This document presents an online admission system called OAS that was developed by five students and supervised by an assistant professor. OAS allows students to apply, pay fees, take admission tests, and receive ID cards online without having to visit the university. It has advantages like convenience, automated payments, online tests and results. The system uses technologies like NetBeans, XAMPP, CodeIgniter, and payment/SMS gateways. It has separate interfaces for administrators to manage the process and applicants to complete it remotely.

4. What is OAS
Online admission system is the
process that can be helpful to
admit student without come to
university. It could be helpful
for someone for getting from
over the internet as well as
admin card.

5. Scope:
We have such a good scope for using this application .Here are some
scopes.
 All public University
 All Engineering University,
 All Educational Institute have chances to use this application.

6. Purpose:
Main purpose which we hardly tried to focus
 Easily buy form from our application.
 Easy way to submit from any where.
 Flexible way for getting test as well as
admit card.

7. Why OAS
Our system is unique from the other online admission system for different
reasons. These are given below:
 In our system, the payment system will be controlled both manually and
automated. The applicants can pay all payment by online.
 In our system, all notifications will send to the applicant’s mobile number,
so that, they don’t miss any notice.
 In our system, the applicants not only can buy their admission form but
also can attend in admission exam by online.
 In our system, the applicants also can take admission and will get their
virtual ID card by online.

13. Our System:
There are two part of this system. one part is use for
“administration” (admission office) and other part is use for
“applicants”.
Administration’s Part
 Login to administration account.
 Select all date, time and Question for admission.
 Post any news and notice.
 Join or create any other admin.

An administrator has an account and
that is admin account. Administrator
has right to control all admission
process by using Admin account.

Search a student with their information by using id number.
Student can use virtual ID card up to get the original ID card.
