eastern Europe) with Version 6.5 of Citrix Xenapp (Caas), Amdocs Crystal application
software & various Bespoke applications (over 50) that had to be re-packaged &
tested prior to release. Liaise with all key stakeholders & application test teams to
mitigate any impact upon call centre operations & staff (10,000) & maintain SLA’s for
