department project, completing a group project, and
learning about other departments in PFJ
• Throughout this experience I have learned there are a
lot of branches on the HR tree that work together
• A combination of exposure to content design, online
learning, operations training, classroom training, and
training coordination has taught me that L&D is a
branch that I could see myself being a part of.
