours at a therapeutic center, I had the opportunity of working with special needs kids. I remember a girl who for the first time that she went, she would not even want to touch the horse. As time flew, I saw her become fearless and stronger. The Comparison between Psychodynamic and Humanistic Theory There are very distinct differences between Psychodynamic and Humanistic Counselling but both ultimately offer the help and guidance to discover why we act the way we do and why we make certain choices in our lives. Throughout this essay, I will endeavour to explain those major differences and you will see that despite these completely different methods of therapy, depending on what the problem maybe, they can both work very effectively in their own way. He placed great importance on the client becoming self aware and thus developed the Gestalt theory. This therapy focuses more on process (what is happening) than content (what is being discussed). The emphasis is on what is being done, thought and felt at the moment rather than on what was, might be, could be, or should be. Perls believed in minipulating the client, bringing them out of their comfort zone and challenging them. To own what you say and do and to be aware of unconscious actions/words. His starting point was that when two people encounter each other, one of them will speak to the other. This he called the Transaction Stimulus. The reaction from the other person he called the Transaction Response. The person sending the Stimulus is called the Agent. The person who responds is called the Respondent. Adams March. 20,2015 Banning Cell Phone Use While Driving When we are on the road wreck less driving can be caused by a number of situations, which ultimately is all related to the driver being irresponsible. Many of us have witnessed drivers so distracted by their cell phones that they often resemble drunk drivers and we ve all seen the commercials of the distracted drivers who look down to read that one message and now suffer permanent brain damage or have ended someone elses life.. Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University used MRI brain scans to demonstrate that simply listening to a cell phone conversation while driving results in a drastic decrease in brain activity focused on driving (Gershowitz 582). A common misconception is the thought that hands free calling is safer than texting. This is very much untrue, the actual act of having a conversation causes the driver to be distracted. Texting while driving is more dangerous because texting requires cognitive functioning and requires the driver to take his eyes off the road. Distracted drivers often weave between lanes or forget to signal while driving; putting other drivers at risk while on the road. Recently, we have seen an increase in the concern over cell phone use while driving and an increase in legislation to prohibit this dangerous act. It is very important that cell phone use not only be regulated but strictly enforced because negligent drivers are a serious danger to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

According to the Salvation Army and Care Haven, it is Hard to See Black and Blue on a White upper class woman because viewers focus on her gold and white dress, rather than on the bruises that cover her body. The sponsors of the public service announcement put a gold and white dress on a battered woman to incorporate a popular phenomenon with something serious: domestic violence. Within the last decade, there has been an increase in reported incidents of domestic violence among upper class renowned Americans males. Martha Ross, a reporter, interviewed a few of these men. All of them blamed their actions on accidents or the woman ( Charlie Sheen? ). Despite these men s excuses, they still gain support; instead of taking the abuser s side people need to protect women. One group that understands the need to protect women from these types of men is the Salvation Army; they have a division called CareHaven that specializes in sheltering women and their children who have experienced domestic abuse (Salvation Army s CareHaven). In the advertisement on the previous page, CareHaven appeals to viewers sense of logic and emotion by using a woman, text, and an illusion to persuade people to report and, thus, stop abuse against women. In the days before CD s, DVD s and the internet, not much was said if a vinyl album (remember these?), VHS cassette (or these?) or an audio cassette was loaned to a friend for their listening / viewing pleasure, but today with the availability of sending an email with three or four megabytes (mb) of information, one can enjoy a borrowed song but is assumed that it is piracy or stealing. As time has passed and technologies have become available to the average people of the world, including those with lesser amounts of disposable money, the ability to share or loan electronic material has become increasingly popular. The question still remains in the mind of this author; what is the difference between sharing and audio cassette with a friend and sharing an MP3 that has been legally copied from disk or downloaded from Itunes? In the eyes of many people, there is not a difference in these two concepts. In the eyes of many, the concept of sharing a MP3 is that same as sharing a cassette but has followed the theory of evolution and grown from the era of physical items, like cassettes, and evolved to the electronic media market. This sharing concept brings forth another question. Why did music industry and other various media companies not try to enforce the existing laws when it was only video and audio cassettes? Could it be that back in the day , the number of cassettes / albums being shared were not near the numbers of electronic media being shared today? This seems to be the probable answer because to share a cassette or album there needs to be some form of physical contact between the two participants and to share electronic media the two participants can be ... These crimes are separated into four categories. These categories are as follows, the computer as a target, the computer as an instrument of crime, the computer as incidental to a crime, and crimes associated with the prevalence of computers. In example of the computer as a target, is a case of Kevin Mitnick. Kevin Mitnick was once known as the world s most wanted social engineering computer hacker. I believe the category of the computer as a target presents the greatest overall threat at this present time. The reasons for this is, computers as a target for instance computer hacking. Computer hacking enables people with this ability to access our nation s defense system. With this being said, this becomes a national security issue. Well, light comes in different wavelengths and humans can only see the visible spectrum made of colored light. If a bionic eye could let us see the entire electromagnetic spectrum, from radio waves to gamma waves we d be able to see heat, identify types of gases by sight, and even look through walls. In a future of humans with a computer in their eyes bionic eyes will be an ongoing topic of the future. With a camera as an eye, humans will be able to do things like: zoom in and out like a camera lens, have UV vision, record what we see, and even automatically be able to sync it to the net with our Wi Fi connected eyes. This is all just speculation but there s no denying that this type of technology as innovative as it is, is going to turn science fiction into reality one day. Having bionic eyes will open up a broad array of applications in multiple fields such as studying microbes without having to carry all the equipment needed to see under the microscope, soldiers will be able to detect mines in a field, airports will be able to make their security stronger and more secure as ... • 18. Belgian Colonializm in the Congo Free State Essay The violent and forced rule of the Congo is a horrific time in African history. The time period beginning with Henry Morton Stanley s first exploration to the Congo, and King Leopold s desire of this area, had been a nightmare for the people of the Congo. The civilizing mission to the Congo not only resulted in the killing of thousands of people but also the destruction of a culture. The two articles, Belgian Colonialism in the Congo , and the letter by George Washington Williams, are just two views from this time. Both articles depict very different opinions of what is going on in the Congo and also what should be allowed to go on there. These articles show the very different opinions of someone who has never gone and someone who has ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... When King Leopold decided that he wanted the Congo he knew nothing of the land or the people there, and he did not wish to know. In his Open letter in 1898 Leopold states that, ?I am pleased to think that our agents, nearly all of whom are volunteers drawn from the ranks of the Belgian army, have always present in their minds a strong sense of the career of honor in which they are engaged, and are animated with a pure feeling of patriotism, not sparing their own blood, they will the more spare the blood of the natives, who will see in them the all powerful protectors of their lives and their property, benevolent teachers of whom they have so great a need? (article #1) This sentence directly states the idea of imperialist thinking. The idea that the people of the Congo are uncivilized and savage is the mindset of King Leopold during the time of Congo colonization. Leopold wishes to take the Congo solely for his own advancement. Allow he says that he wishes to civilize the people there, he does very little of that. In this article Chua argues that Chinese parents are more successful than Western parents when it comes to academics and musical talent. In addition, she discusses three differences between the two parental mindsets. First, western parents worry too much about their children s self esteem. Second, Chinese parents believe their children owe them everything because they brought them in this world. Third, Chinese parents believe they know what is best for their children. Even though their mindsets are different, Chua believes that all decent parents want to do what is best for their children. • 23. Reflection On Final Reflection Final Reflection Essay I thought this class would be easier than it ended up being. You warned us of this on the first day of class, and you were certainly right. Fortunately, this resulted in me actually improving my public speaking skills, which I will certainly need as I go through my career. Most of the public speaking I d done before this class involved one on one, pitch style speaking. This one done at robotics competitions trying to present our project to judges. While this was certainly useful experience, it was very on the fly. It did not prepare me for this class I well as I thought it would. The class succeeded at its goal of making me improve my public speaking skills, and this improvement happened in three main areas; my engagement with the audience, my anxiety, and my understanding of an outline. Given these improvements, I feel much better prepared to handle public speaking experiences I will have in the future. One thing I really noticed I improved was my engagement with the audience. These two facets of speaking are clearly related, and they both improved for me over the course of the semester. For one of my early speeches, I got the feedback that the only person I made eye contact with was you for the entire speech. I was making an attempt at engaging with the audience, but I clearly failed. Noting this, it was something I tried especially hard to make sure I improved for my following speeches. It was at first awkward to manually move my head around the room without looking mechanical, but as I did it more and more it became natural. In my earlier speeches, you also noted that my speech pattern was very one note, and I believe I made progress on fixing this as the year went on. The other aspect that helped me improve in this area was reducing my speaking anxiety. The was the biggest thing that improved during this class. We were told that the only way to get over speech anxiety was to simply speak more, and doing that surely helped. I definitely was falling into the perfectionist trap at first, especially because of my stutter. Being willing to accept that I m going to make mistakes was an important part about getting through the speeches. Your advice about not stopping every time I made a ... Both children start discussing wanting to become professional, star athletes when they re older, making a ton of money. Little do they know, this large salary dream will most likely only become true of one of them. Imagine athletes as medals. Society has placed women, much like this little girl, at a silver, and men, like the older boy, at gold. No matter how good the women get or how much progress they make, they are always held back from achieving the same level as the men, stuck once again at silver. The definition of sexism is prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination on the basis of sex. Sadly, many women face this everyday when trying to succeed as an athlete. An example of this would be a women getting paid less than a man or getting worse coaching than he, even when playing the same sport. Although some movements are being made to try and help this issue, such as Title IX, stating that no gender should be discluded from any education program or activity, helping sexism in youth, high school, and college sports, it is not being enforced strongly, not making many changes to some of the still standing issues in the sports world today. The problem can start as young as youth sports and continue all the way up to the professional level. Carson Blair, a high school athlete, stated, I think the main difference between ... This paper demonstrates failures by the intelligence assets of the United States of America(U.S.) regarding the U.S.S.R. s invasion of Afghanistan. The U.S. did not have a good understanding of the U.S.S.R. s early involvement in Afghanistan; additionally, they failed to understand that by giving training and aid to the Afghani insurgency, they were forcing the U.S.S.R. to commit to military occupation, and ... This aircraft could seat 550 900 passengers, which classifies it as a type of Very Large Aircraft. The defining feature for Very Large Aircraft (VLA) was that it could hold more than 400 passengers (or carry more than 80 tons of freight). Boeing was a monopolist in the VLA market, since the only other VLA available for purchase was their 747 aircraft. For Airbus, the question of deciding whether to launch A3XX was a question of whether they (a potential entrant) should attempt to break into the market of an incumbent monopolist (Boeing). There are three conditions that characterize a monopolistic market structure. First, a monopolistic market structure is defined as having only a single seller in the market. As of 2000, Boeing was the sole firm producing VLAs. The second requirement of a monopoly is having high barriers to entry. Producing aircraft is a capital intensive endeavor. The large costs of production discourage many firms from attempting to enter the market. For the firms that did try, the cost of failure was high. Other prominent aerospace companies (Glenn Martin Company, General Dynamics, and Lockheed) had tried and failed to enter into the market (Esty, 2012, p. 10). The third requirement is that there must be no close substitutes for the product that is being produced. Boeing s 747 was the only VLA aircraft available. Figure 2.9: The result of removing head nodes from graph To clarify this approach, I will use the computed Class Hierarchy Analysis Call Graph from the first example (Figure 2.6) and convert it to RTA. Since set of instantiated classes contains Class B Class C, according to the algorithm, I have to remove node A.m( ).
