The main purpose of this thesis is to find out more information about the impacts of movie release that
has on the tourism demand in Thailand. Since it has been proved that movies can influence tourists to
visit a location shown in the movies (Riley Van Doren, 1992), this paper will estimate the number of
tourist arrivals from movies that has the filming locations in Thailand and released overseas based on
the main economic factors such as gross domestic product (GDP), distance, and relative price, which
are often used in the tourism demand equation. Seeing that the Thai tourism industry performs an
important role in the national economy, accurate estimates of inbound tourism from movie induced
tourism can deliver useful information for both the government and private sectors working in these
areas.
Secondary data were collected for this study, where we based on 42 countries from the year between
1997 to 2014. The study employs an econometric model of tourism demand and estimated using the
method of Ordinary Least Squares (OLS).
The result shows that 2 out of the 4 hypotheses were supported. As expected, it indicates that movie
release and GDP are positively related to tourist arrivals, while distance and relative prices are

fourteen year abusive marriage. I hide the abuse from all of my friends and family. When you are in

Instead of John and his whole family going to Mexico, I decided that John stays home and reveals to
the public what is happening and the causes for racism. I said this because of John s knowledge of the
black people s lives after his experiment. My first piece of evidence can be seen when John finds a
place to sleep, after being stranded in a place called Mobile. John Howard Griffin states, This was the
dark tangent in every man s belly [...] the lust to cause pain or fear through self power (Griffin 105).
The quote supports my ending because it shows Griffin s new understanding of why the white race

For one to design and come up with a very well secured network, there are a number of factors that
have to be taken into consideration. They include the topography and the place meant of hosts within

as some of the best practices suggested by the security experts. The three areas in which I will focus

The topic of college tuition is one you can hear almost anywhere you go. The cost of college is
definitely on a steady rise. With the rise in the price of college the demand of college graduates in the

College is ultimately a decision and no one is forced to attend college, this means that in order to
attend college people must have an investment. Without the investment of money there is no drive to
do well in classes. Students who have to struggle with debt understand that they must do well in
college if they want to be able to pay off that debt one day they must get a degree. With that degree
they can start to make money and begin to pay off the debt. If students who have a low income family
get to attend school for they will not have an investment into their education and will ultimately have
less drive to do well. Now if we add both the fact that the education quality will decrease and there is
no drive to do well anymore college education is not worth attending. People who actually have to pay
to go to the same school because their parents are doing well and making money are now getting a

women, white women had an incident rate of 417.4, followed by blacks, Hispanics, and Asians, but
the highest death rate is among black women (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2016b).
According to the statistics the needs for increased screening and care is needed in the African
American and Hispanic community.
