Don ruined his credibility by using to many over exaggerated and bias personal experiences; for
example, he complains about a personal experience where one man would not stop trying to talk to his
guide dog. In Don s speech he started with the birth of guide dogs and their very first training and

The two brands I have chosen from the product categories are a dentist and auto repair. Let s first look
at the dentist and try and decipher if a customer could have a relationship with this provided service.
When you visit the dentist you can pretty much say that it becomes a personal experience. When you
allow someone to open your mouth and stick sharp objects in it, you must or have developed some
kind of relationship with that individual. That relationship may have been established over time
through quality service or you have visited this dentist as a kid. How does this apply to someone who

Circling a yellow wallpapered room, sticking your head in the oven, running wildly around town in
the nude; these are the visions we associate with when the word madness comes to mind.
Entering the taboo world of mental illness, stigmatized as the crazy and psychotic by decades of
misunderstanding, Marya Hornbacher takes a step towards reversing those damages by telling her own
story in a memoir titled Madness: A Bipolar Life, in an attempt to shed some light and insight on the

By making the Romans think about this topic, Brutus gains support and the audience feels like the
death of Caesar is justified. After Brutus finishes his speech, Antony speaks about his opinion on the
issue; unlike Brutus, Antony acts slyly and communicates a very manipulative tone to persuade the
Romans to rebel. Because of Antony s use of parallelism, he creates vivid reasoning for his speech. He
states, I come here to bury Caesar, not to praise him (III.ii.44). By using this device, he shows the
people of Rome that he isn t praising Caesar, he is putting the leader to rest. This particular line creates
a very manipulative tone, because his speech is all about what great this Caesar has done and how he
