Reporting to the Sr. Vice President in the role of Director Business Applications, led a software
technology organization with 150+ staff in several US and international locations and an operating budget
of $25MM. Portfolio included over 100 custom and commercial products utilizing a wide spectrum of
technologies.
• Planned, managed and delivered a $2MM seven month program to transition multiple technology
    functions to an outsourced off-shore business model. This program involved on-boarding,
    knowledge transfer, process re-engineering, vendor negotiation, technology infrastructure upgrades,
    etc.
• Defined and managed the outsourced relationship - negotiated Master Service Agreement and related
    Statements of Work, defined Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
• Successfully delivered twenty custom software product enhancement projects and six commercial
    product upgrade projects on schedule and within budget.
• Planned and managed program to convert 300,000 accounts to the Windstream suite of applications.
