 Executed multi-million dollar project Data Center build-out which I Researched and identified contingency issues
(resource needs) while developing a globalize strategy for documenting recovery procedures for HP Disaster
Recovery sites.
 Designed the Hewlett Packard Pre-deployment checklist for all Data Center in the Global Enterprise Cloud
Services (ECS) worldwide. All data centers uses this template as part of the build-out process.
 Created ARIES request to allocate resources, budgets, purchase order request from the BOM for 9 Data Centers
this included EMC storage devices.
 Worked with establish PMO to develop, build and execute build-out of 9 Data Centers hosting cloud servers and

Data Center MigrationProject Manager - New York City 5/11 - 9/11
 Allianz Global Investments developed multi-million dollar Data Center project plan to migrate P to V servers to a
Co-Lo Cloud environment.
 Directed application team to prepare data integration process for testing in the Co-Lo environment and provide
stakeholders with response time data for approval.
 Followed established PMO protocol applying Waterfall methodology to manage the implementation stages of all
application being moved to the Cloud environment.
 Communicated daily by scheduling meetings with RIS and RCM AMS stakeholders to schedule the retirement and
migration of all SQL/Application servers to the Co-Lo Cloud environment.
 Worked with vendors to develop a Disaster Recovery site to mirror the main Data Center, coordinated scheduled

55 percent nationwide in 90 days.
 Responsible for managing 15 projects under my portfolio using the Agile and Waterfall methodology which

Management and Field Engineers.
 Implemented the level 1 and level 3 approval process for the Program Management Office at MediaCom
(PMBOK); all projects needing authorization and budget consideration must be submitted with the proper forms
for approval.
 Orchestrated Provisioning/Ordering of circuits with AT&T for MediaCom, scheduling installation and cutover of
circuits at the Moline Call Center, including converting the phone system to VOIP. This process required
BLACKBOX (Vendor) to program and test Cisco switches in their labs prior to implementation.
 Oversaw the IP Re-design and installation of new infrastructure for 5 Call Centers which required establishing a
coordination processes between the NOC, Data Center, application support when executing cutover of switches,
routers, printers and spherical devices to the new segments.
 Conducted meetings with company Executives on the implementation of the new VOIP network companywide
which allowed customer calls to be routed internally across state lines, thus saving millions on long distance fees.
 Executed LAN Desk installation nationwide to track software and asset management of hardware equipment.

payments nationwide, utilizing IVR dialer which is capable of contacting 120,000 households hourly, while

Project Manager/Trading FloorSupport  Drafted proposals which were utilized when conducting contract negotiations between Dell Regional executives and CitiGroup North America Executives utilizing model matrix for time, resources and material.
