12. Level 1 Student is out of control , consistently not following rules or respecting others. X

13. Level 2 Student is bullying/disrespectful , and often not following the rules. X

14. Level 3 Student occasionally needs reminders the to stay on task and follow all the rules by themselves.

15. Level 4 No reminding needed ! Student has self control, stays on task, and follow the rules.

17. Reminder: No one will be allowed to work on computers until the Computer Lab Agreement is signed by the student and parent and returned to Mrs. Sandman!
