I want to use a cartoon style pixel characters to make it kid
friendly and makes it easier to do as am not that strong at making
things look amazingly detailed but I also want it to look like an
old-school game like Mario. I will use my farmer throughout my
game but at different angles as I want one to be front view and on
the be birds-eye view in the maze

7. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
Losing work keep saving it to other areas or emailing it to
yourself or saving on a memiry stick if not any
of there send them to you tutor for them to
save.
Corrupting files Prepare before this and back them up either by
emailing or saving onto a memory stick.
Losing memory stick Make sure you have the work saved onto the
computer or onto one drive or email to
someone or yourself.
Miss college from illness make sure you are able to access you work at
home if you feel well enough to work at home if
not make sure you give yourself time to catch
up or ask your tutor for more time if necessary.
Unable to source my own sound effects If unables to do this use royalty free sound
effects online.
Software crashes make sure you keep saving your work so that if
it does fault you don’t lose all the work either
lose nothing or small amouts so you don’t put
yourself futher behind

8. Health and Safety

fall of chair sit on your chair properly and don’t swing on them as if you fall you
can cause an injury
Bad posture sit up straight on the chair with the back of it firmly on your back
keep key board a even distance to you so that your not having to
reach across the desk.
Water on electrics Keep drinks far away from the computer so that if spillage does occur
it doesn’t land on any electric devices. If water does land on the
computer or wires and doesn’t spark get a tutor to clean up the
spillage if the computer does spark alert a member of staff to then
take further action if a fire occurs exit the building quickly but safely
pulling the fire alarm and telling a staff member.
Eye strain if you need glasses make sure you wear them at all times while
working if the lighting on the computer is too bright make sure to
turn them down take regular breaks from screens to make sure you
don’t damage your eyes.
Chairs out Keep chairs in while moving around the class room so you can not trip
or fall over causing injury.
Headaches/migraine make sure you wear glasses if you need to and make sure that you
take regular breaks away from the screen as starring at a screen for
too long can cause serious migraines and headaches if a head ache
does occur move away from the screen to somewhere relatively dark
and take some tablets to take away the pain and drink plenty of
water, if the headache/migraine continues and becomes worse ask to
leave college and go to sleep and rest eyes and head.
