The Result of the 1st Round
In the early stages of sales, videogame consoles typically sell at a loss. As sales and production
volumes grow, console makers expect to get economies of scale that will allow them to lower costs
and reduce their losses. But economies of scale were slow coming to Microsoft: Miscalculations about
the cost of the original Xbox s hard drive and main microprocessor have led to some $4 billion in
operating losses since 2001, analysts estimate this over the management estimate mentioned before
($2 billion)
While Microsoft grappled with its growing losses, rival Sony extended its already strong lead. As
previous gaming heavyweights like Nintendo and Sega lost ground, Sony was able to grab a 70%
share of the videogame console market. Microsoft still holds a smaller than 20% share, according to
analysts..
Not giving up yet, Microsoft promptly prepares the 2nd Xbox, and announces that they are in the stage
of development for the new XBOX.
The Next Gen Gaming War Announced
Learning from its mistakes in 2004 Microsoft announces its plan developing a new Xbox, a whole
new console made from the inputs and the unsatisfied demand of the market.
Capturing all gamers around the world to be involved on the project creating the ultimate Next Gen
Gaming experience. Without a doubt Sony announces their Sony PlayStation2 successor, Sony
PlayStation 3, Nintendo with Nintendo Wii. Let the Next War Begins.

Industrial Revolution Dbq Analysis
The Industrial revolution was established in England around the late 1700 s. During this time, there
was an increase of production by mecheniary and new resources. Several negative and positives
outcomes came from the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial revolution fundamentally chnaged
British life in the early 1800s by polluting the envierment, appaling working conditions and leaading
British to writte acts to protect childrens rights. The Industrial Revolution affectted the envierment and
the health of the citinzens. In document 8, the chart desmostrates how iron increased 58 times more
from 1740 to 1900. Britain s demand for iron grew immensly that additional factories were
constructed in order to satisfy peoples need. These factories began realising harmful pollutants into the
rivers and streams, which was the main source of water for the towns population. Document 7 reveals
the appaling conditions british people lived in. It describes how the streets are unpaved and filthy,

Document 1 tells the story of Cooper, an employee at a mill who is speaking out against the owner of
the mill. In the document, it s revealed that Cooper would work sixteen hours everyday with only
fouty minutes to rest. If an employee could not stay awake they would be frequenty strapped. Most
workers did not know how to write, since they had no time to go to school. In Document 2, another
worker, named Hebergam, informs the court how he was treated at the mill. Hebergam confesses
various people have died or been announced with illneses due to an insufficient diet, exhasting and
filth. In both of these documents, the authors are trying to spread awareness to how unstable and
dangerous factories are. Document 5 contradicts these accusations by announcing how another mill

Agency Theory and Accounting Choice
CHAPTER ONE
INTRODUCTION
1.1 BACKGROUND TO THE STUDY
This study analyses the effect of the agency theory and accounting choice usually been made by
managers of Nigeria listed companies. It (agency theory and accounting choice) can be demonstrated
in the modern day companies where management is usually separated from the ownership of business.
The professional managers are supposed to make decisions and take actions that are consistent with
the objective of maximising shareholders wealth. But this may not be happen in practice because the
managers may have goals that are inconsistent with those of the shareholders (Isenmila, Erabhe, amp;

Environmental Issues In The Environment
There are many environmental issues that are affecting our planet which include air and water
pollution, devastation of oceans and forests, population growth, weakening of the ozone layer, and
global climate change. These environmental problems are becoming more and more of a concern to
political scientists and it will take cooperation from all states to resolve the issues. There are different
perspectives regarding environmental issues and how to address them; liberal, constructivist, and
realist.
Air pollution is due to industrialization. Since countries began to industrialize, the air has been filled
with pollutants from car exhausts, energy production, and factories. Air pollution causes major health
problems such as respiratory infections, heart disease, lung disease such as asthma, and even cancer.
Water pollution causes a shortage of drinking water and it is a sanitation problem. Water pollution
goes hand in hand with the destruction of oceans because we pollute the ocean with trash, ship
pollution, and oil spills. The destruction of the oceans also involves overfishing. Population growth is
one of the bigger environmental problems because it expands the other issues. Population growth
increases strain on the environment because we need more resources like food, clean water, and clean
air, which causes an overall resource reduction. Weakening of the ozone increases the ultraviolet light
that comes through which causes skin cancer, it can affect crops, and it aids

Implementation Of The Information Security Management System
Introduction: International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27002 defines information as an
asset that may exist in many forms and has value to an organization.
Information Technology (IT) security governance is the system by which an organization directs and
controls IT security (adapted from ISO 38500).
Successful implementation of the information security management system (ISMS) is governed by
analyzing security requirements to protect organizational information assets and apply appropriate
security controls to ensure their protection (ISO/IEC 27000:2012, 2012).

The Power of Cleopatra Essay
How did Cleopatra rise to and maintain her power? Not much is known about her life since she lived
so long ago, but what is known is enough to piece together some of her life story. Cleopatra was a
strong and intelligent woman who made it through all the struggle and strife of the ancient world until
it became too much for her. Cleopatra s reign began and ended with tragedy, but was maintained by
exploited love connections.
Cleopatra VII Philopator was born in 69 B.C. in Alexandria, Egypt. ( Cleopatra: The Woman... ) Her
father was Ptolemy XII. Her mother was speculated to be Cleopatra V Tryphaena, who was possibly

( Cleopatra VII s Childhood... ) She smuggled herself into the royal palace in a rug to plead her case
with Julius Caesar. Cleopatra and Caesar became lovers. Ptolemy XIII discovered this and declared
war on Caesar. Caesar overpowered Ptolemy XIII s army and Ptolemy XIII drowned in the Nile River

After Ptolemy XIII s death, Caesar restored Cleopatra and Ptolemy XIV, her youngest brother, as
rulers of Egypt. In 47 B.C., Cleopatra gave birth to a child that was believed to be Caesar s. The child

Abigail Williams Responsible For The Salem Witch Trials
The Crucible is a book about the Salem witch trials during the puritan times. The author is Arthur
Miller. In the book there are many questionable acts, but one main question is who is responsible for
the witch hysteria. Many people can be suspected, but, Abigail Williams is to blame for the Salem
witch trials and all the lives lost because of it. Abigail Williams is most responsible for the Salem
witch trials. Abigail started all the lies by saying Now look you. We danced. And Tituba conjured ruth
putnam s dead sister. And that is all (I.363 366). Abigail is telling all the girls the story that they have
to follow. She is basically threatening them so they won t tell the truth about what really happened.
She is convincing the other girls to lie. This is when Abigail became the ringleader of the lies. This
brings her powers, which she starts to use for revenge. Continuing on, Abigail won t let go of her
feelings for John and resents Elizabeth. She is still convinced John loves her when she says it s she put
me out, you cannot pretend it were you. I saw your face when she put me out, and you loved me then
and you love me now (I.425 429). Abigail is convinced that John still loves her and Elizabeth is
coming between them. This makes her grow more angry with Elizabeth and more desperate for John.
She uses this growing power and hate for revenge. Abigail accuses Elizabeth of witchcraft shortly
after this encounter. To add on, Abigail leads all the

Raisio Group and the Benecol Launch Case Analysis

Benecol was launched in 1955 by the company Raisio in Finland ( Benecol, 2010). Benecol has
become a successful additive to multiple product lines due to its unique ingredient of plant stanol
ester. The ingredient has been proven to reduce cholesterol levels and can easily be added to any food
(Grant, 2010). Raisio, up until 1997, produced much of the plant stanol it needed and was self
sufficient in its exploitation of stanol ester technology (Grant, 2010). Raisio then made the decision to
become part of Johnson Johnson in order to gain global marketing, manufacturing, and distribution

Their success was based on its innovation to create technology to extract and produce the main
ingredient in Benecol. By using a differentiation advantage which singled them out in a very specific
market (foods that lower cholesterol) they were able to put plans in place to guarantee the success of
the product. By merging with J J, they create a large market for their product with multiple
distribution capabilities. Because differentiation is only affected when consumers are made aware,
Benecol was marketed widely to lower cholesterol and most people know it now as a health food
(Grant, 2010). The process of innovation and competition is also very important in the position that
Benecol is in its life cycle. The product began with short production runs, with limited specialized
distribution channels in 1996. It then emerged into the growth stage of its life cycle when it partnered
with J J to create multiple product lines, mass production, and competition for distribution. Benecol
seems to be in its Maturity stage at the present time, allowing for long production runs, and
distributors carrying fewer lines, due to economy and less demand for high end food products (Grant,
2010). Because there are only a handful of companies that can create products with plant stanol ester,
Benecol is a leader in its innovation for the technology. Benecol is also very well diversified, and it
continues to create products that

Rhetorical Analysis Of Brother Dean

Rhetorical Analysis on Brother Dean
Brother Dean is a campus preacher that is talking about controversial topics like rape, feminism, and
gay people. He uses the bible to back up the statements that he makes. Brother Dean walks around the
campus of the University of Arizona wearing shirts with the statements you whore and signs that say
you deserve rape . He is walking around and essentially slut shaming women because he states that
they get raped because they wear revealing clothes. The day that he was being filmed by Vice was the
release of Brave Miss World, a movie about a women named Linor Abargil who was abducted,
stabbed and raped weeks before she won a pageant . He was protesting the release of the film ... Show

He does not talk in long speeches about his beliefs because a lot of the students on campus do not
have the time to stop and listen to him. Instead he talks really fast and attempts to persuade people to
believe in his statements as they pass by. His preachings are mostly based on christianity and the bible.
He never uses anything else to back his believes besides the bible. Brother Dean is using the bible as a
weapon to persuade others to join him, proving that he is cultured.
The reason Brother Dean is going on campus and preaching is so that he can get people to convert. As
Nissi Powell, a student on campus said, he is only trying to get people s attention with his remarks. He
is doing it in a wrong way because a lot of people do not respond well when they are being attacked
with words. He could have tried a more effective way to get people to listen to him if he talked about
the religion itself. He could have mentioned what a day in mass was like or passages from the bible
that were positive. Due to his strident approach, he has caused chaos and violence towards him.
People have started to rip his shirt, throw away his signs, and has had a smoothie thrown at him. His
hobby has had a lot a controversy but some women do agree with him like his friend Sarah. She
claims that women put themselves in situations without needing to be there. She also states that she
agrees with everything brother Dean

How Did Napoleon Bonaparte Contribute To The Enlightenment
Throughout the course of history, one of the most controversial leaders was Napoleon Bonaparte.
Many believed that he was a tyrannical leader who looked solely for power and control throughout his
empire. I believe, however, that is his mission to spread the vision of the Enlightenment and improve
the lives of the everyday man within nations throughout Europe. His enlightened beliefs focused
mainly upon the idea of individualism rather than tradition, as well as the want for knowledge in the
form of science and technology rather than the traditional religious institutions. At the beginning of his
reign, France was undergoing a revolution as a result of social and political upheaval because of debt
they occurred in previous wars. The French people were looking for a change and were inspired by the
enlightened ideas of Napoleon. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This set of laws was known for its brevity, clarity, and accessibility to all citizens living in Europe
during Napoleon s reign, as well as long after the time of his existence. This concept is summed up
perfectly in a quote from Napoleon himself, saying, My glory is not to have won forty battles, for
Waterloo s defeat will destroy the memory of as many victories. But what nothing will destroy, what
will eternally live is my Civil Code (Grab, 2005).
Previously to the existence of the Code Napoleon, under the Ancien Regime, France s legal system
was complicated. Different locations within the nation had different governing laws that the
population followed. Out of this complication, the Napoleon Code was birthed, which strived towards
enhancing the nation s unity, strengthening the State s authority, and focusing on benefiting the
property owners at the time. The Code, with its 2281 articles, finally was passed on March 21, 1804

Reckless Driving Essay
As Americans we love our cars, trucks, SUVs, and motorbikes for many different reasons. One major
reason is that they are an easy and convenient mobility; a personal mode of transportation. It is rather
hard to imagine what this county would be like without all the roads and vehicles on them. This is
abundantly evident in Arizona, where the majority of us drive to most all of our activities from going
to work or taking the kids for an ice cream. We jump into our vehicle and go. However, a curious
thing often happens when we get in our car, truck and SUVs. We sometimes change turning into
someone different when behind the wheel of our vehicle. We can become inconsiderate and aggressive
to other drivers; at times even becoming rude, crude, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
They are failure to yield the right of way, reckless, carless, erratic driving, failure to obey traffic signs,
and other traffic control devices, and making improper turns (AAA Foundation (2009). Arizona law
makers took notice of the dangers that are created by aggressive drivers. The lawmakers amended the
Reckless Driving Section and amended the name of the statute 28 695 to Reckless and Aggressive
Driving. Arizona statute defines aggressive driving as a situation in which a person commits a
violation of speeding and at least two other traffic violations (i.e., failure to obey traffic control
devices, improper passing, driving off the pavement or traveled portion of the highway, following too
close, failure to yield right of way, or driving in a way that is an immediate hazard to another person
or vehicle). (ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY , para. 2). This was an important step
allow law enforcement a tool to make the roads safer. The serious problem is we should be trying to
be safer on our own. The question that should be asked is why are so many people are compelled to be
dangerous drivers? It could be that there is a sense of invincibility when they are in control of a big
powerful machine. This is often the case with younger male drivers, who enjoy the thrill of dangerous
driving. In other instances normally calm, law abiding drivers snap in a fit of rage. This road rage can

Compromise Catastrophe
Compromise Catastrophe:
How Culture Conflicts Caused the American Civil War The American Civil War was one of the
bloodiest American wars fought; about two percent of the American population died. If two percent of
all Americans were killed in a war today, about six million Americans would be dead. Why couldn t
the presidents of the Confederate and United States of America just come to an agreement and avoid
so much bloodshed? From 1820 to 1858, United States Politics transformed from making
Compromises between the pro slavery economy of the South and the Free economy of the North to
most southern states agreeing that they should secede from our supposedly corrupt and biased
government. However, by 1860, compromise was beyond consideration ... Show more content on

The Republican party s main objective was to stop slavery from spreading into the western territories,
but the Anti Slavery Society was much more strict, declaring that, ...[T]he slaves ought instantly to be

Government worked quickly to try and fix this, creating the Compromise of 1850. The Compromise of
1850 was made of five bills, but one specifically outraged the North: the Fugitive Slave Acts of 1850,
which allowed government officials to detain and person convicted of being a runaway slave, even if
they had lived with their friends for years and were clearly not runaway slaves. Many Northerners
created bands against the laws and actively worked to disobey the Slave Acts, which made the South
infuriated since the North had agreed to the Compromise. At this point, people began creating ideas
about secession, as Senator Daniel Webster said in his speech to Congress in March, 1850: I hear with
pain and anguish the word secession, especially when it falls from the lips of those who are... patriotic

Nationalism Dbq
Nationalism began to take a rise in Europe during the nineteenth century. During this time many
events would take place that would shape Europe into the country it is today. The French Revolution
was a significant event that took place and helped introduce nationalism across Europe. The French
Revolution, which began in 1789 and ended in the late 1790s, promoted liberty, fraternity, and
equality within the European countries. This event supported a union of countries for future wars and
promoted the idea that it was no longer just a country or state, but was now a nation bound together by
similar cultures, religion, history, and language. In the nineteenth century, nationalism was becoming
more prominent. The Serbian Revolution was a major event that introduced nationalism into the
nineteenth century. During this revolution Serbia managed to release its ties from the Ottoman Empire
and exist as a sovereign European nation state. According to the New World Encyclopedia (2008),
Serbs were encouraged by Russia to re assert their national and ethnic identity and to find inspiration
too in memories of their brief imperial past. Another event that introduced nationalism in the
nineteenth century was the national revolt against Austria led by Lajos Kossuth in Hungary. This
revolt gave nationalism fame, and the following thirty years showed it, as more than seven new
national states were created in Europe. Nationalism had a great influence in the twentieth century.

Overview Of A Experiment On The Alcohol-Water Experiment
Analysis The aim of the extended experimental investigation was to conduct an experiment, and
observe whether it would support or oppose the hypothesis of: As the temperature is increased, then
the volume of the Alcohol Water solution will contract accordingly, due to the input of thermal energy
in the solution which will cause the hydrogen bonds to break and cause the volume of the alcohol
water solution to contract. The experiments involved increasing the temperature of a 10 ml alcohol (5
ml Ethanol, 5 ml Isopropanol) and water (5ml) solution, and measuring the contraction of the
solutions after a period of time. With both experiments, contraction was present with the alcohol
(ethanol, isopropanol) and water solution. The first of the tests conducted was the contraction of the
Isopropanol water solution. The 10 ml solution, consisting of 5ml Isopropanol and 5 ml water had
total contractions between 0.3 and 0.4 ml during the selected testing time period. Initially, the
solutions decreased by a total of 0.4 and 0.6 ml. The general trend with the initial contraction of the
solutions is that the higher the temperature of the solution the more contraction occurs within the
solutions. Another trend with the isopropanol water solutions is that the volume contraction over the
testing period, of 20 minutes, is that all the solutions at the different temperatures lost the same
volume. Discussion and Evaluation With the increased temperature, the isopropanol water solution
contracts faster than the lower temperature due to the fact that molecules move faster with increased
temperature. The hydrogen bonding between isopropanol and water is quite strong between the
solvents and within themselves. As a result of the compounds properties they rearrange to assume a
more efficient hydrogen bond between them, as the angles required for efficient hydrogen bonding are
not present; the bond angles change due to the repulsive force of free electrons within the compound.
The intermolecular forces that cause the molecules of ethanol, isopropanol, and water to rearrange and
contract primarily include dipole dipole interaction and hydrogen bonding. In terms of dipole dipole

The Implementation Of Basel IIi
1 On 20 May this year the Amendment to the Banks Act regulations ( Regulations ) in terms of section
90 of the Banks Act, 1990 ( Banks Act ) were published in the government gazette and will come into
effect on 1 July 2016. A number of cosmetic changes have been made to the Regulations but a few
material changes will be highlighted in this alert. 2 Subsequent to the implementation of Basel III in
South Africa on 1 January 2013, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision ( BCBS ) issued
revised requirements in respect of a wide range of matters which necessitated amendments to our
regulations. The Regulations now cater for the changes to capital disclosure requirements, changes to
the Liquidity Coverage Ratio ( LCR ), requirements related to intraday liquidity management and
public disclosure requirements related to the LCR. 3 Regulation 38(16) was amended to incorporate
South African Reserve Bank ( SARB ) Directive 05/2014 which dealt with obtaining the Registrar of
Banks consent before reducing qualifying capital and reserve funds. Regulation 38(5)(a)(i)(K) which
deals with deductions which need to be made from a bank s common equity tier 1 capital and reserve
funds has been amended to include investment in a foreign branch in order to clarify the treatment of
capital invested in foreign branches. 4 Regulation 38(17) dealing with the calculation of a banks LCR
has been substituted by a new Regulation 38(15) which incorporates the latest Basel III framework as

Educator and Human Rights Activist, William Edward...
There comes a point and time in history when certain individuals excel and stand out above their
peers. They fight for humanity and justice as if the hope for tomorrow has started to slip away. They
personally take blame and are ridiculed for their beliefs but this does not hamper their efforts as it only
gives them more ambition to be heard. As you will see in this paper there is one individual that not
only stood for human rights but he stood for a culture that has been repressed for centuries. Born on
February 23, 1868 in Great Barrington, Massachusetts William Edward Burghardt Du Bois s official
job titles were to include educator, civil rights activist and journalist (Bolden, 2008). He was known as
a social reformer to the psychology ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This story, while hard to believe because of the scenario does represent what he stood behind all of his
years. His story is a real basic psychological theory that so simple to follow and understand. His
ideology was that it comes to the choice of the individual to discriminate, hate and be racists because
it is a personal choice not a biological one. His journalistic background enabled him to use his writing
talents to help try and shift the socio and politico economic settings that had been long in place in our
society.
As a skilled writer/scientist he wrote about a study called the, Suppression that studied the slave trade
and in 1896 it was published allowing Du Bois to speak to the world about ending racism and how
that evil, if stopped, could have prevented the civil war (Lewis, 1993). He was able to gather
documented material to build a very impressive study on how this era had become so damaging to the
American culture and added fuel to racism that was now a commonplace. Another great achievement
that Du Bois had accomplished was the writing of his study, The Philadelphia Negro , in which he was
asked to study the Seventh Ward. This area was the poorest of Philadelphia and the city was blaming
the African Americans that were living there for giving the city a bad reputation (Bolden, 2008). The

Interracial Marriage
Everybody is human, everybody walks, and everybody talks, so why care what they say. Many choose
to be unique and not care about irrelevant people. Interracial Marriage is one of the less cared about
marriages. Most people do not approve of any type of interracial marriage or mixed race children in a
family of another race. People were not born to hate, they were raised to be that way. Every individual
has a right to be there own person, but don t have enough respect not to show it around people who
may disapprove in it anyway. Not everybody can help who they fall in love with. Whether it is a
younger or older person. A Mexican or an African American. Many laws and preferences have
changed since 1619, which was also the year that the first interracial marriage happened. Some people
who were raised in racism may think different about interracial marriage or as many may say it is a
sin. Nobody goes throughout a whole entire day without committing a sin because nobody is perfect.
Maybe there is a reason a white woman prefers African American males or a Mexican woman prefers
a white male, maybe something happened in their lives with their own race that made them change
their course in thought. Many older people do not approve the interracial marriage or relationship
because they had to live through slavery, wars, and all the trauma of the loss of a loved one due to the
other race. This generation may not understand how they feel because they did not have to go through

Summary Of John Searle s Chinese Room Argument
In the Chinese room argument presented by John Searle, he argues that programs are not minds.
Premises that Searle gives for this claim is that programs are entirely formal (syntactical) and mind
have semantic. Syntax by itself is neither constitutive of nor sufficient for semantics. In this paper, I
will argue that Searle s argument is misleading us, because Searle s claim is based on that
understanding (mind) occurs if and only if computer knows human language semantic. Searle s
Chinese room argument is suppose that he is locked in a room with two windows (one has I on the
outside and another has O on the outside which means that Input and output). He does not understand

Summary Of Paul Revere s Ride
On the Historical Integrity of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow s Paul Revere s Ride In history, many
feats are told time and time again and become more grandeur with each utterance, to the point where
nearly all original meaning is long lost. As Doctor Manhattan said it in Watchmen, The illusion
vanishes, almost before it has registered (Gibbons and Moore 26). For example, with Henry
Wadsworth Longfellow s poem, Paul Revere s Ride, this certainly is the case. To suggest that the
aforementioned poem is a work of historical non fiction is a suggestion that can be simply and
eloquently discredited using real documents, the face value of the piece, and simple logic. To begin,
Longfellow s poem simply is not a credible source of historical information, as there are real letters
from the night of Paul Revere s ride that contain the true sequence of events. In a letter to Jeremy
Belknap; for instance, Paul Revere summarizes his actions over the course of the night. In reality, Paul
Revere s ride was slower paced and far more suspenseful. The poem makes no mention of the British
officers that threaten to blow Revere s brains out (Gilder Lehrman). In the letter, there are many more
comrades along on the journey, whereas the poem suggest that Revere was a lone rider, storming into
each town to alert the people at full gallop. As a result, it is ridiculous to even pose the question of the
historical integrity of Longfellow s poem when the first relevant source of information

The Amphitheater Named After The Flavian Dynasty
The Flavian amphitheater named after the Flavian dynasty emperors who built it or better known as
The Colosseum was a large arena built in 80 C.E. and used for gladiatorial games, mock sea
battles, theater plays, and public executions until its fall to christianity in 404 C.E. It was called the
Colosseum for the great statue of Nero nearby named Colossus. The Colosseum, also known as the
flavian amphitheater was built of travertine stone from the quarries of Albulae. The massive stone
blocks that made up a good portion of the seating, arena, and the massive stone columns that
supported the magnificent structure were moved to Rome on a road constructed specifically for that
purpose. The seating consisted of 45,000 seats, arranged in an oval surrounding the arena. It also had
5,000 standing places for the Roman public. It had 80 arched entrances all around the arena, with 4 of
them being non accessible to the public at the minor and major axises. The entrances at the major axis
provided direct access to the arena. The minor axis entrances provided access to the special seating
boxes for the emperor, empress and other very important people. It measured 527 meters in
circumference and its diameters were 189 and 156 meters, with the height of the structure being 48
meters high. (romancolosseum.org) The seating nearest to the arena was reserved for very important

The reasoning behind giving the 16PF assessment is due to the fact it measures 16 different, but
specific personality traits. The responses to the questions/statements are choses as; 1) disagree, 2)
slightly disagree, 3) neither agree or disagree, 4) agree, and 5) agree. This test is not time consuming,
as it usually takes around 10 minutes to complete. It is suggested (Cattell Mead, 2008), the responses
to the individual questions may illicit a more holistic and clear image of the individual that can be
correlated with potential areas of vocation in which the client may be best suited. The 16PF is
validated with empirical research and presents test retest reliability at 0.80 (Cattell et al., 2008).
Consistency of the assessment from an internal observation is rated at an average of 0.87 based on
heterogeneous conglomerate of the five global scales of characteristics, as stated by Cattell et al.,
(2008).
The second assessment the client will take is the Keirsey Temperament Sorter II assessment. This

Mary As A Disciple ( Mariology )
Mary as a Disciple (Mariology)
Mary was the mother to Jesus Christ, the Messiah, and has been a focus of theological discussion
since about the second century. Mary comes from a long line of women in the bible. Prototypes, if you
will. These women throughout the Old Testament were chosen by God. This gave way to Mary
becoming the God bearer. A title that was given to her by the Council of Ephesus in 431 C.E. This is
obviously where all theological debate dealing with Mariology comes from. To Catholics, Mary is a
sign of hope in this fading world. To protestant Christians, Mary is also known as the mother of God.
However, many protestant theologians believe that Mary should be honored but within certain limits.
The Old Testament in the Holy Bible specifically says in Exodus 34:14, Do not worship any other
god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God . In the New Testament it says in 1 John
5:21, Little children, keep yourselves from idols . Martin Luther (a German professor of Theology,
and founder of the Lutheran Church) was quick to say that Mary should be honored but to only what is
fitting. Karl Barth (a reformed protestant theologian) explained that through Mary, Jesus was human,
and through Jesus, she is the divine mother of God, and is full of grace that was still given to her by
God the Father. Avery Dulles talks of models that churches should strive to uphold, and Mary (mother
of God) resembles the church of Servant, Community,

develop the mass media. Social media has grown a new sense of mobile privatization, which has
brought a more intensified community involvement. Social network itself can be defined as the
expansion of the users circle through a more advanced technology. This paper is going to use the
concept of mobile privatization and flow 2.0 to discuss the similarities and the differences between the
citizen band ratio and smartphone.

record label because they want to do their music their own way and on their own terms and without
the restrictions that come with working with a major label. Personally, I think that people signed to a
Major Record Label have more access to larger resources and people with more experience working in
the music industry and with that comes more success (because I m sure you have heard of all the
people that I mentioned that belong to that label.) Before becoming a music star, Grande just like
every other artist drew inspiration from other female vocalists. Ariana Grande has said she looked up

Descriptive Essay About Concert
Over the last four years, I ve gone to over thirty concerts for artists whose genres range from pop, rap,
and alternative. Since I m experienced with them, I m aware of the different price ranges and the stage
performances. After my first concert, I started working so that I could afford to have concerts as a
hobby. Even though I have gone to many different types of concerts, like pop, rap, and alternative, my
favorite kind to experience are alternative concerts.
My first concert was also my first time seeing a pop band. Every teenager loved One Direction,
including me, and dreamed of seeing them live one day. This experience meant a lot to me since it was
a band that I had loved for a very long time. The tickets were a gift from my mother, Melissa, and I
went with my sister, Melisvette. During that, I realized how happy concerts made me and got a job so
that I could continue experiencing moments like these. What I didn t want to experience, though, was
the price it was to go to pop concerts.
I wasn t worried about the price of tickets until I started paying for them myself. As a kid, I didn t
contemplate the cost since my mother bought them as a present, but then I started to realize how
ludicrous the prices could be. At the time, I was really into popular bands and artist, so the concerts
were always expensive. I bought tickets to see popular artists like Demi Lovato, Fifth Harmony, and
Twenty One Pilots, twice. These were the ones I spent the most money on and the seating was just not
worth it.
In 2014, I traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, to go to a Demi Lovato concert. This was the second pop
concert I ve been to and the first time I traveled a few hours for a concert. At the time, I was still new
to concerts, but I started to see a theme with pop concerts. They were always the most expensive
compared to others and the seats were never that great. For Demi, I spent over $150 to sit in a seat that
wasn t even close to her. Even though her concert meant a lot to me, because I looked up to Demi
Lovato, I just found it unfair how expensive these kinds of concerts were. Compared to other concerts
I ve been to; the popular artists were always the ones to put the least amount of effort into their
performances. Their

Analysis Of New Investment Plans Of An Existing Company
Global business environment is a world renowned subject in today s era and is being practised by
almost all major companies in the world. Understanding of business in a bigger perspective and
analysing the perplex situations of todays dynamic world are its key issues. The two new skills, which
were identified for the first time during the class, were: 1) Critical analysis of new investment plans of
an existing company. 2) Practising Cause and effect strategy through varied research and study.
Explanation: 1) Critical analysis of new investment plans of an existing company was not only a new

The above mentioned approaches helped in building a firm base and helped in identifying the key
tools used in the global business environment. The practise enabled us to realize the investment goal
research that was deployed to us. One of the key findings was that in order to understand the
complexity of today s business world, one has to have an approach covering all the aspects of business
and corporate world so as to have a correct finding and conclusion. Identifying aspects in an altered
fashion promotes growth and consistency in the business world. Investment decisions are perplexed.
However, developing insights into an overall concept that helps us in understanding the internal and
external environmental issues can build our concrete and practical judgements. 2) Cause and Effect is
a tool in order to monitor and analyse the major reasons of why things happened. Therefore
subsequently we can use this tool to alter these effects in a way that can create a difference not only
for the organization but also the business culture. Analysis of causes helps an organization set up
regulations to work in a disparate fashion rather than following the same old methods. Analysing
causes further helps in realisation of goals by moving forward and making the required changes in the

The Health Benefits of Exercise Essay

performance related and health related. People have different performance related requirements in
accordance with their occupation but all people have the same health related requirements (The

Invention Of The Light Bulb
In our career and even life itself, we find that we take certain habits and processes that once we did not
have. Some of these are products of the influences other people have over us while others are
discoveries from our own personal experiences and stabs in the dark. These are littered with successes
but are primarily made up of failures. When something goes wrong for us or another and it could have
been prevented by taking another course of action, we learn what not to do and what to do. Take
Thomas Edison for example, the acclaimed inventor of the light bulb. Inventing a light bulb was not
an easy task and, as can be expected, there were many failures. Nonetheless he believed that I have not
failed, I ve just found 10,000 ways that won t work. Firstly, I will talk about the methods I have

well as my beliefs. I will then reflect on the roots that these approaches came from and any biases they
may have caused in my works. Finally, I will talk about any art forms, philosophies and other

Paul s Case is a short story by Willa Cather that was written in 1905. Paul is boy in high school that
has many behavior problems. He strives for attention so badly that he feels that he needs to show out
in order to receive the recognition that he wants, especially from his father. Willa Cather uses
symbolism in her short story to develop the tragic demise of Paul. The symbolism used in the first
paragraph is repeated throughout the story. The red carnation that Paul has placed in the buttonhole
symbolizes his unreal desire to become recognized. The carnation is very flamboyant and is not

On one side of the glass is the harsh reality that is Paul s life, while on the other side is the fantasy that
Paul pictures himself fitting into.
The flowers in the story symbolize Paul s place in the dream. He sees himself as the final piece his
perfect life. When Paul comes arrives in the city, he spots that there are not any flowers in his room
and orders for someone to retrieve some. Paul places them in water, and then gets into a bath himself.
When he was shown to his sitting room on the eighth floor, he saw at a glance that was as it should be;
there was but one detail in his mental picture that the place did not realize, so he rang for the bell boy
and sent him down for flowers... When the flowers came, he put them hastily into water, and then
tumbled into a hot bath (544 545). Paul feels like the flowers are needed to complete the mental image
he has of his perfect life. In the room, there were no flowers, showing that Paul was not in the dream.
His getting the flowers, symbolizes that he had finally placed himself in the dream.
Towards the end of the story, Paul takes a walk in the park where he sees flowers blooming in a glass
case. This symbolizes that it is not possible for Paul s dream to be actuality , or at least under his
circumstances. Here and there on the corners were stands, with whole flower gardens booming under

Analysis Of The Book Young Goodman Brown And The...
Nathaniel Hawthorne and Washington Irving are two of the most prolific and successful writers of
their era. Hawthorne s, Young Goodman Brown is a story about a man, Goodman Brown who happens
to set out on a trip for an evil purpose. On the way he meets a man who offers him his staff, saying
that it might help him walk faster, but Goodman Brown refuses and wishes to return back to his
village for the sake of his wife, Faith. On the other hand, Irving s, The Devil and Tom Walker is about
an individual who lets his greed and selfishness take charge of him. Tom Walker, a greedy man,
attempts to make a deal with a devil. Tom seeks wealth and in return the devil asks for his soul. In
both stories, the authors express their feelings and views about staying away from indulgence and sin.
In spite of all the difference among Hawthorne s, Young Goodman Brown and Irving s, The Devil and
Tom Walker, they share salient similarities such as setting, symbolism, and author s purpose.
To begin with, Hawthorne and Irving portray a similar use of setting in their works of literature. Both
authors illustrate a gloomy setting which takes place in remote areas of Massachusetts around the
same period of time. For instance, The Devil and Tom Walker takes place in a historical area settled by
Quakers and Puritans where religion and virtue is widespread among the people. However, much of
the setting of the narrative takes place in a deep inlet winding several miles into the Charles Bay,

Education And Literacy Development For Preschool Dual...
Introduction
When an educator walks into her classroom for the first time, she needs to be prepared to encounter
students that come from a variety of backgrounds. The children will be in different stages of language
development, and the educator must accommodate for each of these students. Magruder, Hayslip,
Espinosa, and Matera (2013) state, The US Census Bureau projects that by the 2030s, children whose
home language is other than English will increase from roughly 22 percent to 40 percent of the school
age population (p. 9). This increase in second language learners will cause the educator to
accommodate for those needs. Second language learners need teachers who welcome them and
recognize their unique abilities, what they know, and what they need to learn (Magruder, Hayslip,
Espinosa, and Matera, 2013, p. 10).
The article, Many Languages, One Teacher: Supporting Language and Literacy Development for
Preschool Dual Language Learners, explains to educators how to support the language development in
young children who are learning English, how to incorporate Personalized Oral Language Learning
(POLL) into the classroom, and how to be intentional about supporting the needs of the English
language learners. The four individuals who wrote this article consult programs on dual language
learners and have their masters or doctorates in education (Magruder, et al., 2013).
Key Point #1: Supporting Second Language Leaners

The Annexation Of Tibet
On September 21st 1987 the Dalai Lama gave a speech to the U.S. Congressional Human Rights
Caucus. In the speech he claimed though Tibetans lost their freedom, under international law Tibet
today is still an independent state under illegal occupation. In 1950 the People s Republic of China
occupied the territory of Tibet claiming it was its right. For this reason, there has been an ongoing
debate between China, Tibet and the rest of the world about the question if Tibet has the right to self
determination. The annexation of Tibet by China has an impact on the Tibetans in several ways.
This paper will look at the impact of the Chinese occupation. The question that will be researched is:
What effect does the idea of self determination have

Reasons For Gun Control
Gun control is one of the most important issues debated worldwide, but most importantly in the
United States. According to the Second Amendment in the Constitution, the citizens have the right to
bear arms, yet this has become an issue that has remained debatable for decades in congress meetings.
A recent event that dealt with gun control regulation is the Sandy Hook Shooting where the tragic
massacre in Newton, Conn. killed twenty children and eight adults including himself. I argue this
event, because it gave me prove for the need for more gun control.
I m for gun control, and the main reason weapon control should be in existence is, because on account
of without law saying something else, a firearm can be in anybody s hands. On the off ... Show more

In addition, it is dangerous for just anyone to have a gun, it is moreover loaded with risk for everyone
(arranged or not) to walk around, equipped, at all conditions. There have been serious incidents where
firearms were unexpectedly terminated, yet at the same time brought on a major issue when they did.
In a current review they have found that, instead of being utilized for self protection, firearms in the
house are 22 times more prone to be required in incidental shootings, manslaughters, or suicide
endeavors. The best claim that people who are unfriendly to gun control have is that it is taking
without end their rights to remain fight prepared as a part of the second change. (against gun control.)
A mistake that was made when the Second Amendment was made is that they gave people the right to
buy a gun without a single background check.
Taking everything into account, weapon control is vital for an ensured put for all. Without firearm
control, a weapon can get in the wrong hands. Also without foundation and medical checks, somebody
with mental issues can get a weapon. In general, having it too were for the most part anybody can get
a weapon is risky for everybody. Despite the fact that many individuals trust it would be for the
benefit of the general population, I don t think

Rogue One Genre
A new teaser of sorts for Rogue One dropped and it s the sort of behind the scenes sizzle reel that I go
nuts for. You ve got folks on sets, folks in costumes, folks with prop guns; all that good stuff. cuz
when you combine Star Wars with moviemaking stuff, you re really going right up my alley. It also
helps that I m incredibly psyched for Rogue One. Right off the bat, there s the obvious thing that I
love the cast s diversity. It fills my soul with glee to know that there are two Chinese actors in a new
Star Wars movie, along with people from all over the place. Not just that, but that these characters
aren t just window dressing but people people. Who, based on what we ve seen, get to do cool stuff. At
the risk of sounding like a broken ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
But, what Edwards is bringing to Rogue One is a tremendous sense of scale. What both Monsters and
Godzilla do incredibly well is contain an immense sense of scale. When you finally see the titular
monsters at the very end they re treated as being absolutely sublime. There s a wonderful mixture of
terror and awe that s nothing short of memorable. Godzilla too gave the famous kaiju a special kind of
awe, making him feel like an unstoppable force of nature. Star Wars has usually been about the heroes
and the Jedi, the big players in the galaxy. Rogue One steps away from that and tackles more ordinary
rebels (or at least the Rebellion affiliated) in their fight against the Empire. These aren t people who
can cut a hole in an AT AT with a lightsaber. For these heroes, an AT AT is really bad news. This is
where Edwards shines. Look at the way he portrays the AT ATs in that first trailer, those machines are
huge, destructive monstrosities. If the Empire is going to be this unstoppable military force, then this
is the guy to be directing the

Adam Weishaupt Biography Essay
Adam Weishaupt was born on February 6, 1748. After graduating from the University of Ingolstadt in
1768, Weishaupt went on to become a professor of law. Through his work he adopted Kantian
Idealism, which would influence his ideals and lead him to start the Illuminati. At first, Weishaupt
attempted to join the Freemasons, but found that it was too expensive and that his ideas would not fit
into the order, leading him to form his own group. On May 1, 1776, Adam Weishaupt founded the
Bavarian Illuminati, which began with 5 members consisting of Weishaupt and 5 of his students.
Despite being unable to join the Freemasons, Adam used them as a prototype, using some elements
while also learning from their mistakes. Weishaupt also drew on organizational ... Show more content

Niall Ferguson writes in his book The square and the Tower, from Freemasons to Facebook The
Illuminati were from the offset a contradiction in terms: an organization in the service of the
Enlightenment that shrouded itself in obfuscation. One thing to keep in mind is that the Illuminati was
founded during the Enlightenment era where orders such as the Illuminati were not uncommon. Italy
was still experiencing social unrest caused by the likes of Galileo and Copernicus in their discoveries.
Their beliefs however, are quite interesting. Their main goal was essentially was to take over the
world. They believed there was some hidden thing they could learn to enlighten themselves. Seth
Belfour writes in The Illuminati Vol 1 ...a hidden, out of sight mechanism which can be grasped by our
minds if we are enlightened enough to see it. Their actual belief was that our whole reality works
under a certain logical system. Members were instructed to seek knowledge, know the aims of their
society, and observe persons and events. Essentially the Illuminati was formed as an order that
watched and controlled all and for its members to be the smartest, wisest, best, etc. of all the

The Result of the 1st Round In the early stages of sales, videogame consoles typically sell at a loss. As sales and production volumes grow, console makers expect to get economies of scale that will allow them to lower costs and reduce their losses. But economies of scale were slow coming to Microsoft: Miscalculations about the cost of the original Xbox s hard drive and main microprocessor have led to some $4 billion in operating losses since 2001, analysts estimate this over the management estimate mentioned before ($2 billion) While Microsoft grappled with its growing losses, rival Sony extended its already strong lead. As previous gaming heavyweights like Nintendo and Sega lost ground, Sony was able to grab a 70% share of the videogame console market. • 8. Environmental Issues In The Environment There are many environmental issues that are affecting our planet which include air and water pollution, devastation of oceans and forests, population growth, weakening of the ozone layer, and global climate change. These environmental problems are becoming more and more of a concern to political scientists and it will take cooperation from all states to resolve the issues. There are different perspectives regarding environmental issues and how to address them; liberal, constructivist, and realist. Air pollution is due to industrialization. Since countries began to industrialize, the air has been filled with pollutants from car exhausts, energy production, and factories. Air pollution causes major health problems such as respiratory infections, heart disease, lung disease such as asthma, and even cancer. Water pollution causes a shortage of drinking water and it is a sanitation problem. Water pollution goes hand in hand with the destruction of oceans because we pollute the ocean with trash, ship pollution, and oil spills. The destruction of the oceans also involves overfishing. Population growth is one of the bigger environmental problems because it expands the other issues. Population growth increases strain on the environment because we need more resources like food, clean water, and clean air, which causes an overall resource reduction. Weakening of the ozone increases the ultraviolet light that comes through which causes skin cancer, it can affect crops, and it aids ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

By merging with J J, they create a large market for their product with multiple distribution capabilities. Because differentiation is only affected when consumers are made aware, Benecol was marketed widely to lower cholesterol and most people know it now as a health food (Grant, 2010). The process of innovation and competition is also very important in the position that Benecol is in its life cycle. The product began with short production runs, with limited specialized distribution channels in 1996. It then emerged into the growth stage of its life cycle when it partnered with J J to create multiple product lines, mass production, and competition for distribution. The French Revolution was a significant event that took place and helped introduce nationalism across Europe. The French Revolution, which began in 1789 and ended in the late 1790s, promoted liberty, fraternity, and equality within the European countries. This event supported a union of countries for future wars and promoted the idea that it was no longer just a country or state, but was now a nation bound together by similar cultures, religion, history, and language. In the nineteenth century, nationalism was becoming more prominent. The Serbian Revolution was a major event that introduced nationalism into the nineteenth century. During this revolution Serbia managed to release its ties from the Ottoman Empire and exist as a sovereign European nation state. • 20. Overview Of A Experiment On The Alcohol-Water Experiment Analysis The aim of the extended experimental investigation was to conduct an experiment, and observe whether it would support or oppose the hypothesis of: As the temperature is increased, then the volume of the Alcohol Water solution will contract accordingly, due to the input of thermal energy in the solution which will cause the hydrogen bonds to break and cause the volume of the alcohol water solution to contract. The experiments involved increasing the temperature of a 10 ml alcohol (5 ml Ethanol, 5 ml Isopropanol) and water (5ml) solution, and measuring the contraction of the solutions after a period of time. With both experiments, contraction was present with the alcohol (ethanol, isopropanol) and water solution. The first of the tests conducted was the contraction of the Isopropanol water solution. The 10 ml solution, consisting of 5ml Isopropanol and 5 ml water had total contractions between 0.3 and 0.4 ml during the selected testing time period. Initially, the solutions decreased by a total of 0.4 and 0.6 ml. The general trend with the initial contraction of the solutions is that the higher the temperature of the solution the more contraction occurs within the solutions. Another trend with the isopropanol water solutions is that the volume contraction over the testing period, of 20 minutes, is that all the solutions at the different temperatures lost the same volume. Discussion and Evaluation With the increased temperature, the isopropanol water solution contracts faster than the lower temperature due to the fact that molecules move faster with increased temperature. The hydrogen bonding between isopropanol and water is quite strong between the solvents and within themselves. As a result of the compounds properties they rearrange to assume a more efficient hydrogen bond between them, as the angles required for efficient hydrogen bonding are not present; the bond angles change due to the repulsive force of free electrons within the compound. The intermolecular forces that cause the molecules of ethanol, isopropanol, and water to rearrange and contract primarily include dipole dipole interaction and hydrogen bonding. • 22. Educator and Human Rights Activist, William Edward... There comes a point and time in history when certain individuals excel and stand out above their peers. They fight for humanity and justice as if the hope for tomorrow has started to slip away. They personally take blame and are ridiculed for their beliefs but this does not hamper their efforts as it only gives them more ambition to be heard. As you will see in this paper there is one individual that not only stood for human rights but he stood for a culture that has been repressed for centuries. Born on February 23, 1868 in Great Barrington, Massachusetts William Edward Burghardt Du Bois s official job titles were to include educator, civil rights activist and journalist (Bolden, 2008). His ideology was that it comes to the choice of the individual to discriminate, hate and be racists because it is a personal choice not a biological one. His journalistic background enabled him to use his writing talents to help try and shift the socio and politico economic settings that had been long in place in our society. As a skilled writer/scientist he wrote about a study called the, Suppression that studied the slave trade and in 1896 it was published allowing Du Bois to speak to the world about ending racism and how that evil, if stopped, could have prevented the civil war (Lewis, 1993). He was able to gather documented material to build a very impressive study on how this era had become so damaging to the American culture and added fuel to racism that was now a commonplace. Another great achievement that Du Bois had accomplished was the writing of his study, The Philadelphia Negro , in which he was asked to study the Seventh Ward. This area was the poorest of Philadelphia and the city was blaming the African Americans that were living there for giving the city a bad reputation (Bolden, 2008). The results ... Interracial Marriage is one of the less cared about marriages. Most people do not approve of any type of interracial marriage or mixed race children in a family of another race. People were not born to hate, they were raised to be that way. Every individual has a right to be there own person, but don t have enough respect not to show it around people who may disapprove in it anyway. Not everybody can help who they fall in love with. Whether it is a younger or older person. A Mexican or an African American. Many laws and preferences have changed since 1619, which was also the year that the first interracial marriage happened. Some people who were raised in racism may think different about interracial marriage or as many may say it is a sin. Nobody goes throughout a whole entire day without committing a sin because nobody is perfect. Maybe there is a reason a white woman prefers African American males or a Mexican woman prefers a white male, maybe something happened in their lives with their own race that made them change their course in thought. Many older people do not approve the interracial marriage or relationship because they had to live through slavery, wars, and all the trauma of the loss of a loved one due to the other race. • 25. Summary Of Paul Revere s Ride On the Historical Integrity of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow s Paul Revere s Ride In history, many feats are told time and time again and become more grandeur with each utterance, to the point where nearly all original meaning is long lost. As Doctor Manhattan said it in Watchmen, The illusion vanishes, almost before it has registered (Gibbons and Moore 26). For example, with Henry Wadsworth Longfellow s poem, Paul Revere s Ride, this certainly is the case. To suggest that the aforementioned poem is a work of historical non fiction is a suggestion that can be simply and eloquently discredited using real documents, the face value of the piece, and simple logic. To begin, Longfellow s poem simply is not a credible source of historical information, as there are real letters from the night of Paul Revere s ride that contain the true sequence of events. In a letter to Jeremy Belknap; for instance, Paul Revere summarizes his actions over the course of the night. In reality, Paul Revere s ride was slower paced and far more suspenseful. The poem makes no mention of the British officers that threaten to blow Revere s brains out (Gilder Lehrman). In the letter, there are many more comrades along on the journey, whereas the poem suggest that Revere was a lone rider, storming into each town to alert the people at full gallop. As a result, it is ridiculous to even pose the question of the historical integrity of Longfellow s poem when the first relevant source of information ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

It was called the Colosseum for the great statue of Nero nearby named Colossus. The Colosseum, also known as the flavian amphitheater was built of travertine stone from the quarries of Albulae. The massive stone blocks that made up a good portion of the seating, arena, and the massive stone columns that supported the magnificent structure were moved to Rome on a road constructed specifically for that purpose. The seating consisted of 45,000 seats, arranged in an oval surrounding the arena. It also had 5,000 standing places for the Roman public. It had 80 arched entrances all around the arena, with 4 of them being non accessible to the public at the minor and major axises. The entrances at the major axis provided direct access to the arena. Mary As A Disciple ( Mariology ) Mary as a Disciple (Mariology) Mary was the mother to Jesus Christ, the Messiah, and has been a focus of theological discussion since about the second century. Mary comes from a long line of women in the bible. Prototypes, if you will. These women throughout the Old Testament were chosen by God. This gave way to Mary becoming the God bearer. A title that was given to her by the Council of Ephesus in 431 C.E. This is obviously where all theological debate dealing with Mariology comes from. To Catholics, Mary is a sign of hope in this fading world. To protestant Christians, Mary is also known as the mother of God. However, many protestant theologians believe that Mary should be honored but within certain limits. The Old Testament in the Holy Bible specifically says in Exodus 34:14, Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God . In the New Testament it says in 1 John 5:21, Little children, keep yourselves from idols . Martin Luther (a German professor of Theology, and founder of the Lutheran Church) was quick to say that Mary should be honored but to only what is fitting. Karl Barth (a reformed protestant theologian) explained that through Mary, Jesus was human, and through Jesus, she is the divine mother of God, and is full of grace that was still given to her by God the Father. Avery Dulles talks of models that churches should strive to uphold, and Mary (mother of God) resembles the church of Servant, Community, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

It also helps that I m incredibly psyched for Rogue One. Right off the bat, there s the obvious thing that I love the cast s diversity. It fills my soul with glee to know that there are two Chinese actors in a new Star Wars movie, along with people from all over the place. Not just that, but that these characters aren t just window dressing but people people. Who, based on what we ve seen, get to do cool stuff. At the risk of sounding like a broken ...
