This document describes a training and placement management system created by students for their college. It provides functionality like registration, profile management, job posting, and search. The goal is to automate the current manual system for better management of information and services for students and recruiters.

3. Training and placement is a system for providing training to academic students.
Placement is a actives after completion of training.
Our software will handle the information of students, Companies, job
provider(Placement Officer)etc.
Provide better service to students and HR Manager(Company Company).
The Training & Placement System provides the infra- structural facilities to
conduct group discussions, tests and interviews besides catering to other logistics.
This project is aimed at developing a desktop application for the Training
and Placement.

This component can be easily plugged in many other systems. Also the
component is user friendly.
This all information has to be managed manually. So, there is a need to
develop a system that can solve the mentioned problem. This software
comes with just that solution.
Comparing to existing computerized system, it performs at a faster pace.
System gives better feedback.
Accurate information is available.
Chances of such types of errors are much low.
