engines. In the after treatment process, Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology dominates the
heavy duty diesel engines and catalytic convertor plays an important role in the current era of gasoline
engines. In this an attempt made to reduce NOx emissions by SCR technology. In this work, we used
Zeolite ZSM 5 as catalyst which was assisted by urea injection in the exhaust tail pipe. It has been
observed that 10 to 12% of NOx was reduced compared to existing engine set up.

The experience of attending the lecture was incredibly interesting to me. Personally, I identify as a
heterosexual woman, so this was actually the first time I ever visited a place that was focused on
LGBT life experiences and art. Interestingly enough, although the space was not necessarily queer
exclusive, I believe that a majority of the attendees were members of the queer community. This led to
several questions after the lecture pertaining to personal experiences from members of the community

Dracula, Stoker expands on many themes that indeed exist today. Not only does he touch on the most
obvious theme, sex. He expands on gender division and good versus evil. Some say since times have

The characters in his story are real men who either died or fought for those who did die during the

As Hazel first introduces herself she gives off a quite sophisticated but also depressed vibe. My first
impression of Hazel was that she was a little too smart for a girl who hadn t been to school in three

to develop trust and understand others. Leaders who express empathy towards their team shows that
they truly care about the people within their team.
An example of empathy within leadership would be when both the committee chair and members are
understanding and sharing each other s feelings. For example, if a committee chair is aware that one of
his/her member is hosting a big class event that week, the chair would not be putting as much stress on
that member for the week. This is both for the well being of the member and the committee in general.
