This document describes a project to efficiently share loads between transformers to protect them from overloading. The main aim is to prevent transformers from failing due to high loads by distributing excess loads across multiple transformers. It works by using a microcontroller to continuously monitor loads on the transformers using current sensors, and activates a second transformer via relays when loads exceed a threshold, to prevent overloading any single transformer. Key components include transformers, rectifiers, regulators, sensors, and a PIC microcontroller. It has applications in industrial areas and substations to reliably distribute power while protecting transformers.
