The document describes the development of uniform order Legendre approach for continuous hybrid block methods to solve first order ordinary differential equations. Specifically, it develops three-step and four-step block methods using Legendre polynomials evaluated at grid and off-grid points. The methods are derived by interpolating an approximation at selected points and collocating the differential equation. The document analyzes the order, consistency and stability of the proposed methods. The methods are tested on examples and found to give better results than analytical solutions.
