This document celebrates the 10th anniversary of Webheads in Action (WiA), a community of practice that brings people together through shared experiences and collaboration. It highlights that WiA provides opportunities for first experiences like presentations at conferences and international meetups. The power of the community lies in the willingness of its members to connect online and support each other's learning. Being part of WiA fosters generosity, passion for learning, and eagerness to collaborate, creating bonds and energizing new projects through shared motivation. It offers an engaging way to experience different perspectives from around the world.

3. First Experiences in Community Join WiA in 2005 after BaW - it was part of my MPhill assignment: To experience a Virtual Learning Community Without realizing I landed in the best CoP you could wish for!

5. Humanware The power of this community lies on the people and their willing to connect (via the web)

10. Re-energizing The more we work and pursue our interests in this shared environment, the more energy we get to engage in new project and develop new ideas. Energy generates more energy. Motivation is the main source of such contagious energy!

11. Experiencing the world from different angles In the WiA we have access to a multitude of experiences and people from the 4 corners of the world . It’s a colorful place to be part of!
