What Are The Similarities Of The Hang And Dynasty

This resulted within the mingling of the Chinese and Indian individuals and therefore the integration
of their arts. Chinese artists that reborn to Buddhism then began to draw photos and sculpt pictures of
Buddha and his teachings. On the opposite hand, the Zhou had not been influenced by any major faith.
Instead, most art was primarily based off of the previous kinfolk, the Shang. They used bronze to form
sculptures and Jade to form ornaments to embellish their palaces and shrines. The Chow palaces were
primarily product of massive wood beams. Han design was conjointly similar, they featured temples
that closely resembled Indian stupas dedicated to Buddha. However, Buddhism isn t the sole belief
that powerfully affected civilizations.
At first, the Chow dynasty s scheme thought about emperors to be specially others, then came flush

The Growth Of Early Los Angeles
To tell the story of the growth of early Los Angeles it is necessary to visit the culturally significant
union station in old downtown on Alameda street. The buildings owes it begging to the American
phenomenon of the railroad, the institution that allowed for American expansion into the modern era
and more specifically the growth of the west coast metropolis of Los Angeles that prior was just a
small Spanish town. Just across the street from the Avila adobe, one of the first and oldest existing
Spanish settlements in L.A., lays Union station, a building that holds on to the city s Spanish roots
through Spanish mission style architecture. At the time of its erection, the building not only told the
story of the small Spanish town that Los Angeles was but also hinted at the industrial metropolis that
Los Angeles would be through the art deco language. Through the fine usage and mixture of elements
at a macro and micro scale, Union Station successfully mixes the two languages of Art Deco modern
and Spanish mission style to form a landmark that is a remnant of a significant transitional period in
LA s history. Just like many other U.S cities during the early 20th century los angles experienced a
period of unprecedented industrial growth and population increase that followed. Furthermore there
was the need for a transportation hub that would serve as a common stop for vital transcontinental rail
lines that supported the city s industry, which included the Union Pacific

Annexation Of Hawaii Dbq Essay
Document 1: This document represents the annexation of Hawaii, in a timeline. Where this was for us,
the readers, to understand and have a better view point of Hawaii s annexation, what took place to lead
to it. The author wrote this to provide us with background information, before reading the other
documents; preparing us beforehand. To me, the point of view of the first document is coming from
the third person POV, it s factual, unbiased, uses he/her, etc. Lastly, document 1 is important because it

Who Remedios Varo Is By Inga Muscio
Throughout the art history, women have been involved in making art, whether as creators and
innovators of new forms of artistic expression, patrons, collectors, sources of inspiration, or significant
contributors as art historians and critics. Women have been and continue to be integral to the
institution of art, but despite being engaged with the art world in every way, many women artists have
found opposition in the traditional narrative of art history. They have faced challenges due to gender
biases, from finding difficulty in training to selling their work and gaining recognition. In Who
Remedios Varo Is , Inga Muscio argued this issue by suggesting that Remedios Varo, one of the top
19th century surrealist painters in the art history, did not ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
But nowadays, women has become more powerful and even gradually take men s place in the art
world and gain more achievements for themselves. What have been changed throughout many years
of art history? Throughout the length of this essay, I will explore this problem by giving the brief view
about gender bias and the way it affects women artists in the art world from the past, then mainly
discuss about how women has overcome gender bias, in order to be succeeded in art world nowadays.
Gender bias is known as the inclination towards or the prejudice against one gender, which are women
in art world in this circumstance. This is an unequal treatment in employment opportunity, such as
privileges or benefits (Oxford dictionary). It is also known as women discrimination. According to
Inga Muscio, Remedios Varo did not receive the recognition she deserved because of the male social
system. The white, male portion gave them the authority to present art as an artist but not women.
Women did not have a right and had been excluded from the process of creating art (202). So, what
had happened in the 19th century, which prevented Muscio from gaining her recognition

Essay about The Horror that Are Child Soldiers
All around the world, especially in third world countries, children are being forced to fight in wars and
conflicts that they did not start, and they do not need to fight in. Today, it is estimated that over
300,000 children are enlisted in armies and militias around the world (Kaplan). These children are
called child soldiers. A child soldier is classified as a person enlisted in an army or militia that is under
the age of eighteen. (11 Facts). They are recruited into armies for many different reasons and used for
many different tasks. There are a number of countries that children are forced to fight in such as
Columbia, Myanmar, Iraq, and many more (11 Facts/Kaplan). Children should not be forced to be
soldiers in war because it puts ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Children taken into these armies are forced to watch despicable things happen to people they know or
do not know, but they know that they are human and most likely innocent (Stolen Kids). For example,
an eleven year old boy in Myanmar was forced to watch as mothers were killed. Afterwards, some of
the soldiers smashed their babies heads on rocks and killed them (Stolen Kids). Not only are children
forced to watch these terrible things happen, they are forced to commit wretched crimes as well. A
twelve year old Columbian girl was held at gunpoint and told to kill one of her friends. She eventually
did, but closed her eyes and she had to bury the body afterwards (Stolen Kids). She was told that she
was not allowed to cry while doing this as well as that this murder was the first of many, and that not
crying is crucial (Stolen Kids). This is one of many crimes that children are forced to commit while in
service to armies and militias. The things that child soldiers are forced to do lead to a lot of
psychological trauma. When an organization called War Child interviewed children they had rescued,
up to 90% admitted that they needed psychological help and support to cope with what they had seen
and done. A study has shown that children who are rescued often have nightmares, sadness, recurring
violent images, and intrusive thoughts. The children who were forced to commit terrible

Early Childhood Development Essay
Introduction
The way the young, old, and infants look at things has been the subject of a number of studies for
many years. These tendencies are referred to as visual preferences and in infants this study can be
referred to as early visual perception. Though interest in the study of visual preferences has declined,
significant progress has been made in this field. This study however has been very instrumental in
helping scholars understand early childhood development issues. Among these issues is how visual
preferences can help infants process the stimuli they come across. The issue of whether or not infants
possess visual preference abilities after birth has also shown great interest among scholars. This paper
seeks to cut through the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Adults have the ability to focus on objects from a range of distances. This is mainly because the adults
lens and its curvature can accommodate this. Previously it was thought that babies were very
shortsighted only being able to see clearly, objects within nine inches. Present research conducted has
however refuted this. Since they have partially developed retinas, infants normally experience
difficulties when encoding images. After an image is formed in the retina, the process is transferred
into the higher neutrons of the brain (Ratliff, 1965, p. 34). In infants, this might be hampered by the
brain s inability to process these functions. When this process occurs in infants, the images formed
always have less resolution because the visual cortex is still not well formed.
Visual system is one of the sensory organs contributing to the functionality of humans. Its
functionality at birth however is the least mature of all the sensory organs. When being born, infants
abilities to make sounds are more developed than their visual abilities. At this point, infants can only
be able to see clearly, objects within a very close range. They also cannot adjust their focus.
Relevance
Most of the research conducted on the subject of visual preference has led to better understanding of
infants as well as their abilities. Through behavioral studies, one can be able to understand how infants
are able to understand and interpret

Dance Is A Sport Essay
Endurance, discipline, focus, commitment, and responsibility are just a few of the qualities of an
athlete (PhraseMix). By definition a sport is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which
an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment (Hacker). Dance pushes
dancers physically and mentally, to be a great dancer and have a successful team everyone needs to be
at their physically best. Dancers train every morning and some evenings, stretching, doing technique,
some weight lifting and core strengthening workouts, and learning, polishing, and critiquing dances
(McNitt Gray). Doing all of those things builds up the skill not only as an individual, but as a team
working together to look their best when they perform.

As I ve read many of the opposing views, and asking people amongst my school, many of them say
dance isn t a sport, because doing a turn is easy, if someone based every sport by one movement they
do, then swinging a bat, dribbling a basketball, catching a ball would all be easy. But all of those
activities have multiple parts that make them function. In an article about high school football player
Chris Altonji states Every time I see Poms or De La Cru perform, I am extremely impressed by their
flexibility and coordination. Dancers clearly have to go through strenuous practices to be able to pull
off those performances. But that s just what dancing is, a performance, not a sport. Although, dancers
work very hard and do very strenuous things, all they are, are performers. He also mentions that dance
competitions, do not classify dance as a sport because they don t fit the requirements of the definition
which is that sports compete with two or more teams (Altonji). Altonji s opinion although agrees with
dance being physically demanding, it does not fit the

Critically discuss the factors which contribute to building cohesive groups/teams.
The purpose of the essay is to discuss what factors can contribute to building cohesive groups. There
are many factors which can be useful in developing perfectionism within a group. These factors are as
follow: membership and work environment factors, organisational factors and group development and
maturity. Meredith Belbin s nine team roles also determine the degree to which cohesiveness is
maintained. In order to discuss these factors, this essay will define what a group team is and present
two different kinds of groups. Second, some of these factors contributing to success of group work

A team can be successful if the members know each other for a reasonable time. Moreover, they can
build trust within such a group and as a result it can help them in building confidence to perform tasks
better (Mullins, 2010). Thus the time, individuals skills, and the size of the group are significant
aspects in building successful teams.
Work environment is another factor which can help build and maintain perfectionism among team
members. Nature of the task can contribute to the task and the degree of task difficulty should be
moderated because too difficult tasks can cause conflicts, too easy one however boredom.
Communication is also very important and tasks should be communicated clearly which can lead to
cohesiveness. Technology is another aspect worth considering as the resources available in the
workplace can contribute to developing successful teams (Mullins, 2010). Therefore, the manager
should organise work according to the sources they have.
Organisational factor can also play an important part in maintaining successful teams. Successful team
work depends on management and leadership styles. Encouragement and understanding of individual
s problems should be maintained. Human Resource policies and procedures should also be applied
fairly and there should not be any act of discrimination towards people. Success is another key
element bringing success in a team (Mullins, 2010). Thus a manager should take an active part in

Punishment And The Criminal Justice System
If we accept that punishment is justified in certain circumstances, then, ideally, it should only be
incurred by individuals whose actions warrant punishment. I think, at least amongst civilised society,
this opinion cannot be disputed. The difficult question is not whether punishment should be deserved,
but when punishment should be deserved. The quotation above suggests that in order to be worthy of
punishment, the defendant must have consciously chosen to have committed the wrong of which he or
she stands accused. However, as the UK criminal justice system demonstrates, strict compliance with
this principle is often impractical. This essay will investigate the legislation that seems to challenge
the conscious choice principle, before considering whether or not this legislation compromises the
value of the criminal justice system.
Before we contemplate the types of behaviour that deserve punishment, it is essential that we
understand why deserved punishment is a fundamental premise of the criminal justice system. In order
to do this, we will need to consider the different justifications for punishment. As Wilson considers,
theories of punishment have historically fallen into one of two categories ; they can be identified as
either a retributive theory or a utilitarian (consequentialist) theory.[1] Retributive theories suggest that
punishment can only be justified if the punishment itself has some inherent moral value; it cannot be
made right by its positive

The Issue Of Gender Related Violence
In regards to the issue of gender related violence, the literature might suggest two possible approaches.
One is that the incidence of violence against women could be reduced by way of a stronger state. The
second is that the incidence of violence against women is best addressed with greater representation
and leadership by women. This paper will examine both of these arguments. It will conclude that
neither explanation has the potential to resolve issues of gendered violence independently. The
combination of a strong state and adequate female representation in parliament will decrease the
prevalence of violence against women. Central to this paper will be the debate over which influence,
either socialization or biology, can account for a higher number of male perpetrators of violence.
Strong State
For realists, the only potential to decrease the prevalence of violence against women is by means of
strengthening the state. Jeffrey Herbst pinpoints state weakness as the source of conflict in African
countries (2000, p. 287). While he does not explicitly refer to the violent conflict involving women,
Herbst describes the necessity of strengthening the state to bring conflict to a halt (2000, p. 287).
Fellow realists Barry R. Posen and Seth Jones have drawn similar conclusions on resolving conflict
with the strengthening of the state. Both theorists make reference to international relations theory to
demonstrate the connection between emerging anarchy and conflict within a

Themes Of The Four Quartets
Manganiello focuses on the interplay between Dante and Eliot manifested in their use of the
Incarnation. Drawing on the intent search of the confused speaker of The Waste Land, Manganiello
proposes that the Four Quartets answers the search for the essential word with Logos. The epigraphs
for Burnt Norton, the opening quartet, center around Logos and the intersections of time. Manganiello
fleshes out Eliot s exploration of time and eternity through the lens of the Incarnation. The Incarnation
is, of course, the meeting of divinity and humanity, of time and timelessness, of Logos and flesh.
Drawing on Dante s comparison of God to both a circle and a point the eternal and the temporal
Manganiello begins utilizing images from the Divine Comedy, specifically the Paradiso, to provide a
deeper understanding of Eliot s themes in the Four Quartets. Focusing specifically on Burnt Norton,
Manganiello narrows in on the rose garden, examining the primal memories of both an earthly and
supra terrestrial paradise of bliss it triggers. He eventually concludes that, Eliot, like Dante, invites the
reader to cross over from the human to the divine, from time to eternity (111). Switching his focus to
the intersection of time and eternity in the Incarnation, Manganiello discusses an article Eliot
translated for the Criterion entitled On Reading Einstein . The article, written by Charles Mauron,
argues that Einstein s theory of relativity does not

John s wife describes their summer retreat as a Colonial mansion, a hereditary estate, I would say a
haunted house...The windows are barred (158 161). Both dwellings are clearly symbolic of the dark,
stifling circumstances surrounding a woman of the times. In fact, the narrator of The Yellow
Wallpaper eventually perceives the very room she is in as a prison. When speaking of the paper she
says, By moonlight it becomes bars (164) it is clear that she feels trapped.
Characterization also plays a major role in conveying the sexist and generally inferior manner in
which women were treated and perceived. The men are condescending and unemotional. At first,
Aubingy is described as passionately loving his Desiree... That was how the Aubingy s fell in love, as
if struck by a pistol shot (141). However, upon finding that his baby is not the Aryan bundle of joy he
d thought it to be, the racially charged remark that Aubigny makes to his distraught wife is I want you
to go (143). How can a love so powerful, which would have caused him to forget the importance of a
name, have deserted him so readily? Almost as quickly as it came, the love light went out of his eyes,
and was replaced with unparalleled intolerance.

Essay about Nietzsche and the Prophet
Nietzsche and the Prophet
According to Friedrich Nietzsche s Thus Spoke Zarathustra, the meaning of human existence is to
make room for the Superman : a superhuman who perseveres in its capacity for unlimited self
creation. (Pg. 49)[1] In order for humankind to embrace its self creative nature and allow for the
transcendence into this superhuman condition, however, we must first learn to destroy our present
tables of values; it is our desperate adherence to traditional (religious) values which prevents us from
actualizing our potential for self creation. It is important to note, however, that it is not the creation of
these traditional values in and of itself that Nietzsche condemns. After all, self creation is not only a ...

So, in spite of the immanent desire to be rid of the past, Nietzsche s protagonist, Zarathustra, finds
himself unable to completely sever himself from it. Hence Zarathustra s struggle to affirm his past
while pursuing a self creating future.
The aim of this paper is threefold. First, I will provide evidence for the interpretation of The Prophet
as an elucidation of the struggle of Nietzsche s protagonist to reconcile this inalienable relationship
between the past and the future. In doing so, I will focus on three main facets of the passage, namely,
the prophet, Zarathustra s dream and, the misinterpretation of the dream by the disciple. Second, I will
demonstrate how The Prophet can simultaneously be interpreted so as to advance Nietzsche s own
view of human nature as self creativity. Third, I will explicate what ramifications my interpretations of
The Prophet has on the relationship between Nietzsche and his reader.
The Inalienable Relationship Between the Past and the Future
The Prophet begins with Zarathustra being told that Everything is empty, everything is one, everything
is past! . (Pg. 155) That is, the prophet informs Zarathustra that the present day way of life has become
tired and saturated; there is no more advancement to be made in the absence of a rudimentary
transformation of humankind. In short, the time has come for the self destruction and re creation of
humankind; the time has come for humankind

Is War Ever Justified Analysis
Is War Ever Justified Should people be persecuted for their beliefs? The Reign of Terror was a war
that had lasted for eighteen months starting with the execution of the king Louis XIV on January 21st
1793, and ending with the death of the leader of the revolution Robespierre. During those eighteen
months 20,000 to 40,00 people were killed by the guillotine, and many more were killed by the war.
The Reign of Terror was not justified because of the internal and external threats were not very
serious, rights were being taken away, and because there were too many deaths, During the revolution
there were some external and internal threats but they were not a major problem for France. Prussia
and Austria did invade France but throughout the war France had an advantage and stayed winning,

Child Care Center Observation Essay
I chose to observe at Foster Knox Child Care Center in Warrensburg, Missouri to finish up my
observation hours. When viewing this facility, it was similar to Central Village by having different age
groups separated by rooms. When I first walked into the facility I didn t notice any labeling on the
doors, to identify which age group took place in that room. However, I could easily tell by looking at
the children who were in the room. To finish my observations all I needed was the age group 24 36
months. This age group I was observing was located in the back of the facility. As I entered the room,
I noticed it was empty, no children to be found. I then realize that it was nap time. All children were in
a separate room enclosed by a door that was connected to the room I entered in. When walking in I
noticed two tables were in the center of the room. A tiny restroom area was in the far left hand corner
of the room which had a sink, water fountain, and a small toilet for the children to use frequently after
every activity. There is a play area as well which was located right when you walk into the room. The
room was bright, and had a lot of natural light coming in from the windows. Each child had their own
hook and cubby basket for their items. There were several light fixtures; however, they were not being

Freedom In Larry And Andy Wachowski s The Matrix
In The Matrix, the theme is freedom. The request asked by the writers, Larry and Andy Wachowski, is:
Is freedom possible? I ve recited the April 8, 1996 draft of their script, and observed at the film as
well. The theme of freedom is discovered in both, but presented with more uncertainty and subtlety in
the film.
On one hand, a quarrel is made repeatedly that freedom is impossible. The Matrix, after all, is the
deportation of all freedom. As Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) says, when telling to Neo (Keanu
Reeves) the history of earth:
MORPHEUS: I came to realize the obviousness of the truth. What is the Matrix? Control.
The Oracle (Gloria Foster), even though working to release mankind, actually doesn t have faith in in
freedom. She forecasts ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
You ll remember you don t believe in any of this fate crap. You re in control of your own life.
Remember?
Neo doesn t have faith in in fate, but the Oracle surely does. After all, an oracle is somebody who
makes predictions. By definition, the Oracle believes in fate i.e. that the future is previously written
and thus can be foretold.
On going the view that freedom is incredible, even Agent Smith (Hugo Weaving, playing the human
representative of the Matrix) is himself without freedom. When he s tormenting Morpheus, says:
AGENT SMITH: I hate this place. This zoo. This prison. This reality, whatever you want to call it.
Agent Smith, in regulatory humanity, has become trapped himself. In fact, while Agent Smith s
knowledge doesn t fit squarely into a quarrel as to whether freedom is or isn t possible, nonetheless his
knowledge helps us explore the theme of freedom from a different point of view.
And, of course, there s Neo s name: when you reorganise the letters, it spells One.
It appears pretty clear that true freedom is presented as being incredible. In which case, possibly man
is, in many ways, just like the machineries he serves in the film. Your car is a mechanism. How much
freedom will it

Antonio Lucio Vivaldi Inspiration
The renowned baroque composer, Antonio Lucio Vivaldi, was born on the 4th of March, 1678, in
Venice, Italy to Giovanni Battista Vivaldi and Camilla Calicchio. During childhood, he found himself
surrounded by his five siblings, Margarita Gabriela, Cecilia Maria, Bonaventura Tomaso, Zanetta
Anna, and Francesco Gaetano Giovanni Battista. Francesco, like Vivaldi, would find music to be his
calling. He would later teach a young Vivaldi the art of the violin. Vivaldi s younger years were hard
for him; he suffered from strettezza di petto, tightness of the chest; in other words, he had asthma. His
asthma would prevent him from playing any wind instruments for the rest of his life. When Vivaldi

Participatory Culture Through The Media
Old media like broadcasting, print, and film created a consumer culture in the public. Participants
would consume the media they could find, and that was the extent of their engagement with a piece of
media. But during the digital age, participatory culture has exploded. Participatory culture is a concept
coined by Henry Jenkins where consumers take part in both the consumption and the production of
media. The advent of computers facilitates a low barrier of entry for creation of digital media and its
propagation. With the availability of personal computers and consumer level software to manipulate
media as well as the popularity of the internet to spread content, fans have become more engaged with
the media they consume. In turn, participants can create forms of that media that comment and expand
upon the original content. Participants who used to only consume media now have the avenues to
become producers of media. In this essay, I will explore participatory culture through the lense of Lev
Manovich s Five Principles of New Media: Numerical Representation, Modularity, Automation,
Variability, and Transcoding.
The first of Manovich s principles is Numerical Representation. A piece of new media can be
represented by discrete numbers. For example, an image file is a collection of numbers describing the
color of each pixel in the image. A game is a piece of software compiled to 1 s and 0 s that respond
and react to input from the user. Anything in digital form is at its based

Alarm Fatigue Is Out Of Control, And Patients Are Being...
Target Population, and Significance Alarm fatigue is out of control, and patients are being harmed, if
not killed. Alarm fatigue is a disturbing subject in healthcare and primarily in the acute care setting in
all institutions. In the acute care setting, alarm fatigue is the constant barrage of noise consisting of an
excessive amount of information being communicated by medical devices such as blood pressure,
intravenous pumps, and electrocardiogram machines. Alarm fatigue is a nationwide concern and the
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Manufacturer and User Facility Device Experience database
received 566 details of patient deaths related to medical device alarms between 2005 and 2008 (Bai et
al., 2014). Deaths are normally attributed to the physiological or chronic health of the individual, not
alarm fatigue. In 2010, an analysis exposed 73 alarm related deaths with 33 directly linked to
physiologic monitors (Cvach, 2013). Routinely alarms are intended to warn the clinician to situations
that deviate from what is conceived as normal for the patient, not a stressful, irritating barrage of
noise. Deaths from alarm signals can occur for countless reasons: staff not responding to alarms,
resulting from alarm fatigue, improperly placed sensors, default settings instead of patient specific
settings, depleted batteries, and many other mechanical issues that occur (Cvach, 2013). Alarm fatigue
is an individual experiencing a bombardment of frequent, recurrent alarm pollution,

Examples Of Calpurnia In To Kill A Mockingbird
In the book To Kill a Mockingbird, Calpurnia can be described as respectful. For example, in chapter

meanest man God ever blew breath into, murmured Calpurnia, and she spat meditatively into the yard.
We looked at her in surprise, for Calpurnia rarely commented on the ways of white people. Scout and
Jem looked at Calpurnia in surprise after she spoke about Mr. Radley, saying that she rarely
commented on the ways of white people. This shows that Calpurnia is respectful, since she holds back

Cofferdam Advantages And Disadvantages
Cofferdam:
The word cofferdam comes from the word coffer meaning box. In other words, we could say a
cofferdam is a dam shaped like a box.
A cofferdam is a watertight structure designed to make construction projects in normally submerged
regions easier. Such projects include bridges, piers and the repair works in oil platforms. A dam is
placed in the area of the project and water is then removed from that area until the soil isn t submerged
by water. This allows the workers to place structural supports, repair or any other type of work in dry

My Research On Culinary Products
INTRODUCTION
I have chosen onion as topic for my research on culinary products. I have chosen this TOPIC because
this is the basic ingredients from where many warm dish start, so I think it is good start. So, I want to
learn more about onion. it is presumed that our ancestors discovered and started eating wild onions
very early long before farming or even before writting was invented, so in my research I didn t find
exact time it comes in lime light, This humble vegetable was key food in the prehistoric diet. It is a
most popular and versatile vegetables in the world. We can eat it raw, sautéed, baked, grilled, stuffed,
and pickle. Onions take a very special part in our culinary history.
There are different types of onion, they all are different in shape, size, colour and taste aswell. Before
we start it is good to know little about the types of onion.....
Department of agriculture and forestry,2003
Types of Onion
Bulb onions can be yellow, red, or white. Around 87 percent of the crop is devoted to yellow onion
making, with about 8% red onions, and 5% white onions.
Yellow Onions
These are full flavored and are a reliable standby for cooking almost anything. Yellow onions turn a
rich, dark brown when cooked and give French Onion Soup its tangy sweet flavor.
Red Onions
Red Onions, with their wonderful color, are a good choice for lots of fresh uses or for grilling,
charbroiling, and roasting.
White Onions
White Onions are often used in prepared salads, white

Similarities Between Nazi Germany And The Holocaust
Bayer and Nazi Germany During the Holocaust, many companies were associated with Nazi
Germany. One well known German company called IG Farben manufactured the Zyklon B gas that
was used in the gas chambers to kill millions. They also funded many of Josef Mengele s experiments
on concentration camp prisoners. They were the most powerful German economic corporate
emporium. IG Farben was considered the single largest donor to Adolph Hitler s election campaign.
During the Holocaust, IG Farben was the only German company in the Third Reich that had its own
concentration camp. Over thirty thousand slave workers were either killed here, deported to the gas
chambers, or died from some other cause. Thousands died due to the testing of new or unknown
vaccines. The plant that they built was located in Auschwitz, and the workforce they used was almost
for free. It was no coincidence that they built it in this location. Many medical Experiments were
conducted by I.G. Farben.
They were also done in other concentration camps SS Major Dr. Helmuth Vetter was stationed in
several concentration camps. At the order of Bayer Leverkusen, he performed many horrible
experiments on the prisoners. The experiments performed, led to many prisoner deaths. At the same
time was Dr. Joseph Mengele, they experimented with many medications, not only were they applied

Ride Along 2 Analysis
After four weeks of dominance, The Force was officially been subdued and dethroned by the new
comedy sequel, Ride Along 2. With a significant debut of $34 million, the comedy duo of Kevin Hart
Ice Cube strikes again just as they did with their predecessor nearly two years ago to the day.
Unfortunately, not everything about Ride Along 2 s victory is good news as the new film failed to
surpass the opening establish by 2014 s Ride Along ($41.5 million). Of course poor reviews didn t
help the comedy s cause, either as it currently maintains a wretched score of 14% at RottenTomatoes.
Regardless, Ride Along 2 is far from a bust after being produced on $40 million. Holding strong in the
second position is the new Golden Globe winner for Best Drama, The Revenant which grabbed a
healthy $29.5 million. The film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, gave Star Wars a run for its money last
weekend, through coming up just short. However, with a slew of Golden Globe wins last weekend,
The Revenant picked up steam and should continue to remain relevant as we move closer to he Oscars

Characteristics Of The Malaria
Malaria is starting to become one of the worlds most common infectious diseases and problem to
peoples health around the world. This report will highlight the importance of learning the signs and
symptoms of the Malaria disease, how to prevent becoming infected with it and how to treat it if
someone does come in contact with it. It will also describe the characteristics of the four major types
of Plasmodium that affects humans along with the the complete classification, pathogenesis, how it is
transmitted from one host to another, and who and what country is affected most from this infectious
disease. Within the Malarian disease, there are many species of the Plasmodium parasites, and only 4
of those species affects the human population. Those species include the Plasmodium falciparum,
Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium ovale, and Plasmodium malariae (Wiser, 2011). There is various
differences between these four, but they do all have one thing in common and that is that they all form
rings. The Plasmodium falciparum has numerous rings that are smaller, it has no trophozoites or
schizonts, it is also a crescent shaped gametocyte. The Plasmodium vivax has a enlarged erythrocyte,
Schuffner s dots, and ameboid trophozoites. The Plasmodium ovale is similar to the Plasmodium
ovale, it has compact trophozoites, fewer merozoites in schizont, and elongated erythrocytes. The
Plasmodium Malariae is a compact parasite and it has merozoites in rosette (Wiser, 2011). To further
identify this infectious disease, it can be broken down into its taxonomic classification. It starts with

Conference Reflection Paper
During the week of May 25, I had the privilege to attend a conference in Washington D.C. called
NCORE, the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity. Conference topics ranged from police
brutality, mass incarceration, Ferguson to moving towards identity after liberation. Since I am an
African American, I felt that it was expected of me to attend conferences that only relate to my people
and my identity. To stray away from the expected , I decided to dedicate one day to learning about
different cultures. That morning, I attended a conference on the education of Asian Americans in the
United States. I went into this conference not expecting to take away anything since our culture has
conditioned us to believe that Asian Americans are the model ... Show more content on

Before we go into this, we have to understand the difference between the foreigner and the American.
When Muslims immigrate to the US, they are faced with the constant stares of onlookers who are
confused of what they are, where they come from, and when are they leaving. As you can tell,
Americans have always seen Muslims as the other , but tensions intensified after the 9/11 attacks. The
9/11 attacks brought Muslim culture to the forefront. Many people started performing hate crimes
against Muslims and Islamic nations. The American government has sanctioned surveillance and
investigations into Islamic nations in order to prevent another 9/11 attack. The government has
perpetuated this hatred towards Muslims on the basis that since all terrorists are Muslims, all Muslims
must be terrorists. Furthermore, Americans have this idea that Muslims should apologize for the 9/11
attacks. The entire Muslim culture was not responsible for 9/11. Although it seems to be easy to point
the finger at one group of people, it becomes difficult when you are blaming a group of people on one
person s actions. If Americans expect an apology for Muslims, all whites should be prepared to
apologize to blacks for slavery. The apology concept is complete ludicrous. If you believe that all
Muslims are terrorists, this judgment makes the statement that all blacks are criminals true. If either
one are true, how do we explain Barack Obama and Farah Pandith. In addition, airport customs have
used the 9/11 attacks as an excuse for random security checks of Muslims. This promotes an almost
majority rule of widespread racial profiling of Muslims. On the airport, there are numerous customs
checkpoints for Homeland Security that takes a minimum of 2 hours to catch your plane. Americans
even have this fear of terror

Chinese artists that reborn to Buddhism then began to draw photos and sculpt pictures of Buddha and his teachings. On the opposite hand, the Zhou had not been influenced by any major faith. Instead, most art was primarily based off of the previous kinfolk, the Shang. They used bronze to form sculptures and Jade to form ornaments to embellish their palaces and shrines. The Chow palaces were primarily product of massive wood beams. Han design was conjointly similar, they featured temples that closely resembled Indian stupas dedicated to Buddha. • 3. The Growth Of Early Los Angeles To tell the story of the growth of early Los Angeles it is necessary to visit the culturally significant union station in old downtown on Alameda street. The buildings owes it begging to the American phenomenon of the railroad, the institution that allowed for American expansion into the modern era and more specifically the growth of the west coast metropolis of Los Angeles that prior was just a small Spanish town. Just across the street from the Avila adobe, one of the first and oldest existing Spanish settlements in L.A., lays Union station, a building that holds on to the city s Spanish roots through Spanish mission style architecture. At the time of its erection, the building not only told the story of the small Spanish town that Los Angeles was but also hinted at the industrial metropolis that Los Angeles would be through the art deco language. Through the fine usage and mixture of elements at a macro and micro scale, Union Station successfully mixes the two languages of Art Deco modern and Spanish mission style to form a landmark that is a remnant of a significant transitional period in LA s history. Just like many other U.S cities during the early 20th century los angles experienced a period of unprecedented industrial growth and population increase that followed. Furthermore there was the need for a transportation hub that would serve as a common stop for vital transcontinental rail lines that supported the city s industry, which included the Union Pacific ... • 5. Who Remedios Varo Is By Inga Muscio Throughout the art history, women have been involved in making art, whether as creators and innovators of new forms of artistic expression, patrons, collectors, sources of inspiration, or significant contributors as art historians and critics. Women have been and continue to be integral to the institution of art, but despite being engaged with the art world in every way, many women artists have found opposition in the traditional narrative of art history. They have faced challenges due to gender biases, from finding difficulty in training to selling their work and gaining recognition. In Who Remedios Varo Is , Inga Muscio argued this issue by suggesting that Remedios Varo, one of the top 19th century surrealist painters in the art history, did not ... What have been changed throughout many years of art history? Throughout the length of this essay, I will explore this problem by giving the brief view about gender bias and the way it affects women artists in the art world from the past, then mainly discuss about how women has overcome gender bias, in order to be succeeded in art world nowadays. Gender bias is known as the inclination towards or the prejudice against one gender, which are women in art world in this circumstance. This is an unequal treatment in employment opportunity, such as privileges or benefits (Oxford dictionary). It is also known as women discrimination. According to Inga Muscio, Remedios Varo did not receive the recognition she deserved because of the male social system. The white, male portion gave them the authority to present art as an artist but not women. Women did not have a right and had been excluded from the process of creating art (202). So, what had happened in the 19th century, which prevented Muscio from gaining her recognition ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Essay about The Horror that Are Child Soldiers All around the world, especially in third world countries, children are being forced to fight in wars and conflicts that they did not start, and they do not need to fight in. Today, it is estimated that over 300,000 children are enlisted in armies and militias around the world (Kaplan). These children are called child soldiers. A child soldier is classified as a person enlisted in an army or militia that is under the age of eighteen. (11 Facts). They are recruited into armies for many different reasons and used for many different tasks. There are a number of countries that children are forced to fight in such as Columbia, Myanmar, Iraq, and many more (11 Facts/Kaplan). Children taken into these armies are forced to watch despicable things happen to people they know or do not know, but they know that they are human and most likely innocent (Stolen Kids). For example, an eleven year old boy in Myanmar was forced to watch as mothers were killed. Afterwards, some of the soldiers smashed their babies heads on rocks and killed them (Stolen Kids). Not only are children forced to watch these terrible things happen, they are forced to commit wretched crimes as well. A twelve year old Columbian girl was held at gunpoint and told to kill one of her friends. She eventually did, but closed her eyes and she had to bury the body afterwards (Stolen Kids). She was told that she was not allowed to cry while doing this as well as that this murder was the first of many, and that not crying is crucial (Stolen Kids). This is one of many crimes that children are forced to commit while in service to armies and militias. The things that child soldiers are forced to do lead to a lot of psychological trauma. When an organization called War Child interviewed children they had rescued, up to 90% admitted that they needed psychological help and support to cope with what they had seen and done. A study has shown that children who are rescued often have nightmares, sadness, recurring violent images, and intrusive thoughts. The children who were forced to commit terrible ... These tendencies are referred to as visual preferences and in infants this study can be referred to as early visual perception. Though interest in the study of visual preferences has declined, significant progress has been made in this field. This study however has been very instrumental in helping scholars understand early childhood development issues. Among these issues is how visual preferences can help infants process the stimuli they come across. The issue of whether or not infants possess visual preference abilities after birth has also shown great interest among scholars. This paper seeks to cut through the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Adults have the ability to focus on objects from a range of distances. This is mainly because the adults lens and its curvature can accommodate this. Previously it was thought that babies were very shortsighted only being able to see clearly, objects within nine inches. Present research conducted has however refuted this. Since they have partially developed retinas, infants normally experience difficulties when encoding images. After an image is formed in the retina, the process is transferred into the higher neutrons of the brain (Ratliff, 1965, p. 34). In infants, this might be hampered by the brain s inability to process these functions. When this process occurs in infants, the images formed always have less resolution because the visual cortex is still not well formed. Visual system is one of the sensory organs contributing to the functionality of humans. Its functionality at birth however is the least mature of all the sensory organs. When being born, infants abilities to make sounds are more developed than their visual abilities. At this point, infants can only be able to see clearly, objects within a very close range. They also cannot adjust their focus. Relevance Most of the research conducted on the subject of visual preference has led to better understanding of infants as well as their abilities. Through behavioral studies, one can be able to understand how infants are able to understand and interpret ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

By definition a sport is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment (Hacker). Dance pushes dancers physically and mentally, to be a great dancer and have a successful team everyone needs to be at their physically best. Dancers train every morning and some evenings, stretching, doing technique, some weight lifting and core strengthening workouts, and learning, polishing, and critiquing dances (McNitt Gray). As I ve read many of the opposing views, and asking people amongst my school, many of them say dance isn t a sport, because doing a turn is easy, if someone based every sport by one movement they do, then swinging a bat, dribbling a basketball, catching a ball would all be easy. But all of those activities have multiple parts that make them function. In an article about high school football player Chris Altonji states Every time I see Poms or De La Cru perform, I am extremely impressed by their flexibility and coordination. The purpose of the essay is to discuss what factors can contribute to building cohesive groups. There are many factors which can be useful in developing perfectionism within a group. These factors are as follow: membership and work environment factors, organisational factors and group development and maturity. Meredith Belbin s nine team roles also determine the degree to which cohesiveness is maintained. A team can be successful if the members know each other for a reasonable time. Moreover, they can build trust within such a group and as a result it can help them in building confidence to perform tasks better (Mullins, 2010). Thus the time, individuals skills, and the size of the group are significant aspects in building successful teams. Work environment is another factor which can help build and maintain perfectionism among team members. Nature of the task can contribute to the task and the degree of task difficulty should be moderated because too difficult tasks can cause conflicts, too easy one however boredom. Communication is also very important and tasks should be communicated clearly which can lead to cohesiveness. Technology is another aspect worth considering as the resources available in the workplace can contribute to developing successful teams (Mullins, 2010). Therefore, the manager should organise work according to the sources they have. Organisational factor can also play an important part in maintaining successful teams. Successful team work depends on management and leadership styles. Encouragement and understanding of individual s problems should be maintained. • 12. Punishment And The Criminal Justice System If we accept that punishment is justified in certain circumstances, then, ideally, it should only be incurred by individuals whose actions warrant punishment. I think, at least amongst civilised society, this opinion cannot be disputed. The difficult question is not whether punishment should be deserved, but when punishment should be deserved. The quotation above suggests that in order to be worthy of punishment, the defendant must have consciously chosen to have committed the wrong of which he or she stands accused. However, as the UK criminal justice system demonstrates, strict compliance with this principle is often impractical. This essay will investigate the legislation that seems to challenge the conscious choice principle, before considering whether or not this legislation compromises the value of the criminal justice system. Before we contemplate the types of behaviour that deserve punishment, it is essential that we understand why deserved punishment is a fundamental premise of the criminal justice system. In order to do this, we will need to consider the different justifications for punishment. As Wilson considers, theories of punishment have historically fallen into one of two categories ; they can be identified as either a retributive theory or a utilitarian (consequentialist) theory.[1] Retributive theories suggest that punishment can only be justified if the punishment itself has some inherent moral value; it cannot be made right by its positive ... • 19. The Issue Of Gender Related Violence In regards to the issue of gender related violence, the literature might suggest two possible approaches. One is that the incidence of violence against women could be reduced by way of a stronger state. The second is that the incidence of violence against women is best addressed with greater representation and leadership by women. This paper will examine both of these arguments. It will conclude that neither explanation has the potential to resolve issues of gendered violence independently. The combination of a strong state and adequate female representation in parliament will decrease the prevalence of violence against women. Central to this paper will be the debate over which influence, either socialization or biology, can account for a higher number of male perpetrators of violence. Drawing on the intent search of the confused speaker of The Waste Land, Manganiello proposes that the Four Quartets answers the search for the essential word with Logos. The epigraphs for Burnt Norton, the opening quartet, center around Logos and the intersections of time. Manganiello fleshes out Eliot s exploration of time and eternity through the lens of the Incarnation. The Incarnation is, of course, the meeting of divinity and humanity, of time and timelessness, of Logos and flesh. Drawing on Dante s comparison of God to both a circle and a point the eternal and the temporal Manganiello begins utilizing images from the Divine Comedy, specifically the Paradiso, to provide a deeper understanding of Eliot s themes in the Four Quartets. Focusing specifically on Burnt Norton, Manganiello narrows in on the rose garden, examining the primal memories of both an earthly and supra terrestrial paradise of bliss it triggers. He eventually concludes that, Eliot, like Dante, invites the reader to cross over from the human to the divine, from time to eternity (111). Switching his focus to the intersection of time and eternity in the Incarnation, Manganiello discusses an article Eliot translated for the Criterion entitled On Reading Einstein . First, I will provide evidence for the interpretation of The Prophet as an elucidation of the struggle of Nietzsche s protagonist to reconcile this inalienable relationship between the past and the future. In doing so, I will focus on three main facets of the passage, namely, the prophet, Zarathustra s dream and, the misinterpretation of the dream by the disciple. Participants would consume the media they could find, and that was the extent of their engagement with a piece of media. But during the digital age, participatory culture has exploded. Participatory culture is a concept coined by Henry Jenkins where consumers take part in both the consumption and the production of media. The advent of computers facilitates a low barrier of entry for creation of digital media and its propagation. With the availability of personal computers and consumer level software to manipulate media as well as the popularity of the internet to spread content, fans have become more engaged with the media they consume. In turn, participants can create forms of that media that comment and expand upon the original content. Participants who used to only consume media now have the avenues to become producers of media. Alarm fatigue is a disturbing subject in healthcare and primarily in the acute care setting in all institutions. In the acute care setting, alarm fatigue is the constant barrage of noise consisting of an excessive amount of information being communicated by medical devices such as blood pressure, intravenous pumps, and electrocardiogram machines. Alarm fatigue is a nationwide concern and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Manufacturer and User Facility Device Experience database received 566 details of patient deaths related to medical device alarms between 2005 and 2008 (Bai et al., 2014). Deaths are normally attributed to the physiological or chronic health of the individual, not alarm fatigue. In 2010, an analysis exposed 73 alarm related deaths with 33 directly linked to physiologic monitors (Cvach, 2013). Routinely alarms are intended to warn the clinician to situations that deviate from what is conceived as normal for the patient, not a stressful, irritating barrage of noise. Deaths from alarm signals can occur for countless reasons: staff not responding to alarms, resulting from alarm fatigue, improperly placed sensors, default settings instead of patient specific settings, depleted batteries, and many other mechanical issues that occur (Cvach, 2013). • 34. Examples Of Calpurnia In To Kill A Mockingbird In the book To Kill a Mockingbird, Calpurnia can be described as respectful. For example, in chapter 1, Calpurnia and the kids are watching Mr. Radley leaving his house for the last time. There goes the meanest man God ever blew breath into, murmured Calpurnia, and she spat meditatively into the yard. We looked at her in surprise, for Calpurnia rarely commented on the ways of white people. Scout and Jem looked at Calpurnia in surprise after she spoke about Mr. Radley, saying that she rarely commented on the ways of white people. This shows that Calpurnia is respectful, since she holds back from commenting about the horrible way white people treat black people, even though it s wrong. She was most likely polite to Mr. Radley no matter how ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Scout notices that Calpurnia s voice seems strange . Then Calpurnia explains to them on why she talked like that, and teaches them. I just wants to know why you bringin white chillun to our church. They s my comp ny, said Calpurnia. Again I thought her voice strange: she was talking like the rest of them... Suppose you and Scout talked colored folks talk at home it d be out of place, wouldn t it? Now what if I talked white folks talk at church, and with my neighbors? They d think I was puttin on airs to bear Moses. This shows that Calpurnia changes how she talks, she adapts herself to who she s with, colored or not, to make them comfortable and not question how she talks, and to sound normal , according to what normal is to the people she s with. It is respectful because as she said, talking colored folks at home would be out of place while talking white folks talk at church and with her neighbors would also be out of place, so she is respectful of what people think is right. (Page 135 and 143) My final piece of evidence is in chapter 14 where Alexandra wants to make Calpurnia leave, since she s there now, and Atticus defends her telling how Calpurnia is a faithful member of the family and has earned his ... • 35. Cofferdam Advantages And Disadvantages Cofferdam: The word cofferdam comes from the word coffer meaning box. In other words, we could say a cofferdam is a dam shaped like a box. A cofferdam is a watertight structure designed to make construction projects in normally submerged regions easier. Such projects include bridges, piers and the repair works in oil platforms. A dam is placed in the area of the project and water is then removed from that area until the soil isn t submerged by water. This allows the workers to place structural supports, repair or any other type of work in dry surroundings. I have chosen this TOPIC because this is the basic ingredients from where many warm dish start, so I think it is good start. • 39. Similarities Between Nazi Germany And The Holocaust Bayer and Nazi Germany During the Holocaust, many companies were associated with Nazi Germany. One well known German company called IG Farben manufactured the Zyklon B gas that was used in the gas chambers to kill millions. They also funded many of Josef Mengele s experiments on concentration camp prisoners. They were the most powerful German economic corporate emporium. IG Farben was considered the single largest donor to Adolph Hitler s election campaign. During the Holocaust, IG Farben was the only German company in the Third Reich that had its own concentration camp. Over thirty thousand slave workers were either killed here, deported to the gas chambers, or died from some other cause. Thousands died due to the testing of new or unknown vaccines. The plant that they built was located in Auschwitz, and the workforce they used was almost for free. It was no coincidence that they built it in this location. Many medical Experiments were conducted by I.G. Farben. They were also done in other concentration camps SS Major Dr. Helmuth Vetter was stationed in several concentration camps. At the order of Bayer Leverkusen, he performed many horrible experiments on the prisoners. The experiments performed, led to many prisoner deaths. • 40. Ride Along 2 Analysis After four weeks of dominance, The Force was officially been subdued and dethroned by the new comedy sequel, Ride Along 2. With a significant debut of $34 million, the comedy duo of Kevin Hart Ice Cube strikes again just as they did with their predecessor nearly two years ago to the day. Unfortunately, not everything about Ride Along 2 s victory is good news as the new film failed to surpass the opening establish by 2014 s Ride Along ($41.5 million). Of course poor reviews didn t help the comedy s cause, either as it currently maintains a wretched score of 14% at RottenTomatoes. Regardless, Ride Along 2 is far from a bust after being produced on $40 million. Holding strong in the second position is the new Golden Globe winner for Best Drama, The Revenant which grabbed a healthy $29.5 million. The film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, gave Star Wars a run for its money last weekend, through coming up just short. However, with a slew of Golden Globe wins last weekend, The Revenant picked up steam and should continue to remain relevant as we move closer to he Oscars in February. • 41. Characteristics Of The Malaria Malaria is starting to become one of the worlds most common infectious diseases and problem to peoples health around the world. This report will highlight the importance of learning the signs and symptoms of the Malaria disease, how to prevent becoming infected with it and how to treat it if someone does come in contact with it. It will also describe the characteristics of the four major types of Plasmodium that affects humans along with the the complete classification, pathogenesis, how it is transmitted from one host to another, and who and what country is affected most from this infectious disease. Within the Malarian disease, there are many species of the Plasmodium parasites, and only 4 of those species affects the human population. Those species include the Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium ovale, and Plasmodium malariae (Wiser, 2011). There is various differences between these four, but they do all have one thing in common and that is that they all form rings. The Plasmodium falciparum has numerous rings that are smaller, it has no trophozoites or schizonts, it is also a crescent shaped gametocyte. The Plasmodium vivax has a enlarged erythrocyte, Schuffner s dots, and ameboid trophozoites. The Plasmodium ovale is similar to the Plasmodium ovale, it has compact trophozoites, fewer merozoites in schizont, and elongated erythrocytes. The Plasmodium Malariae is a compact parasite and it has merozoites in rosette (Wiser, 2011). To further identify this infectious disease, it can be broken down into its taxonomic classification. It starts with the Kingdom being Protista, Subkingdom being Protozoa, the Phylum being apicomplexa, the Class is sporozoasida, Order is eucoccidiorida, Family is plasmodiidae, Genus being plasmodium and the species being falciparum, malariae, ovale, and vivax. (Keas, 1999). The mechanism of Malaria is from a Plasmodium parasite, that originate in female Anopheles mosquitoes, that can spread into humans from the bites of the infected mosquitoes (Mohandas An, 2012). Among the Plasmodia species... only 4 of the over 100 species of plasmodia are infectious to humans. • 42. Conference Reflection Paper During the week of May 25, I had the privilege to attend a conference in Washington D.C. called NCORE, the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity. Conference topics ranged from police brutality, mass incarceration, Ferguson to moving towards identity after liberation. Since I am an African American, I felt that it was expected of me to attend conferences that only relate to my people and my identity. To stray away from the expected , I decided to dedicate one day to learning about different cultures. That morning, I attended a conference on the education of Asian Americans in the United States. I went into this conference not expecting to take away anything since our culture has conditioned us to believe that Asian Americans are the model ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Before we go into this, we have to understand the difference between the foreigner and the American. When Muslims immigrate to the US, they are faced with the constant stares of onlookers who are confused of what they are, where they come from, and when are they leaving. As you can tell, Americans have always seen Muslims as the other , but tensions intensified after the 9/11 attacks. The 9/11 attacks brought Muslim culture to the forefront. Many people started performing hate crimes against Muslims and Islamic nations. The American government has sanctioned surveillance and investigations into Islamic nations in order to prevent another 9/11 attack. The government has perpetuated this hatred towards Muslims on the basis that since all terrorists are Muslims, all Muslims must be terrorists. Furthermore, Americans have this idea that Muslims should apologize for the 9/11 attacks. The entire Muslim culture was not responsible for 9/11. Although it seems to be easy to point the finger at one group of people, it becomes difficult when you are blaming a group of people on one person s actions. If Americans expect an apology for Muslims, all whites should be prepared to apologize to blacks for slavery. The apology concept is complete ludicrous. If you believe that all Muslims are terrorists, this judgment makes the statement that all blacks are criminals true. If either one are true, how do we explain Barack Obama and Farah Pandith. In addition, airport customs have used the 9/11 attacks as an excuse for random security checks of Muslims. This promotes an almost majority rule of widespread racial profiling of Muslims. On the airport, there are numerous customs checkpoints for Homeland Security that takes a minimum of 2 hours to catch your plane. Americans even have this fear of terror ...
